My son wanted a stubby bumper for his 2021 Jeep and Twisted Metal did a fantastic job on performing the replacement bumper from Rough Country.Bruce at Twisted Metal was great to deal with as I was trying to purchase and set up an install date from SC for my son who attends collage in Tampa. This place does quality work. They are the only shop I trust with my Jeep JL. They can order the parts I need, and they will install parts I bring them. They were recommended to me by the owner of Jeep Depot in Riverview.

Edit: took my truck out for a nice test drive on a few newer flat roads and alignment still bad, currently looking for new shop and eating my tires in the meanwhile ..I m tired of trying my luck with shops and always discussing extras on the bill, I came in for a $150 alignment and had my own tires switched out and balanced which was supposed to be $120 then came to pick up my truck at $459 bill, of course tire disposal at $30 plus they changed my lug nuts without asking for another factory set, stated they couldn t use mines when I JUST did my brakes the day before myself!! Review is done so others are prepared !

Thank you for fixing my Jeep! I had brought it in not really knowing what was wrong with it (drove terribly, all sorts of shaking and rattling) and they were able to diagnose it, get all the parts ordered, get everything installed, now my Jeep drives like a whole new Jeep and I love it. When it comes time for a taller lift I will also bring it back to them

Reliable, dependable and affordable. They go above and beyond! Picked up my BMW X5 from my house and took it to their shop! Single mom and have a strict budget raising two kids! Jeremy and Bruce went out of their way to work within that budget! Definitely a customer for life! Thank you!

Gave it some time & miles b4 I posted to ensure it would reflect my true feelings. These guys are the best in the business. They took my vision and made it come 2 life. They were fair on price efficient & made me feel like family. I could be long winded on the specifics but what matters is that I trust them with my fleet of trucks so you probably can too. Amazing place, I had work done there about a week or two ago on my 1995 Ford Ranger XLT 4.0L 4x4! They replaced my automatic hubs with Warn Manuel hubs. 4 wheel drive is Working great now! HIGHLY Recommend

I bought a 6.4. Everyone (except me) knew they are junk. Jeremy went above and beyond to tune and get my 6.4 right. I also picked up a used set of rims from him ..... he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with products and service. Over all I don t see myself using anyone else from now on.

Just had a level kit and new wheel/tires placed on my RAM 1500. Couldn't have asked for a better shop to work with. The guys at Twisted Metal are going to be upfront with you and tell you what you do and don't need. I really appreciate them answering all of my questions and allowing me to make educated decisions about what to do with my truck. I will be back for future work!

I was really hoping that I had found a business worth getting mine. .. unfortunately to no surprise, this place isn't the one. I had called to get a quote of which I'm already aware would be over 2k in upgrades on my truck.. Jeremy said he would call me back the next day. .never did and then emailed me the day after with a question that I promptly responded to. haven't heard anything since and that was almost a week ago. I don't care if it's my $60,000 truck or $500 beater. . I won't trust a business that isn't competent enough to even return a simple phone call. . then I read the OTHER REVIEWS !! Please help us hard working Tax paying people by not keeping these businesses afloat and go to the well deserving.

Over priced like every other diesel shop, $1600 to replace a stub axle and one caliper and it's pads. Grease fittings sheared off turning out of lot. F350 flatbed. Parts easy to get and cheap anywhere, which in their defense they were honest about. But that's common sense it's a Ford. Labor was 1k higher than qouted.. I should of taken the day of work and done it myself.... Problem with mechanics is if they fix what's broke they won't have a job. So they charge accordingly. You would think they could at least use the correct grease fittings for the money they charge

Used there web site for a quote. Nevertheless NO WORD BACK. Good luck they have so much money they don't need any WORK. WELL actually there reviews say it all. Only work in Ford and Chrysler (haha JEEP) ONLY CHEEP AMERICAN JUNK

After a 2 month solid trial period after the head work was done I am more then satisfied with the repair/work Jeremy and chris had done to my truck. I had head issues after I install compound turbos on my 2005 dodge ram 3500 and Jeremy referred me to an outstanding cylinder head shop which completely rebuilt/resurfaced the head. After the head was finish I had Jeremy and chris add the fleece coolant bypass and arp 625+ head studs installed. After getting the truck back I looked over the work that was done and I am more than satisfied with how the put the truck back together. After "rigorous" test of 75lbs of boost ; ) I can say these guys are more than qualified to build a high powered Cummins. I've had terrible experiences with other diesel shops and finally I found good honest diesel mechanics that go out of there way I can trust!!!! Thanks again Jeremy and Chris for the solid trusted service you provided for me. These guys are my go to guys for any other performance/ fixes I may need in the future!

I took my truck to do an oil change & motor work & change the battery. They only changed the battery. I told them not to do the work on the motor because it would be too expensive. They never put the motor back together & it was missing parts & they never changed the oil. So when I took it to the Ford dealer, they told me the oil was never changed & it was missing parts. When I dropped my truck off it was running fine & now it's not. I will never go back there & don't recommend anyone to go there.

this shop saved my butt. My sons 96 Toyota T100 had a check engine light on when we bought it. The guy said he and his Benz mechanic friend replaced the timing belt and everything that u touch to do the job. still couldn't get rid of the light. I bought it anyways because it was a Toyota (with 195000 miles) and it still ran good. then one day it started running really rough, guy at Advance said that it had a knock, probably needed a rebuild. so i hit a couple of different shops all said the same thing need a new engine. So i decided to try Twisted Metal Offroad and glad i did, dropped it off and 2 hours later told me i had 3 spark plugs loose and 1 just about fell out . whoever did the timing belt put the pulley on backwards . Long story short i picked the truck up that next day , No more check engine light and ran like a top. Truck has been running great ever since then. They are now my go to shop.

Jeremy and his staff are very knowledgeable about diesels...they transformed my truck with a new motor, transmission, suspension, wheels, tires, interior, stereo and wiring harness. My truck is back to badass status. Thanks guys for the work you do.. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Bruce and his team did a great job putting a 6" Zone lift on my 2017 1500. Bruce, the owner was very helpful, honest and a genuinely good guy. He exhibited alot of patience with me while I was trying to decide what to do over many calls and never made me feel like I was bothering him. He gave me an expected time for completion and was 24 hours ahead of schedule. Pricing was very fair and the end results were great. They took care in the work they did and I would do it all over again. Definitely recommended.

I own a H1 Hummer -- If anyone owns one of these you know how hard it is to find someone that can work on it. Twisted Medal Off Road fixed everything!!! I highly recommend this shop, they have earned my business for life.

This is my 3rd time taking my truck to them and as they say 3 strikes and your out! Previous 2 times were in regards to a rear axle. Long story short they had to redo their work twice of coarse the rear axle seals f'ed up just after the 1 year warranty.This last time takes the cake. Brought in my truck for an injector that i suspected was bad. They took at least 4 days to diagnose the problem, and never answered the phone after multiple calls. After they "fixed" the injector they said something else wasn't right on the other bank. long story short after they had my truck for over 3 WEEKS i decided to pick the truck up even though it still "wasn't 100%". over $1000 later i get a truck back that was still not running right. After doing some research on the internet and poking around the engine bay i figured out the problem within 2 hours and fixed it! it was VERY obvious. I am beyond annoyed. They never answer the phone nor call back. I use my truck for work and lost TONS of money during this fiasco. STAY AWAY!!!!

I'm on vacation and my Cummins diesel started making a loud noise. They took me right in (the shop was very busy) diagnosed and fixed the turbo problem and had me on my way in short time!Thank you Jeremy and staff for your help and consideration in my emergency!I wish all shops were as knowledgeable and helpful as yours!
