Don t be fooled by the dealer name. I made the mistake of bringing my Mazda in for AC repair, battery and oil change. With coupons, the oil change and battery costed more than double what it would anywhere else. They quoted me 3x the cost for a new evaporator coil then other mechanics. They sales department was persistent on selling me a new car after I had told them I wasn t interested. After my service my car was running loud so I had to return to the dealer because they didn t put the cover on my air filter. Fast forward months later, I went to my local mechanic for an oil change and service and they found my air filter sitting under my hood at the bottom of the car, not installed. This place is a joke for the money you pay for dealer level service. NEVER AGAIN.

Service staff was informative and helpful. They are a part of the Salesso they will try to up sell servicesBut overall I had a good experience as they answered all my questions. I did have a slight issue with my maintenance packageI purchased for 4 Years.I was told it included Alignments but apparently it did not however I was upset over the situation and Karim who is the Sales Manager talked with me with empathy about the situation. The Greeting outside the Door to Service could be better. It was my first time using service and I did not know if I had to wait in my vehicle or go inside. I waited in my vehicle for 10 Minutes. No one is outside to greet or to provide instructions.Overall the Service Team did a good job!I would recommend using Mazda Westshore Service Center.

Best service center I ve been to yet. Great customer service and nice facilities. Shawn is a great asset to the service team; he was very professional, courteous, and communicative. I also enjoyed the video transparency of the mechanic explaining the needed repair. Although it s not the closest Mazda service center to my home, it will be my go-to for future repairs.

Service team is not interested in fixing issues, only in taking advantage of new customers. They created an issue that was untrue to prevent them from using a warrany. I bought this car less than one month from the reported service issue, its brand new and they are not interested in helping... Seriously, stay away from this dealership and its service center.

SCAM PLACE! NOT TO BE TRUSTED! THEY WILL TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU! IS THAT REALLY THE KIND OF SERVICE YOU WANT AND DESERVE? DIDN'T THINK SO. They will charge over $1,100 for basic maintenance. Replaced my battery there just a little over a year ago and surprise surprise they gave me a bad battery that lasted a little over a year and are already trying to upsell me on a new one. Last time I went, I asked to have my key fob recharged for my car. By the time my car was ready for a new oil change, I had to get my key fob charged again. Go to Westshore Mazda if you want shady work done at a premium price. I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to go here. And my worst enemies are some pretty rotten people.

A couple weeks ago, I brought my car in for a service appointment/four point inspection. At 65k miles, I understand that any car would have some maintenance upgrades. The total maintenance cost was $2000+, which I wasn t happy about but as a believer in preventative maintenance, I went ahead with the repairs. Yesterday, I had to bring my car in because of electrical issues. After finding out my alternator was shot (which they definitely should have tested/caught a couple weeks ago), they said the total cost would be $1100. I understand an upcharge to account for labor, but for a $340 part, I felt they were completely taking advantage of me. I am extremely disappointed since I had such high hopes for this brand new service center.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

I wanted to take a moment to write a " Thank you" for all the times your company has demonstrated its willingness to do things the "right way" and in a manner that keeps the consideration of the customer in mind. Recently took my vehicle there for power steering issue and manager Gianni went a step further this time, in that he applied all the discounts he could to make the repair affordable. I come to Westshore Mazda Service Center for the honest, efficient, dependable, and timely service they provide. They are stuck with me for life!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Recently took my CX5 in for scheduled maintenance (oil chg, etc.). It was recommended that both the engine air & cabin filters be replaced. They quoted $48 for the engine filter & $73 for the cabin. That's crazy expensive to replace those filters. I purchased both filters for $19 each at a local auto parts store and it took less than 10 minutes total to replace both. And I'm by no means a mechanic. Besides that, when I went to replace the filter on my engine air intake I found that the service tech had left both of the clips on the filter housing unclipped and it was open about a quarter inch. Can't justify paying that amount of money for what is a simple and inexpensive maintenance process.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Been going to Mazda service for awhile now so I know what to expect. I felt very taken advantage of at this location. Arielle did not inform the add ons would take my oil change from 100 dollars to 400. I asked at one point what the total was and was informed that she didn t have that answer for me as she was going to apply discounts and do my a favor. If you can, go out of your way to a different Mazda dealership that is honest and upfront with their customers.

The worst service I have every experienced in a car service center. We have been trying to have a vehicle serviced to repair a recalled airbag part. We schedule an appointment in Sept 2020. We spent 3-4 hours dropping off the vehicle only to get a call telling us they can not make the repair because they do not have the parts. It in now March 2021. We have made multiple calls since trying to discover if they have the parts and if we can schedule the service. After several calls and inter-company transfers, we were told multiple time "they" would have to check and call us back. No one at Westshore Mazda returns phone calls. No one have called us. So today, I tried again only to have the service scheduler tell me she did not know if they had the parts and maybe I should just go to a different dealer. I then called the Service Manager. It took three calls to get to him. Finally, he point-blank explained we do not have the parts. We are jammed into a tiny trailer and struggling to handle customers. Wow. He was completely indifferent, "...look I can not poop the part you need." I explained I understand that part of the scenario. I explained my concern for how his staff was handling us, the customer. I asked what if my son get hurts due to Westshore Mazda's inability to service the recall. He went on to tell me if my son gets hurt, that was not his problem it would be between me and Mazda. I have operated my own business for 14 years. If you want to remain in business, this is a great example of what NOT to do. Poor communication, no returned calls, treating your customer with disdain. Westshore Madza has some fundamental and systemic bad culture problems. I do not recommend Westshore Mazda based on this experience. ~Joe W
