I purchased my item online and was charged for UPS shipping. When I received my item, I noticed the package was sent via USPS at a much cheaper rate. When I called Denny and suggested he refund the difference in shipping, he got irate and started dropping F bombs. I politely hung up and called my credit card company and provided the receipt and the box label. Clearly they agreed with me and refunded the difference.This might come as a surprise, but Denny did not like this. So he called the delivery location and demanded to speak to Arturo (who ???), when the receptionist said she had no idea who Arturo was, Denny demanded to speak to the owner and started berating the receptionist.Great parts selectionReasonable pricesPoor business ethicsHorrible customer service

One of the most knowledgeable classic Chevy parts guys in the business. Was very professional when I called and even recommended another dealer because he didn't have one of the parts I was looking for. Highly recommend!

I dealt with Denny last week looking for parts for my 57. I had a very good transaction with him, shipping was fast. If I need parts, this is where I'm going first.

This Web Site is pretty helpful for some hard to find Classic Impala parts just didnt have what I'm looking for at this time but will shop again on another restoration project coming up

I called this place because I was giving his number for an a/c part, right away, he denied having anything, he was very dry and rude. He also said, I dont know how you got my number. He mentioned that he sells parts for older cars, NOT impressed with his customer service!
