We were so happy to have found Adriano at Bayside Auto Total Care. I wish I was able to give him 10 STARS! He is an extremely knowledgeable and skilled mechanic. We dropped our car off and he was able to explain, in detail, what exactly was wrong and what he needed to do to fix it. At Bayside Auto Total Care, the service is top notch! We were informed about problem, cost and time frame of repair. True to his word, Adriano had the car done in the exact time he said and the cost was exactly what he quoted us. Just exceptional quality service all around. We re thankful to have finally found our mechanic and will continue to provide him our business! Not only is he an incredible mechanic but friendly, thorough, and great at keeping us in the loop and explaining what was needed and why. Extremely pleased with the job Adriano did on my 2013 Silverado, had him service my differential and check into my mass air flow sensor issue, he even went above and beyond to clean my throttle body and grease the ball joints etc. very knowledgeable and attentive and a great people person! Highly recommend him for any mechanical needs. I will be continuing to use him myself!Service: Auto maintenance

Adriano is a very knowledgeable professional and he took care of my Toyota Venza in all details possible.I had my brake pads and rotor replaced, transmission fluid and filter replaced, spark plugs replaced. I took my car here because of a clunking noise, he tells me it s the shocks. Well I leave and the same noise is still there. He replaced the shocks for $474 but failed to replace the mounts and it comes in a set. I bring it back and he says he will charge me $300 to replace the mounts . I take it to another mechanic that told me I was ripped off and he should have replaced it all at once because they come in a set when purchased. I m a single mom and just trying to get my car fixed . Ridiculous!!! Don t take your car here if you are a woman. This has cost me hundreds of dollars and I m a student with a child .
