Today, 9/17/20, I took my car in regarding a recall. Darlene, Service Advisor, gets an A+ for being not only a good Service Advisor but also a great customer service person. I would Ike to commend her for being so knowledgeable, helpful, and understanding. Great Job Darlene and thank you!

Now prior to this visit I've given fives. This past visit we waited 2.5 hours for a literally 10 minute fix! All because the person that checked us in dropped the ball, no follow through then when I inquired, everybody wanted to pass the buck, none of which was my problem and didn't want to hear.

I have always brought my Escape to be serviced at Klammer and always have been very satisfied but today was even better because it was only 30 minutes for an oil change plus complete check up. The price was very reasonable.

Very bad experience here years ago, had to switch service advisor. Went in early in the morning for a battery issue, never called to let me know car was done. Showed up at 2pm, only to be told they misplaced my car, so missed work that night because they took an hour to locate my car. It was missing while the porter was on lunch, Hmmm, maybe porter took my mustang out to lunch. Just saying that my conclusion to the mustang being missing.
