Great place. Wonderful work. Awesome prices. Very informative and answer all your questions. The treat you like they are competing with chic-fil-a for the best customer service award. Place looks a little raggedy and the way it sits on the corner can be deceiving but don t let that turn you away. Once you go once you will go back for future business no doubt. I ll always trust a Juan of a kind place over a dealership anyways. And this place is the Juan!!!

Great service from the guys at sand auto very friendly environment and great quality work all done in a good timely manner, they where also able to fit me in the schedule same day , will go back for all my car service needs

Brian did my wheel install. He mounted,balanced and installed everything to the T with my new bbs wheels. Very knowledgeable guy and the shop itself prides in being able to do these particular task

Outstanding business! My son had to get his car in for what he thought was a more extenuating issue with his A/C on the same day due to work travel the next day. They got him in same day. The next day he picked it up and they did not charge him due to it just needing a Freon fill. They did 20 minutes worth of work and filled him back up at no charge. I wish I had a Tito s in Michigan. Honest work and exceptional customer service. Told my other son to take his car to Tito s. Thank you! It was a great lesson for my son on the value of customer service.Service: Air conditioning

We got an alignment on my car the cost was reasonable with tax it was 104.00 witch is not bad at all compared to other places I've been to. Really nice folks and fast it took about an hour for our car to be done. Would recommend anyone to go you wont regret it

Every time I take my car to them for service I never have any issues. They are very quick and efficient with great prices. All of the men are very pleasant ,honest and respectful

Love this place! Great customer service and very practical people. Best prices in town and that ain't no joke. I've only had great results here. Now I've told all of my family members about it and now this is our new mechanic shop. Car repairs should be this easy. They don't try to upsell you, they just tell you what's wrong. LOVE IT!!

In all fairness, all I did was get a four wheel alignment there. They did a good job. They have a decent waiting area. They were prompt. The price was fair. The employees don't seem to like talking much. They were recommended by my regular mechanic. He doesn't do alignments.

They found what was wrong with our horn and ordered the parts. We came back when the parts came in and my husband was on his way home in about an hour 15 minutes later. Recommended by our mechanic Carlos at Revive, since he doesn t work on electrical systems.

You learn who you are really dealing with when there is a problem. I had a fuel pump put into my dodge caravan. Wanting to save money I went with the option with a shorter warranty. It failed in a few months and although still under warranty, I dreaded the thought of going back due to prior experiences with other car repair companies. Tito's was AWESOME! There was no wrangling - the owner stood behind the warranty offered to swap out the pump which failed at no cost and agreed for me to pay the difference to get a higher quality one with a longer warranty, which I gladly did. The reality is that the pump failed - parts do that from time to time even when new. It wasn't Tito's fault, but they gave a parts and labor warranty which they stood behind - without the slightest issue. That says a lot. Be prepared for a bit of challenge parking, but it is worth the effort.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Titos is a good honest no frills shop they do quality work ,at fair prices , not trying to squeeze every dollar out of you ! I went to them a few years ago for a alignment and I recently needed another I thought they closed but I found out that they just moved locations . I'm happy to find them again and I highly recommend :)

Tito's Tire and Auto is an honest, trusting, quality shop! The service and communication is excellent. Juan and Derek are professional and informative. I gave Tito s Tires shop and Juan a (0)for inadequate and In professional work ethics. buyer beware there s other shops in the area that can do a better job and better price and be careful trying to get in and out of the establishment. has I was there getting tires done three months ago after waiting all day then arriving at 6pm to pick up my customers car I witnessed somebody getting rear ended trying to get out of the shop!Definitely shop around before going there !!!!

My regular mechanic recommended I go here for something not in his specialty area. I took my vehicle here in February and returned today; I explained the situation and they could have easily took advantage of me. They chose to be honest and the part was under warranty malfunctioned. I will return here for future repairs and love honest people. Thank you Derek. Much appreciated.
