2/13/24Update to the review below. Veterans seems to have attempted to heal its reviews by flooding a blitz of 5 star reviews to the top over the last few weeks. Prior to that, most were like mine below. And I have still never been contacted.I really wish I had read the other reviews before choosing Veterans Ford to service my truck.I had a coolant leak, a noticeable rattle, and a few other issues so I called in to make an appointment for service. We scheduled approximately a week in advance and landed on a day that would give me the best shot to get in and out in a day. This was discussed with the woman on the phone.I brought the truck in the following Tuesday at 8 AM. They didn't even look at it until 4 PM. They stated I needed a new water pump - $2,000 (rip off). The truck wasn't done on on Wednesday and they then stated I'd have it Thursday by 5. Thursday they let me know they were still missing a part and it wouldn't be ready until Friday but would give me a discount for the trouble. They also said I needed a new air filter, which was clearly a lie because I had personally replaced it a just few weeks earlier.The end result is I got my truck on Friday - no discount - but they left me the rattle. This seems to be pretty consistent with many of the other reviews. Go somewhere else.

Awful. Quoted $5,000 for a water pump on a 2017 Ford Explorer with 60k Miles with labor. Took for second opinion quoted $2200 for the same water pump with labor. Guess what? Nothing wrong with the water pump after inspection! I don't even write google reviews, but this is just horrible. Do not get your ford serviced here.

Awful! Took my car in for a recall, a vibrating noise at certain speeds and my check park aid alert was on as my front sensors were not working - they had my car for 3 days- originally told only needed it for 1 - I had to rent a car (which I had no issue with for 1 day) then I told the service dept what I felt was the issue after they tried to say it was my side windshield panels causing the sound- it wasn t. They charged me 1900 - it s very apparent no one tested the vehicle prior to us picking it up Saturday evening! And guess what, the sound is still there and my check park aid alert is still on! My front sensors are still not working and now they are saying my rear sensor is having issues- which they wanted to charge me an additional 1700 for and keep my car for even longer. My car didn t have issues with the rear sensor when I brought it in! Didn t offer any solutions on a loaner car since they wanted to keep my car longer! Now have to take it back Monday morning and deal with it all over again!

I took my truck for a general inspection and starter switch change and they couldn't do it all day, they only inspected a part and they charged me 100% of the service when I went to the store they told me they didn't have enough mechanics to do it. If they had told me that the day they gave me the appointment, it would have saved me time and money. They never looked at the steering and brakes because my truck still has problems in that regard.

Dropped off my vehicle Thursday to do a recall, was told it would be ready Monday. A week goes by and they haven t looked at it yet, nevermind work it, and it ll be a few more weeks before they can get to it. I requested a loaner, sorry we don t do that .It gives me no joy to say this is the worst service center I ve ever been to. I can t say if any other Ford centers around are any better (maybe they all suck), but this one is a joke.

This is the 4th time I have taken my "new" 2021 F150 truck for which I bought to avoid the inconvenience of worrying about repairing or taking it to the workshop. For the 4th time I have brought my truck with a catalyst sensor problem and the engine light on my dashboard that I see every day when starting my truck. I don't know what else to tell you that every time I leave my truck for 1 week they are not able to solve said problem. What bothers me the most is that I am left without a car because it is not like they give me one to go to work. All this effort to always fall into the same thing. and the light is still on on my dash thank you VETERANS FORD for your incompetenceService: Engine repair

Just yikes, worst place I have ever been for car repairs. I had my engine go out at 59k miles and when I brought it in under warranty charged me $550 for just the starter. The starter was perfectly fine before I got a lemon of an engine.4 days after they "fixed" it, check engine light came on and brought it to them and the cellanoid was now broken with a $600 repair bill. Magically of course claimed it had nothing to do with the engine work they had been doing the last week.Refused to have them fix it and towed it to my mechanic who adjusted it slightly and totally fixed.Oh and Brandon the manager was condescending and exhibited poor communication/ability to handle customers. Honestly the whole experience makes me never want to buy another Ford again

Took three appointments to get them to even look at anything other than an oil change. Finally, they would offer to try and fix a brake squeak and change my oil. Changed the oil, turned rear rotors and adjusted emergency brake.$477.00. I guess this dealership only services the rich folks. Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

I was very disappointed with my last visit to veterans Ford. It was time for an oil change and I usually sign up for "The Works" so the vehicle can be inspected as well. So, I made an appointment for The Works and took my car in. While my car was there for the oil change and inspection (50 to 60 dollars) they called me to ask if I wanted to do the 90,000 miles service on the car which consisted of fuel system, transmission, and a couple of other things and they said the entire package would cost $999.00. I wasn't planning to spend that much that day and I still had about 2500 more miles to go before I hit that 90,000 mile mark, so I said no thank you. But that I would be interested in doing just the fuel system portion of that service which should have costed under $200.00. I was shocked however when I went to pick up my car and pay the bill. They charged me over $700.00 for everything that they did to my car and some of the things they did was not part of the 90,000 mile package. I know this for a fact because my son works at another Ford dealership and was able to confirm for me that they over serviced and overcharged me.

Went to Veterans Ford yesterday for service on my 2013 F150. I usually have the Works package for oil change, tire rotation and multi-point inspection. I dropped off my truck and sat in the waiting room. About an hour later the service rep came out and told me the technician recommended I change my air and cabin filter and it would be $80. I politely told him I would do it myself. The tech. Are from the back and he was told I would do it. The funny thing is my 2013 F150 doesn t have a Cabin Air Filter or Atleast I can t find one and it doesn t exist in the manual or online that I can find.So, be aware if you go in for service. Make sure you know your car or truck.

This place never seems to fix things correctly or at all. Requested tail light and new wipers during basic oil change and "five point inspection" but was not fulfilled. Have also ran into multiple issues of "I didn't see it, so your truck is fine," scenarios. I don't like to give low reviews, especially if it was a one time case, but they can't ever seem to get their stuff together.

I tried to schedule an oil change tire rotate and front brake pads for 3 days, I finally got a 9am appointment and dropped it off. After 3 hours, I tried to call and text with no response. Finally 9hours later, they said it was ready. I got there at 6:30p and didn t leave until 7pm. I will never go there again!

Peighton - Service; OUTSTANDING Customer Service, Professionalism, Follow-Up and Follow Through. Hands down, one of the best Service Personnel I have dealt with. Had problems previously with Veterqns Ford Service Dept over the years but the new team and changes brought in the past year (or two) have changed that entire operation!!! WAY OVERPRICED for the simplest things. I went in to have break pads put on my car, a wheel alignment, an oil change and left with a $577 bill even though on the phone I was quoted about $400. I can price OEM Ford break pads kits for both the front and back of my car from $82-$122 TOTAL, I was charge $183....what? The rest of that is labor, and I am sorry but my car was only there for 4 hours and I know you only worked on it for 2 which means labor is WAY OVERPRICED. There is just no way with this kind of pricing I will ever go back here for anything, that's crazy. To top it off they wanted to charge me $30 for wiper blade (which they said needed replacing, and jokes on them because I just replaced them 7 days ago, so no way they even looked at them) and $30 for an engine air filter, which I spent $9 at AutoZone and popped in myself. Just ridiculous.

I don't recommend them for service. They want you to drop off your vehicle on a Friday so they can start the repair on Tuesday.

El servicio es fatal, cada vez que llevo mi auto a cambiar aceite y filtro la espera es eterna, tardan horas para hacerlo, lo peor es que en una oportunidad se les derram� el aceite sobre el motor y ni siquiera tuvieron la descendencia de limpiarlo, despu�s de salir del servicio cuando el motor calent� parec�a una vieja cafetera que botaba humo por todos lados, la siguiente vez que me hicieron un cambio de aceite dejaron el filtro flojo y la camioneta con el tiempo comenz� a derramarlo por all�, tuve que tirarme debajo de ella en plena carretera para ajustarlo con la mano, naturalmente tuve que bitar mi camisa pero si no me hubiese dado cuenta a tiempo seguramente el motor se habr�a fundido. Para mi prestan un servicio deficiente en todos los sentidosService: Oil change

Mi comunidad hispana si quiere que abusen de usted puede venir a Veteran Ford , en servicio te van a cobrar hasta por tocar tu carro te rotan tus gomas sin que lo hayas pedido y m�s por un simple cambio de aceite y la marca Ford decepcionante un carro como 65,000 millas hay muchos problemas en el aire acondicionado la bomba de agua hay problemas el�ctricos boda aceite entre la transmisi�n y el motor

They repaired a problem related to the temperature bulb, and when they returned the car to me the horn did not work.Me repararon un problema relacionado con bulbo temperatura, y cuando me devolvieron el carro el horn no funcionaba.
