I made the mistake of buying an old Mercedes. I was ripped off by 2 other Mercedes repair shops. Werner's fixes my car correctly the first time and explains everything thoroughly. I don't trust anybody else with my Mercedes.

The absolute best mechanic I ve found in the area in many years. Marcus is honest, trustworthy, knows exactly what he s doing to get the job done. I am so happy we found him! Marcus is clearly the best and most honest Mercedes mechanic I've met. He takes the time to listen to your concerns, and explains everything needed in detail. This was my first time bringing my Mercedes to Werner's and my experience lived up to all the positive reviews.Both Marcus and Amanda were very friendly and helpful and Marcus took the time to answer some of my questions after the service and even informed me of a recall that I was unaware of.I plan to continue to go to Werner's for all of my car needs.Service: Oil change

I have had two separate visits with Werner and was extremely pleased with the service and cost. Marcus is very good at explaining the servicing and giving recommendations when they are needed. We drive the vehicle between Florida and Illinois seasonally and I prefer to have the work done here versus by Mercedes in Illinois.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Marcus is a great mechanic. He's never quoted me anything unfair and gets the work done in a timely manner. He also just repaired the headliner in our Mercedes and it looks great. I take all my family vehicles here and recommend others do the same. His staff communicates well and is very polite.

I took my Mercedes to Werner s to get worked on! Totally satisfied! Price was great and 1/2 the price quoted at other shops! Marcus is great and is very honest! Had the work done quickly and correctly! I will be going back there for any and all repairs/services!

I am over the top pleased with Marcus, and Werner s European Imports. My CLA 250 recently turned 4 yrs young . I was wishing to find someone honest , knowledgeable ,experienced, clean , friendly, and reasonably priced to do my services from now on . It was important to me that they use authentic Mercedes Benz parts, as I did get an extended warranty from Mercedes ..Werner s is also in a convenient & great location in the heart of Historic Tarpon Springs ,Fl. At Werner s, I found all of the things that are important to me in taking care of my car, and all through a referral through a friend of mine . I highly recommend Werner s for your Mercedes Benz needs. Werner s should win Best in Tampa Bay for Mercedes Benz service. 5 stars from me!

I had an oil change done from another shop and the oil was pouring out after. The next day the light came on to check oil level. I called & explained my situation to Marcus, he got me in immediately & even stayed late to look at my car. He got the part in the next day, so I wouldn t be without my car all weekend. My car was done faster than expected and the oil leak was finally fixed after bringing it to multiple other places. He also saved me from possible engine damage and more expenses in the future! I will never go anywhere else again. I am honestly so thankful I found this place! Great, honest, reliable & friendly service!! I highly recommend!!

Been going to Werner's for many years. At Werner's you deal directly with the Owner. He is always upfront, straight, friendly and honest. Which is exactly what I like. He does really care about his customer's, and provides great advice. I would not go anywhere else with my Mercedes.

I have taken my Mercedes here for several years now. And Marcus and his staff has always been honest and Fair with getting the job done on time and done right the first time. I would highly recommend Werner's European Imports.

The best! Car Service is perfect, all I do is hand them the key and never worry. I've been dealing with Werner's for years and would never consider going anywhere else. I'd give them 15 stars if I could. Five star rating plus!

Markus at Werner's European Imports has been my mechanic for years and I've thought about changing mechanics in the past because he is a little pricey, but when it comes to the quality of work and honesty he is worth every penny. As they say "you get what you pay for" He has kept my 2006 C230 alive and well and I plan on keeping her for a very long time.

Great shop! Honest and excellant mechanic! Marcus takes the time to explain everything. Amanda is so friendly too. They specialize on Mercedes and that is all they work on so he is very educated in all Mercedes repairs!!! Highly recommend!

I had my car towed here when it wouldn't start. I was so happy with the service, professionalism and price. I had my car back in half the time other places have had it. I was also kept informed of my vehicles status everyday they had it. I'm so happy to have found them.

This will ALWAYS be my go to place for anything I ever need for my Mercedes. Any work done is always done correctly as if the stealership (I mean dealership) was doing it so you never have to worry coming here. I highly recommend this shop and is the only place I can fully trust!

I brought my car here and had excelent service. Paid way less than other shops were asking and got actual Mercedes parts! Work was done fast. I will be coming back here in the future. Highly recommend!

Have been going here for years with my wife's 2009 E350. Recently had a devilish intermittent electrical problem that Werner ultimately diagnosed. Took a while to get a new engine computer but they ran one down. In the current circumstances, I considered that a major achievement. Overall expense was a fraction of what I expected. Couldn't be happier...

Problem was diagnosed correctly the first time and repaired as they said they would with no surprises. Who would've thought bad motor mounts would cause a rough idle in only 1 gear!?! But the problems caused are all fixed. Credibility and professional service are important and this shop has both. great job done, took in to get my thermostat replaced and was done in a jiffy. very professional atmosphere and outgoing staff, markus and amanda were an absolute pleasure in dealing with! my new GO TO for all needs for my Mercedez c300 very happy I found this place! if your in any need this is the best place to visit, hands down 10/10
