I came into to Toyota of Tampa Bay Collision Center to get a quote on my car and had a great experience with Eric G.! I came in rather late due to my hectic schedule, but Eric greeted me kindly. He was very personable, knowledgable and honest. I really appreciated the fact that he took extra time to answer my questions and commend his patience with me. I was having a rough week dealing with multiple shops, but Eric's customer service skills was worth the hour drive. He embodies great attributes and represents Toyota well. I can tell that he is genuine with all the customers that he interacts with on a daily basis. Thank you for your hard work Eric!

I was treated with the upmost respect and notified about the status of my repair continuously like I was family. Todd Norrie is a stellar part of your organization and a true asset. He was genuine to me, fought long and hard for my repair when the insurance company fell short, and greeted me with a smile. My repair was performed flawlessly with symmetry and lines between car body parts equal to a brand new vehicle. I was completely satisfied. The Toyota of Tampa Bay collision center super exceeded my expectations. Outstanding performance all around. Here s the before and after.

Samuel was my sales person. He did an amazing job and was patient with all of my information and requirements for the car. I was very pleased with the service he provided. Great customer service. Great environment and professional attitude. My car was filled with gas like he promised and was very clean. I was very pleased with the results I got with the car. Amazing job!

If you are an OCD person and you care about your car don't bring it to this body shop. The Staff was friendly Mr Arash was my advisor and he was very kind and patient he took the time to answer my questions and texts BUT I chose to bring my car to the dealership because I thought they were going to make my car look brand new again and I wanted to keep everything original. They installed some aftermarket parts on my car not original ones and the panels were not aligned the gaps between panels are bigger on one side and the headlights don't fit perfectly on the bumper. And lastly they left a small scratch on the paint that was not there before.I took it back at 9am and my advisor was not at the bodyshop (it was early) the person who spoke to me told me my car was good according to their standards which I personally believe that was not true I've seen better jobs after major accidents (mine was a minor) done by other bodyshops that are not "dealerships" which a I regret not choosing one of them. My friend just had an accident too and asked me about and unfortunately I couldn't tell him that they did a good job.

Took my car in on June 23rd. Expected repairs to be done by August 3rd. Every week it has been a delay. Looking at getting my car end of August now. Definitely don't like that the communication is lacking. It would happen easier if it was transparent with the expected completion date. I will update my review once vehicle is received after inspection. But for now I don't know if it is just this location or collision centers in general.

First off, let me start by saying I had unique experience of why I used this collision center.Long story short I purchased a Truck from a private seller who had to have some paint work done to the grill. The seller dropped it off and basically that was it. I m outta state, in Oklahoma.With that being said, Matt Nolan was my service advisor. Let me to you, this dude needs a raise, bonus, or something!! Not only does the grill look brand new, but Matt went way beyond his job title to help me out. I m pretty ocd, and a total out of state stranger asking all kinda annoying questions. He didn t say I can t do that, or complain, he came thru with every question I had. This included measurements of the lifted truck, vehicle history report, tons of pictures, and last but not least, stayed later to see that the transporters/shippers took care of loading the truck to be shipped to me.Customer service, honesty, and reliability is almost impossible to come by this day and age. So for that, I am grateful for Matt and Toyota of Tampa collision center. If I was local, I would use them all day everyday. I brought my auto in today as there was an issue with my car door not shutting correctly as it was out of alignment. I did not have an appointment but they assessed the issue immediately and told me they could take care of it. About 10 minutes later, my car was brought back to me with the door fixed and shutting correctly. I asked about a charge and was told there would be no charge. Now that is fantastic service. I would like to give a big thank you to Brian who works in the body shop and was the one who helped me today. Thank you very much. I will be back any time I need body work done on my car. I recommend you ask for Brian at Toyota of Tampa Bay if you need body work on your car. He was very helpful and kind.

I worked with Todd to get my repairs done. He supported me from start to finish, he even gave me his cell number for any questions. These guys/gals do amazing work! Customer service is also top notch! They rebuilt my fathers tacoma years ago also and his truck is STILL going in the Mountains of P.A. at 135k miles... Huge thanks to Brian and his collision team!!!

I usually don t write reviews but this is definitely worthy of one , I took my car in the body shop because my trunk had not been closing no matter how hard I slam it , the guy that helped me ( sorry I don t remember your name ) but he was so cool even tho I didn t have an appointment in their system , he took my car around to one of the mechanics and had it fixed in less than ten mins with only the promise of this review . He saw how much of a bother it was for me and did it for free out the kindness of his heart . You are now my go to shop!!!! #50stars

I ve been a long time Toyota customer so I trust the toyota dealership to bring my car to this collision center. I got my car in the shop since Oct 2022 and it s already 4 months, my car still hasn t been completely repaired! Will never recommend this place! So frustrated it

Wonderful staff and service. Had an issue left over from repair and they turned the fix around in 30min. They helped handle my insurance and rental car. I will take my car here always.

We bought a 2017 for our daughter. It was her very first car (16). Before she even had a chance to drive it on the main road a porter hit something. They brought it out to deliver it to her and the front bumper, fender, and wheel cover was damaged! TOTB said their body shop (we were told it was state of the art) would take care of it, We dropped it off on 3/19. The advisor called us the following Week and said it was ready. When we arrived to pick it up we found the bumper cover and the fender sucked in on the right side and a huge gap on the left. There were dirt nibs , and a couple dimples in the and the fender. The fender had a huge run in the paint and there was overspray on the A pillar. I pointed these out and was told the issues would be addressed. I got a call two days later that said okay now it good. There was still the huge gap in the bumper and issues with the paint. I was told they were sorry and to let them repair the rear bumper as well as an apology. They ended up replacing the front bumper with an OEM to cure the issue there but the paint was still Horrendous. We found a huge run in the paint. I large dry spot, more dirts nibs and pin holes (not to mention repair on rear bumper you could tell was half A**) but it was free. I was told it was given to two different painters. So with that being said it s obvious the painters do not care about their work. I also found GREASE on her seat! I took the car anyway because by this time they had the car for 15 working days ( I m excluding Saturday s because while the office is open I do not know if the painters and body men are working). I felt I would never get it back nor would it be right. I took it to a different body shop and had all the issues addressed. I sent the body shop manager a text with pictures of everything and said I wouldn t write a response but after being ignored I decided to tell our story. IF THIS IS HOW THEY DO WORK TO SOMEONES CAR WHO KNOWS THE BUSINESS, JUST THINK ANOUT ALL THE ISSUES YOUR CAR HAS IF YOU DONT KNOW!

My car has been in the shop since October 14th it's sad to say that it's December 14th and my car is still in the shop I have exhausted all options on my rental car it's toyotas fault they are delayed and didn't have the audacity to get me a loner car until they are done I have been dealing with Toyota for over 5 years and to be honest I always have little issues but I don't bother to write but this issue here is something to speak up on I will NEVER use Toyota after this experience espically not the one on fletcher,Service: Body & Trim
