George the manager took great care of me when I stopped in a panic.He was honest and helpful. Was very pleased and will return for tires on our other vehicle for sure.

First and last oil change here. I went in for a conventional oil change. Was told my vehicle needed a synthetic blend. Costs me double. Called my dealer who clearly stated that I did not need the synthetic. Also, noted was a need for a new battery even though I had no issues with the battery. They had put a tester on the battery. I did not replace the battery but had it checked the next day when I discovered I had a very clear BELOW minimum coolant fill. They went to the trouble testing a battery that had no reported issues and sent me on my way low on coolant. What is the point of the service if you cannot do the basics? Never again.

My girlfriend brought our Subaru in this morning as it overheated late last night. They quoted $175 to do pressure test and to run diagnostic and it would be 4 hours. Within an hour they came back saying there was oil in coolant reservoir ( we knew this) and that there was no need to complete the work because it was likely a blown head gasket and charged her about $100. There are several other things that can cause oil contamination in coolant and / or coolant in oil ( which we don t have) but I m telling you right now they popped open the coolant reservoir saw oil and said head gasket, bring to the dealership, no point in actually doing test, that ll be $100. Dirty AF, Never be back

They ruined the studds on my car! They lost one of my rim locking lug nuts! I called politely and asked if they had it and said they never had one. When I found a picture of the rim with one on it they told me to take it up with corporate. What was supposed to be a simple $20 tire rotation turned into a nightmare. I had 2 bad studs I had fixed the threads by hand. I warned them about it, they proceeded to cut one off without my permission and then flatten the teeth on another so I couldn't put the lug back. They said it was a safety issue and had to pay $500 for a new bearing which needs to be replaced when changing studs, probably not so. I went in with 5 studs and left with 3. I'm so livid I do not recommend this shop to anyone. Considering how I torque all my lugs by hand I believe they broke it by tighting the nut when the rim was off.

I've been here before and they have done fine. I went in this time for a screw in the tire. I told them to do an oil change while there. They told me 60-90 minutes. All good. I go to Panera and hang out for an hour or so. Only when I come back do they tell me I need 4 new tires. So I wait longer. Only after the tires are on do they ask I I want an alignment. Not a bad experience per se, more so frustrating that it could have been done a lot faster and more efficiently.

I went to several shops in the surrounding area looking to get front tires. As a traveler, I wanted a place with a National presence. I was turned away from Walmart, Firestone and a couple of other shops. The guys here at Goodyear said no problem. I ordered the tires and had them fitted the next morning. So glad I did. The tires I had were terrible. Now the cab is so quiet I can hear myself think. I probably have hearing damage from having to play the radio so loud. Bonus, they ride smooth as glass.

I came out of Walmart and had a screw in my tire. Even though they were booked w appointments and close to closing, Josh took care and me and worked me in so I would be able to go to work the next day.

I come here for my tires whenever I need something. They take great care of you! I got my tires done here last month and then today I got a flat. Luckily I noticed it right away and came here asap and they fixed it in a half hr. I ve been here three times and they re always so kind and fast. The staff is so awesome here especially the guy with the mustache. And since I got my tires and alignment done with them last month. The patch on my tire was free! I paid nothing! It was definitely worth going with them because their tires come with insurance and they treat you like family and take care of you quickly. I highly recommend this place especially if you re person who doesn t know too much about cars. The guys here don t take advantage of you, they actually help you and even educate you on your vehicle.

ok a warning...This up coming post may be too long but here it goes!? A coworker and I were having issues (aka he was p�ssinng me off) So i went and talked to my district manager, Daniel is his name ... I ask him if i could get a transfer to another store. He said he didn't have any openings..He asked if talked to my store manager about the issue. I told him yes but with no avail things raimained the same . Daniel then said try to talk with the involved party yourself and see if it can be resolved Because if he had to get involved NO ONE will be happen in the end. I took my Distinct Managers advise and believe the issue is now resolved.I told Daniel it looks like things will be fine as i did as he suggested. I also asked him if he ever worked in HR before..lol .This man is the first manager i have had that i feel really cares about the probably 100 plus employees he is resides over. Thank you sir your are most definitely a scholar and gentleman.

GREAT customer service! Terry and Josh were SO professional and helpful! They got me right back on the road safely when other tire places wouldn't (hubs and I called ALL around) Terry and Josh were GREAT to work with! Look for them - Josh is the one with the AMAZING mustache! I appreciate you guys - THANK YOU!

I recently took my car into Goodyear Auto Service in Tarpon Springs as one of my tires had a slow leak. I d had my tires replaced last year at a different shop in a different city and was worried this shop would say I needed a new tire and possibly even more.I waited a short time at the nearby Panera and they called to tell me they found a screw in the tire, patched it up and I was good to go for a great price. I really appreciate this shop s honesty and great customer service!One thing to note - call ahead and make an appointment for your visit if you can. That way you shouldn t have to wait as long.

Our experience with Josh and Danny was outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were treated cordially and were made to feel comfortable about the repair process. After our quote for the needed repairs, work began immediately and they completed the task sooner than expected. Josh and Danny are very friendly and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to visit them again, nor would we hesitate to recommend this shop to others. Thanks guys!

Have to write about my experiences with the Goodyear shop in Tarpon Springs, FL.because I have had a consistent positive experience every time I ve been in there for various vehicles over the past few years. The staff always have a great positive attitude towards me and my vehicles needs. Consistently , I have felt like my vehicle and I mattered. I m especially keen as a woman walking into a mechanic shop alone when someone is trying to take advantage of me. Bob and Josh have especially been careful to explain every detail to me and literally show me what s up with my vehicle and they don t put pressure on me to do anything unless something truly is dangerous snd needs immediate attention then they do warn me for my safety s sake. They have never talked down to me and i have never had to take anything in twice to get it tweaked because it wasn t fixed right. That s what I like too. I don t feel like I m wrestling with bears when I m going in there. They just make it EASY!! Thanks !

I called and spoke with the manager (Gary) after realizing I had a nail in my tire. He was very polite and helpful and recommended that I come in that day which was a Sunday! After arriving he wrote up the ticket, took my information and had me out in less than 1 hour when all the bays were full upon arriving. I listened in on a few conversations Gary had with customers while waiting and this man is totally honest and genuine. I am a former mechanic and must say it was a pleasure to find an honest shop in this area. Gary has an excellent team, which I am sure over the last 5 years he worked very hard to get his store to such a fine level. I would not have a problem recommending any of my friends to let their wives go in and have their car worked on based on this shop's honesty and knowledge. Hope this helps others trying to find a good honest shop. btw... The waiting room is super clean, with fresh coffee, water, TV and comfortable chairs! Thank you Gary!!!

I had to have my tires checked for a leak. I am new to the area, so I called Goodyear. Gary was awesome. His customer service skills was second to none. Not only did he answer my call and schedule my appointment, he also performed the service to my car and even went the extra mile and checked my brakes as well. This is a great store. Any tire needs I have will be taken care of here. Thanks Gary.

Came here last week. Needed my front right tire repaired as it had a nail in it. The man at the front desk wouldn t even repair it or replace 2 tires unless I did all 4. Unacceptable. No thanks to you guys I got it all figured out! would not recommend!

Had a tire blow out right in front of here. They only had one option for my car because of it being an odd size. I also needed an alignment done. They gave me a discount on both and were completely honest and up front. They even gave me the phone number of a competitor in case I wanted to go someplace cheaper, but I decided to use them because of their integrity. Sometimes you get what you pay for and it was worth it to support an honest place like this. Will definitely trust them with any future needs.

Very happy with my purchase of tires, oil change and Alignment. There were only suggestions no pressure to upsell felt. Tires have held up even better than thought (Kelly Tires). Very happy with second trip back for next oil change all after check of tires and alignment was performed no charge. As per the original sale agreement. No pressure once again for additional charges. As a person who does know about cars I can appreciate a honest sales team. Thanks Josh, I felt I am definitely getting my money's worth.

JOSH has been amazing over the past two years. He is very courteous and always provides excellent service. Our entire family comes here specifically because of Josh. He goes above and beyond and is trulya pleasure to deal with.

The manager Danny, and assistant manager Josh, were extremely kind and helpful. They replaced my three trailer tires, and even though the tires were past warranty the guys even gave me a discount and installed for free. I could not be more grateful!I am surprised by the sub-par reviews being written, but I guess that was their experiences. This was certainly not mine, all I can say is I received excellent service!

Shout out to Gary and Danny and their team. We were on vacation in Florida, and we got an oil change before travelling down from Indiana. We noticed an oil leak once we reached Florida, and were nervous we were going to spend hours waiting in a mechanic shop. The first couple places weren't going to be able to get us in until the following day. Gary and Danny were able to get us in and out within 45 minutes so we could continue enjoying our vacation. Couldn't have asked for better service, especially when we were stressed out that some of our precious vacation time was going to be swallowed up by car maintenance. Thank you so much for your great customer service!

Highly recommend shop to anyone wanting service done. Jay the tech that worked on my titan was exceptional!! he actually took me back and explained a few possibilities to my problem and pointed out other items that I would need to watch out for. I have never had this done in the 30 years I have been driving. Jay is extremely professional and very knowledgeable regarding his career field. I appreciated his extra efforts in explaining to me the issues. Bob was also extremely friendly and customer orientated. Out going and willing to go that extra mile to ensure the customer was happy and that a good product was being delivered. can't say enough good things about this crew. I look forward to do business with them again when ever I need it.

The mechanics who work here are all wonderful. They are very respectful and honest. I was extremely stressed about having car issues (which never come at a good time), and I received quality service at a great price, which made all the difference.
