I highly recommend this shop! Rob runs a honest shop who does fantastic work. I gave him a new front bumper to paint match to the rest of the car. A lot of other shops wanted to blend rest of the car while Rob and his team felt confident they could match by just using their experience. Let the photo proof what they can do.

Rob and Nick do amazing work! They worked on my 2022 Kia Forte GT and fixed it up beautifully. It looks brand new, you can't tell there was ever any damage. I'm extremely happy with Time Warp Garage and I will recommend them to everyone I know!

I would strongly suggest against taking your car to Time Warp Garage if you have high standards and/or drive a nice car.Initially, everything seemed to be going okay before I had to pick up my car. When the time arrived to pick up my vehicle, I was ecstatic to have my Z06 back. Unfortunately, this was the start of the issues. The repainted panels and the original panels had a noticeable color variation that was visible in different lighting settings. There were multiple paint flaws on the front bumper. There was a paint flaw on the passenger door where the blending occurred. The door frame of the passenger door panel was not fastened. As the customer, I was forced to perform all quality control, which I really shouldn't have to do.It was incredibly difficult to finally convince Rob to re-do the job. He was in agreement with the bumper/door defects and the passenger door panel, but I practically had to beg for the paint color difference to be addressed which was exhausting. I showed several people pictures of the paint job to ensure I wasn't being irrational. Every single person I spoke with agreed there was a distinct difference.Rob took it back to redo the job, grudgingly. In order to prevent color discrepancies, he painted the previously blended hood this time. He blended the driver fender as well. While the color match and door panel issues were fixed, the front bumper still had flaws, which was frustrating. I had a major new problem, but there were a few other little problems as well (badly aligned hood weatherstripping, headlamp alignment problems, fender to bumper alignment problems, and more). On every panel that was repainted, I saw that the paint appeared blotchy and spotted, which wasn't the case previously. After I showed my car to a body shop painter, he said the problem I was experiencing was termed "mottling" and was caused by using the wrong technique.I voiced my concerns to Rob. This was the point at which the entire situation turned into a nightmare. Rob was determined not to perform this job ever again. On the phone, he was very hostile. He was willing to redo the bumper one more time after much deliberation, but that would be it. He "agreed" to undertake the job for the third time after much more deliberation. He could squeeze me into his schedule a month later (on Aug 14), but he had a job coming up. This was perfectly OK to me.When the time came for me to drop off my car, he informed me that Aug 14 would no longer be possible for him because the previous job was taking longer than expected. He also wanted to take a vacation which I was completely fine with. We agreed on a Sept 28 drop-off (1.5 months later). Sept 28 came and Rob informed me that he broke his hand and would not be able to return to work, thus the job was pushed back again. Once more, I was understanding and content with this. He promised to get back to me shortly. I reached out after about 1.5 months had passed. He wanted to push it out again and "maybe" do it after Thanksgiving.I felt like I was being taken advantage of at this point, so I was a little frustrated. I calmly told him I would be okay waiting until after Thanksgiving, but I would like to be put on the schedule. Since sending that email and two more in less than a month, he has utterly disregarded me.In conclusion, I can't emphasize enough that if you want a high-quality outcome, you should definitely search elsewhere. Seek out someone who will make you happy and who will stick by their work without doubt. I'm stuck with this awful paint job now since Rob won't fix his work. I wouldn't wish this experience with Time Warp Garage on my worst enemy. Dealing with a car accident is stressful enough. Don't make it worse by coming here. My Z06 is my pride and joy. Because of how Rob handled this situation, I am going to be forced to sell my car (and at a loss due to the paint job) which absolutely crushes me. Rob ruined my dream car by not standing by his work. Stay far away.

You're reading the review of an EXTREMELY satisfied customer of Time Warp Garage. Rob (owner/frontman/overall badass), was incredibly helpful with any questions I had. They take care of the hassle of communicating with the insurance company for you, If you're going that route. My vehicle had some severe frame/trunk damage as well as a broken rear windshield (thanks, hurricane!) My car was returned to me in FANTASTIC condition. Rob kept in frequent contact with me to ensure I was updated with any changes in repairs or ETA of the finished job. I highly recommend Time Warp Garage for body work!
