$500 to diagnose a sensor that "is under warranty" and a shaking mirror. Got to be kidding me. What a joke

Don't believe the five-star hype reviews They pay people to write them. The reality is that buying a vehicle at Volkswagen Brandon is a fantastic experience, but servicing and maintaining that vehicle is a nightmare. Volkswagen Brandon has WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT in the Qvale Auto Group. The service manager, CK, will attempt to charge you for repairs that are covered by your warranty and, should you question the matter, he will become extremely rude in an effort to intimidate you. Don't stand for it. Better yet, AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP and visit one of the other VW locations. If you are comfortable with shady business practices and general incompetence, then by all means head right over to Volkswagen Brandon. But if you prefer to deal with honest technicians who treat customers with kindness, then visit any other VW dealership but this one.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I am really enjoying my new VW Tiguan. The customer service here at Brandon VW is very good. Looking forward to the New remodel work to end. Car repairs were excellent.
