Transamerica Auto is your go to shop for all your vehicle needs. Jack has taught his crew right. The service is top notch. Communication throughout the entire process is always great. You are well informed with calls, texts and videos. I have been using them for all of my body work on my vehicles. I refer all my friends and family. Prices are fair and work is impeccable. Recently, my daughter was in a fender bender. I have attached before and after photos to show off the work. I have forgotten that they are more than a body shop. I dropped my car off as well to have my brakes replaced and rotors resurfaced. Orlando headed the body work while John took the lead on the brakes. Jack and crew are amazing! Jonathan and his crew are Awesome. He is extremely thorough and explains everything in high detail. They will also text pictures during the repair process so you can see the work being performed. His pricing beats most and they are a honest team which is very hard to find these days.

I really appreciate the job done on my vehicle, I got into an accident n came here to repair my jeep, they were very patient w my annoying insurance company, even going out of their way to try n help me find a rental car deal since my insurance wouldn t cover it . They finished my car w a great turn around time as it worked perfectly w some travel dates I had , very accommodating n great customer service! Not to mention my car looked amazing & felt brand new once it was done! I received photo & txt updates along the way, I couldn t of asked for a smoother process thanks again !!Service: Auto body & trim replacement

10/10 It's hard to find a reliable and affordable mechanic, however transamerica is both of those. I will not go to any other auto shop... prices affordable && always super fast to get me in!!

They're located in Tampa Florida. So, the customer service is very good. The owner John and his brother in law and all other guys who work are friendly. They'll let you know all the details and try to explain what work needs to be done and why. Service and Labor prices they offer are good. I moved to Florida couple of months back and havw been going here for any service or repair since I went there first. The only thing they can improve in is the timing. Try to stay open a little late on weekdays maybe even 6-6.30pm would do. Also, I'd only suggest stay open at least half day on Saturday. Might help your business guys. Otherwise, everything is good to go.

I had a wonderful experience with this shop from beginning to end. I got in an accident and had damage to my hood. The repair was perfect. Orlando and his team were straightforward, honest, had great pricing and updated me throughout the entire process. Thank you so much!! I d recommend them over and over again.

Orlando and Johnny are the only two people I go to. My family trusts them to work on our cars. Been with them for 5 years and worked for 4 cars of ours. They do great work and cosmetic services is the best I've seen. My car was pretty damaged in the front drivers side and they restored it as if I just bought it new. Good work and good people.

A few months ago I had problems with the engine of my 2007 Mercedes. I had taken it to several shops and all told me the same thing, it needed an engine at a cost of about $10,000. My car only had 56,000 miles on it and all these places said they could only get rebuilt ones that most likely would have 100,000+ miles on them. Transamerica diagnosed the same problem and told me they could REPAIR my engine at less than half the price. I was skeptical, but thought I'd give them a try. I am SO GLAD I did! My car runs great now!!

My daughter brought her Nissan altima in and the guys were able to promptly identify the issue and fix her car at both a very reasonable price and time, she had her vehicle back running in just a few hours! Thanks guys for being a trustworthy and reputable shop!

The paint and body work made this 3rd gen look perfect! Very professional, very responsive, kept to schedule we agreed on, and took on some challenges I have been dealing with for a long time in terms of body gaps!!! Great job!!!

I called last minute because a tune up was needed for my car. They were able fit me in within 20 minutes after someone canceled their appointment. I was in and out in an hour. Friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you ...Linda

Easily the fastest in the business. They toke my car in with dent and frame work that needed to be done. It was done and painted in less than 48hrs. Dint even need a rental. John was very professional and the car came out like new! Cant thank them enough!.

The best and only auto repair I will come to. They have been a huge help to repairing and replacing what one had damaged and bringing my truck to the way she use to be. I was introduced to Orlando with Transamerica after getting into an accident. He and Jack did excellent work. My car turned out beautiful and I appreciated the photos of the progress. They do all sorts of work for cars. Anything from oil change, all the way to transmission rebuilds and engine replacements. I go here for my car, and same with my family members. Just blew a motor and they found a different one and replaced it. Great owners who are nice and honest. Especially great for USF students to come here since it s close to school.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Brakes

About an month ago, I done a tune up and oil change for my car, but I can't my engine and they didn't change my oil. My oil was black and notification sign in my car still said change oil soon, paid over $300.00 for a job they hadn't performed correctly.

I had an axle seal leak that my previous mechanic failed to fix (yet charged me hundreds of dollars). I even had to have the car towed at some point due to his incompetence. These guys, on the other hand, fixed the car up within a few hours replacing the incorrect seal which was put in by my old mechanic. Jack was very helpful and was willing to work with the price, I ended up paying a reasonable amount for a job well done. Thanks a lot!Service: Transmission

Customer service was amazing! The check engine light was on and my car had to be towed there and they quickly diagnosed I needed a transmission replacement. They are very professional and honest, best part is they took care of the repairs on time! A few months later now with the new transmission and my car is driving good. My brother in-law has been going here for years and now I see why. I will never go to another shop again. The services provided were extremely honest and professional. Orlando and his team finished my car two days earlier than anticipated and I couldn t be happier with the results/price of work. These guys are the real deal. I had 4 different quotes all telling me I had to replace my bumper over a little ding. I brought my car to these guys after I was referred to them and they FIXED my bumper with out using the replacement bumper that I was able to return. They told me 2 days for the repairs it was finished in a little over a day. When I arrived to pick up my car not only did he repair the damage done to my bumper but I also had a little nic on my handle that they went out of their way to repair as well at no additional charge. They also followed up with me and sent me photos through the entire process and then after the deal was done and over they followed up with me 2 days after I picked up my car to ask what I thought and get my honest opinion about the work. FLAWLESS WORK. Nobody can even tell where the damage was. I recommend these guys to anyone with auto issues and I have already sent multiple people to them in the past few days. Thank you again guys, great work. Super friendly too which is always a plus.

I recently purchased a Corvette through Herb and Orlando. They were fantastic to deal with, and very friendly. You can tell they have this passion for classic muscle cars. There were some "road bumps" along the buying process but they were able to take care of it for me. I'd definitely recommend swinging by their shop if you are looking to buy a classic car or if you need some repairs to get back on the road again.
