I came here to check my tyres , evethough i didnt had an appoinmnet, the service manager Juan, a very nice man ,give me a slot in between. Another guy called Junior, checked my tyre and found out the defect and repaired it.Both of them are professional people. Had a very good experinece here.

Always effin something with this place. Everytime I try to get help from Tires PLUS, THEY give me some excuse to not have to do the work. I always have to reschedule an appointment with another business. TEARING up my tired plus credit card and never returning.G F Y S

I was concerned about my car all day at work, I stopped at multiple places who weren t able to diagnose the problem. Mr. Juan Nieves, service manager was extremely kind and so were the service technicians. They immediately checked and resolved the issue on the spot. I m forever grateful especially in times like this.

Brought my wife s Nissan Sentra in for a new tire because she had a flat. When we received the car back all 4 shocks and their bushings were damaged. It was practically impossible to drive the car. When confronted with the damage the gentlemen at the front desk told me you drove it home. Which my apartment is less than 300 yards a way and apparently there was nothing he could do about it. Very upset with my service here and so was my friend who came in for an oil changed to only have the car smelling like burnt oil after. I assume the mechanic spilled oil on the engine but at least clean it up.

Called ahead and in and out in about 2 hours. Awesome! Tire rotation, balance and wheel alignment done until next time all on the Road Package I bought when I bought the tires. My new go to location.

I have been going here for years and it was pleasant but I had 4 tires put on my 22 soul a few weeks ago and it shakes above 65. I appreciate that they have balanced it 3 times. But I m my last visit i asked if they test drove it to assure it had been fixed and was told they cannot test drive above 55 mph. Since I cannot continue to loose work and keep being told the same thing that they will balance them. I even took my car to dealer and asked them to check my front end and I was told it has to be the tires.Well live and learn.Service: Tires

the seller with a bad attitude, bad treatment of Latinos and if you don't speak English well, he tries to steal you. I wanted to pay with caradvise and he wanted me to pay in the store, but he never sent the right information to CarAdvise with the intention that he would pay in the store forcibly since they started the work without the information reaching the app. If you want to have a bad deal and also get robbed this is the right place. despicable that these types of people who are also Latinas try to do that with Hispanics

I really got took here they fixed something that had nothing to do with the issue I was having ,745 dollars later was told my breaks where now good so I headed off to finish my 3 hour drive came close to wreaking into a car instead I took the ditch and smashed up my Truck , yes I'm a female and feel like I got a good ride

Anything besides a simple oil change might be a gamble in your wallet . You have been warned ! I usually get an ok service , however in the past few visits , I always leave wondering if whatever additional services they added were really necessary . I had an appointment to get some nails off the tires, particularly one side giving me a weekly low pressure notice . In addition decided to get the usual oil change , even though it wasn't due yet . Somehow the front desk didn't inform the back about the tires and after the oil change , the truck was returned and I was informed about the multiple nail issues , which is why I made the appointment for to begin with . I was then informed by the same individual at the front desk , that I needed at least 3 new tires , which after a discount would be almost $1,800.00 . Apparently removing the nails and putting plugs was not possible or they didn't find it worth a try . Needless to say I did not get my tires done and wasted my precious time . I am never coming to that store again . I find them very deceptive and dishonest ! I ended up going to a small tire shop " Pedrito Tire Plus " on Water's Avenue and for $50.00 got the nails off and tires fixed , and have been driving without any problems for 6 months now .Services: Tires, Oil change

I'm very satisfied with the care and service my girlfriend and myself always receive when we go to this Tires Plus. The gentleman who always helps us is informative, helpful, and very nice. I don't recall his name. He has an accent. I hope he gets recognized for his exceptional service.

We had to wait a bit to chat with an employee. They were so kind. They did not have our size tire in stock. And we were amazed that they didn't charge us for checking our tires

I brought my car in for a oil servicing and was informed that my mass airflow sensor was not functioning resulting a maintenance required light. The technician failed to mention this was only emissions related and wouldn't affect the function of vehicle at all. in addition, they charged me nearly double the typical price for the part and nearly a $100 to install a part that should take less than 5 minutes to replace. I'm not a highly technical person when it comes to cars and i felt like i was taken advantage of. if i could give negative starts i would do so. bottom line im furious.Service: Oil change

The workers were EXTREMELY nice and caring. They went over everything with me thoroughly and made sure everything was checked out. They told me what was necessary and what was not, and they answered every single question I had. Emilio was amazing, he could not have been any better. The technician, Rodolfo, was also super amazing. He was extremely fast and did an amazing job on my car. I will definitely be going back, this is by far the best experience I have had so far.

I was there 4:45 to get 1 tire changed and they are listed as open until 5. The lights were on and bay doors were open. An employee was also inside the the doors were locked. If they don't want to do business before their actual closing time then they should change their hours.

I made an appointment four days in advance for January 12th at 8am, then was told because I was late they couldn t do the services I requested because they over booked that hour. I ended up having to reschedule for January 14th at 3pm. I arrived at the store at 2:45, stood at the front counter for almost 30 minutes before the front desk person acknowledged me, and start checking me in until 3:10pm. I asked if they could take a look at my front struts since they where doing an alignment and tire rotation. He told me it was be $25 for them to look at the struts. I ve never been charged for something like that at any other store. The tires plus I used to go to, looked at my suspension, tie rods, and CV axels on my last car without me even asking as a courtesy, since they already had my tires off and my car on a lift. When I bought new tires , the tech noticed my tie rod was loose and inspected and tightened it up for me, as a courtesy. I ve never been charged for someone to literally look up after taking my tires off. The front desk guy asked if I would be dropping off my car, after I specifically put in my requested for appointment that I would be waiting in the store, and then told me it would be 2� or more hours for them to do my alignment, tire rotation, and wheel balance. I have gone to 3 other tire plus s and have gotten an oil change, and alignment, tire rotation, and wheel balance in under 2 hours. There was no reason that it should take over 3 hours for them to do an alignment and a tire rotation. After the experience I have had this week, I will never be back to this store. I have never received such poor customer service at any Tires Plus. If this location is so busy they shouldn t be confirming appoints made days in advance, if they cannot do the services requested by the customer.

Great work, super customer service by Will, and all at reasonable prices. I was in a bind while visiting Tampa and my car was stalling out with the battery seemingly not recharging. Tough to find a reliable shop and available parts on a Sunday. Will and the mechanic took the time to thoroughly check the car and found a faulty terminal....About an hour and a few bucks later....I'm safely back on the road....Sooo thankful for professionals who are good at their job and also customer oriented. Turned my rough morning into a fab Sunday!!!

I have been coming here for a while and I love them. They are always totally honest with me. As a woman, I have had some places try to take advantage of me and tell me I have a list of things wrong that need to be fixed right away. These guys always tell me what's wrong, but they tell me what's urgent and what can wait. Last night I had my car towed in 2 minutes before close. They stayed open for me to make sure they pulled the car in and gave me an estimate. Both guys I talked to made sure I had a ride home and told me I could stay with them until it arrived. They of course offered me the credit card they have, but they were even honest about that- the interest rate is high, but for work over $300 you get 6 months interest free. The repairs were completed today and I was able to pick my car up after work. I will continue coming back here.

Had major blowout from tire splitting. The Manager and Mechanic where Tremendous People. As A Disabled Vet who can Hardly walk. They made me comfortable and looked after me until Repair was done. They Didn't Charge Me For Anything even though it should have been at least a 20.00 bill. Hats off to them for helping me in a time of need.

Hector was amazing. He kept us informed and took time explaining what was wrong with our vehicle and was honest about what needed to be fixed now and what could wait. When there was a misunderstanding he immediately gave us a discount to compensate our inconvenience. Very happy with his service.

Beware of this location!!!! I am new to the area and have heard from multiple people to be careful with this location. I wish I would have known sooner! I had my car serviced for a basic oil change and had to return THREE times for a service incorrectly performed! Additionally, I made an appointment for the morning and the car wasnt ready until the store approached closing time! Spend a few additional bucks and take your car somewhere reliable! The cheaper option will cost you more in the long run.

RICK and his team did everything above and beyond to accomplish our tire needs for a truck and a trailer. I called in about 10:00 in the morning he set me up for the same day service and his team worked late to deliver my truck and trailer the same day.HONESTLY when he told me that he could do it the same day with all the service bays full, I thought that was the hook to earn our business but Rick was committed to accomplish what he promised and he did.. as a business owner I strongly recommend this place to whom ever need a courteous, honest and professional service done.j

I read the reviews but I took my car anyway. All routine procedures: tires balanced and rotated, and oil change. I left the car and they called 3 hours later to say they couldn t start it. Mechanic had attitude with me while I was explaining how to start the car. They told me come get it; when I got there it was in the bay. That s 2 Uber s for nothing. Yes I left it. Today. So far, so good.
