Having never broke a window on any vehicle I've owned in 30 years, I was not sure what to do when I busted the rear hatch window trying to change the lift supports. I was fortunate to come across this company and more importantly, Amanda wo was very helpful in putting everything together for me at a time when other places would be closed. First thin in the AM she was able to locate my particular glass and got right with me to set me up with a experienced installer who was friendly, skilled and left me with a pristine and clean new window. I was the idiot who broke the window so I would be paying and I was very pleased with the price as it was worth every penny and then some. Cheers on a great job!

This is a one stop shop! From Kim taking the order, finding the proper glass, insurance coordination and lining up the installer- all in less than 24 hours. The installer was prompt and so pleasant! Excellent company! they are extremely accommodating and flexible. Kim walked me through the process and was very detailed. Brett did an amazing job from the get-go. I had to rescheduled and he was very understanding. The installation was flawless and left the work area clean. Excellent customer service and friendly. I called windshield warriors because my small crack started getting very large, very quickly. I needed my windshield replaced ASAP. Getting setup and approval from my insurance was quick and easy. My out of pocket expense was $0 AND they GAVE me $100! Quite a blessed experience and now my windshield is clear and my commute is worry free. Justin was very helpful and courteous with getting me set up for my next day appointment and Wyatt, the technician was very professional and did a great job with the replacement. They even came to my job and did it while I was working, which I have done before with a different company, and it was very stressful because they kept pulling me away from work. This was the opposite! They had all the details worked out before hand and all I had to do was come and unlock my car and come sign when the instillation was done. Everything looks great! I had an excellent experience with Windshield Warriors. They replaced my windshield free (with insurance) and they paid me $200 cash back. Manager Kim handled my insurance claim professionally, explained the process, and answered my questions. Installer Wyatt worked around my schedule and came to my house to replace my windshield in less than an hour. It was obvious that they had a lot of experience and knew exactly what they were doing. I received the payment by Venmo less than an hour after the job was done. I chose original dealer glass, which they had to order from the dealership, so it took 5 days for it to come in. If I had chosen aftermarket glass, they would've been able to schedule the job the next day. They communicated very well through the entire process. I've been driving with the new windshield for 2 days with no issues. I couldn't imagine a better experience. The absolute best customer service I have seen in a very long time. My insurance company had me believing I had to pay out of pocket full price to replace my windshield, but Kim made sure I didn t pay a penny. Thank you so much to Kim and her team for taking care of my windshield and treating me like I was the most important customer they had. Spoke with Kim and initially got a great vibe from her. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very detailed in explaining who they were going to take care of my windshield. The installer, Don took special care of my vehicle and stayed in contact with me via text from the day before until he finished. I am very well pleased with this company. It is my first time using them but definitely not the last. I highly recommend Windshield Warriors. If l didn't, l would have no problem saying so. Awesome experience. What a great company! I received my OEM windshield in 2 days! Wounded warriors glass handled my insurance company and no STRESS!! They came out to my house to do the work. A very knowledgeable gentleman arrived and got to work. I'm so happy I found Wounded Warrior glass replacement. Will recommend them to anyone and everyone! If you have any glass issues sunroof window windshield call!!

Love them this is 2ed time I've use them and the same guy the did my window over a year ago remember me and new I was picky about how things got done and new I had a appointment to get to right after so he made sure he was done in time for me get there on time.

Falon was great to work with, she continued to follow up and update me on my front windshield. Toyota took a long time but she continued to stay in touch and provide updates, very much appreciated. She was very nice as well and overall did a great job and did everything she said. Brett the installer was nice and did a good job as well.I would contact Windshield Warriors again if needed, but hopefully that won't be needed for a long time.Service: Auto windshield repair

These guys are just amazing!! We were able to schedule and have two windshields completely done in less than 24 hours! Kim at dispatch was phenomenal. Funny, polite, super efficient, and great at making everything make sense. Our techs, Brett and Matt, were just wonderful. Super polite, very kind to the point of letting my toddler watch and "help", and just super down to Earth. This company called me right back as soon as I filled out looking for one I got next day service if I wanted however, I was out of town. They still OK when I Saturday morning I had missed the call because it was early. I woke up 15 minutes later to my window already replace just waiting for signature. Everything went well. I've had windshields replaced in the past. It's a pretty simple process to install so really it comes down to customer service & convenience for who you choose to have the replacement done by. Well from the moment i contacted Kim setting up the replacement, to after the installation was done by Matt and Brett, everything was top notch.Kim made the insurance transaction process super easy with my insurance carrier. Literally sent a few docs over and she pretty much took care of the rest of it. When the guys showed up they were super friendly and chatted with them for a bit but figured i'd leave them alone. As i walked away he said "you can watch me put it in if you want" which i was surprised by because a lot of people who do skilled labor don't like customers watch over their backs. Though i still left them alone it was done in probably 35 minutes and that was it. A signature and they were off to the next job.Thanks Kim, Matt, & Brett for the new windshield and the awesome service. I am glad I came across these guys during a google search because I ve had a bad experience previously with a big name glass company (Safelite) where bad workmanship led to leaks. This outfit has always been super professional and the tech that did the service was outstanding. I have used them twice on different vehicles in the past 2 months and each time I had prompt, courteous customer service from both Justin and Kim and quality skilled labor with an attention to detail from Brett. I would highly recommend this business

Omg such a wonderful company and Kim Fanning is the best of the best she made the process very smooth and easy for me with nothing out of pocket and even gain cash back when they replaced my windshield and I am very very pleased with the work very efficient and quick the glass was same as what I previously had from the dealership and everything was just smooth sailing with windshield warriors, I am extremely pleased and they are the only company I know to give you cash back $150 to replace your windshield with nothing out of your own pocket.
