I have always come here and they always give the best service and quick too, they show you are a priority and they work with you. They do not inflate prices or try and trick you, they only tell you what you need and the facts and let you decide on the services that are recommended but not immediately needed. They treat you like family and are all very friendly and easy to talk to. I will continue to go to them every time my car needs something, they are my number one choice

They are true professionals, always helping the community and very kind. Always very attentive to your needs, it is always very pleasant to come here. I recommend them all. I only don't recommend it if you want to talk to them about mechanical issues because they are going to deny you to your face, just ask them for something specific and don't try to argue, otherwise excellent service and very good quality of the I have visited for so many years that I have been serving with them. Without discussion, excellent service!

I dropped my car off 30 minutes before my 9 AM appointment It took them 2 hours to call and tell me they couldn t do my lifetime warranty alignment because of too much in the wheels OK I ll get that fixed not a problem SO Im thinking I ll get a call bc they said they would call quickly bc how long does it take to mount 1 tire??? Not 2 hours!!! Kept car ANOTHER 2 hours after calling to say they couldn t do the alignment and would call me back when the tire had been mounted .i went in at 12:30. That s 4 hours to mount 1 tire!! Only to be told if I had things to do I shouldn t have bought it in bc things happen by the manager!!! Do not go here. Slow & rude. This would have NEVER happened if my boyfriend had taken it in.

I had a huge bolt go through my tires .. I searched for a tire shop near me and I was .4 miles away from Tires Plus .. It was 15 min before closing and these guys had me in and out easily with really friendly staff !! I cannot thank you enough for getting me in ! Thank you !!!!!!

Today was not the day for a flat tire that turns out needed replaced. I have 2 important appointments and I came in a panic at 830. My first app appointment is at 9:30 and I asked Will Sylvester if he could diagnose what was wrong with my tire and that amount of time and potentially get it fixed and he said we will do our best. He explained everything to me got me a new tire and got me out the door at 9:20 in time for my appointment. I can t say enough about how awesome that is. I want to give Will a big five star review for being amazing at customer service and for getting me out and with a new tire and safe on time.

We used to use this facility all the time. Took my sons car in for leaking tire that had plenty of tread and they wouldn t even look at it. Responded we needed two new tires and alignment. Turns out it was a $30 leaking valve repair somewhere else. We even pointed out the amount of tread left and they wouldn t even take a second look. Shame since they used to be reliable and trustworthy.Service: Tires

When I called Mavis to make an appointment, they were very professional, when I arrived at their business I had the best attention and explanations. The service was fast and my vehicle feels great. I will surely return to Mavis.

I have always recommended Tire Plus and have had many services throughout the years with your company ...but upon my most recent visit my experience was not a very good nor SAFE one !!I originally went in there to get a price quote for an oil change but the mechanic working the desk was very condescending and extremely defensive towards every question that I had inquired.. I was told if I filled out an application for a credit card that I would get 50% off my service...so I did agree to apply for the credit card , but whenever I would question a price for service it was not consistent as I'm assuming they have wiggle room to adjust pricing? .The more questions I asked,, like how long would it be for an oil change service ? the more I felt I was a burden to your staff! And was responded with a defensive ATTITUDE!! I felt very uncomfortable like most mechanic shops make you feel!! the same shenanigans the same song and dance!... I was approved for $1,800 credit and then suddenly I conveniently needed a lot of additional services to max out my credit !! For a 2020 Mitsubishi mirage ES with only 28,000 miles I was told I needed a new battery for $200 with 2 year warranty,, which I was able to get a 2-year warranty for $99 at Walmart!! I was also told I needed a wheel alignment , Needless to say I had two brand new tires in my trunk that needed mounting I was charged 50% off the oil change but I was not charged 50% off to mount the tires it was not included in my discount which made no sense to me after I was told I would get 50% off my services after I applied for a credit card?. After they mounted and rotated those two tires !! conveniently my rim could not fit on my car and I was told that it was the wrong size compared to the other three,, now mind you I was able to drive there with no problem and never had any concerns with my rims.. they suggested I needed a new rim to match the other three because they were not able to put the rim back on the vehicle.. so they forced it on and suggestion I drive safely!!! untill it's replaced and to come back in a few days to check to see if the bolts need tightening ! I couldn't believe the nightmare I was hearing! , so I paid for a oil change and 2 mounted tires and they sent me on my way ,, I barley drove for an hour and called the shop back and told the manger my tire is making noise it never did before I arrived to ur shop ! And I suggested if he can please place my spare tire on my car for safety , he agreed and suggested I returned to the shop immediately because they were about to close soon , so when I returned they removed the tire with the supposedly defective rim and replaced it with my spare which I do not understand why they did not suggest or ask if I had a spare before they sent me on my way with a unsafe rim??? The very next morning I paid $124 for a brand new rim that I truly believe was the responsibility of your shop to replace because when I arrived to your shop I had no issues with my rims that I was aware of! Thank you for taking the time to listen but I would not be returning back to that location and I may considered closing out my credit card account as wel thank you kindlyMr. Timothy ArroyoP. S. Since my visit.,I have taken my car to the Mitsubishi dealership service department for evaluation and to replace a sensor under manufacturer warranty ! and I do not and did not need a wheel alignment nor any additional services that they suggested ! The service is terrible, every time I bring the car it always has a different problem, I changed the part they told me and it continues to has the problem according to them, there is always an issue just to not do the job, they have never been able to align or leave my car well. They sold a life time alignment the first time I went there with the car but never been able to align the car, they took the payment and then said they could align the car but never return the payment.They called me to tell me that the suspension didn t work, Referring to ALL the suspension.This is what they write in the work order. CUSTOMER WAS UPSET BECAUSE HE DIDN'T WANT TO PAY US TO CORRECT THE ISSUE. , The person told me that they did not intervene in other jobs and never gave me a price to correct the problem, I decide to take the car and not do any work.However, being at his workplace, he (Marvin Valladares- service manager ), opens a window and begins to shout that I am ignorant and that the person who does the work on the car doesn t know. I told the guy my A/C isn t blowing cold air. He took my car, called me up said it would be $500. I paid and left, barley spoke to anyone. One week, later my A/C stops blowing cold air again. I bring it up there, they said it would be $700 I said what did you do last time?!This is exactly what they did for $500 and what he told me today sometimes when a pressure system gets re-pressurized leaks happen later. And it could cost more money. We like to tell our customers these thing so they can make a decision on what best to do. I said why didn t you say that before I paid you last time He said someone should have told you, sorry. I asked if he could return the part he installed but he refused. He gave me a $100 credit and told me out of the good grace of his heart he filled my leaking A/C back up for free!!!Basically they knew I would never spend the value of the car on the A/C itself so they figured, let s charge him something or else we get no money at all. If you would have treated me better I would come back to you in the future. But now I m actively telling people not to come. You see how that works? I m calling my bank, and filling a BBB complaint.

Some of the worse service I have ever had. They are rude as they dont allow you to speak. We schedule a appointment to have tires put on over the weekend . Confirmed they had the tires online. Monday morning they call and state they dont have the tires and we would have to pay in advance . Ask to speak with a supervisor . Was told supervisor wasnt at the store . I did get upset and a lil loud at the situation . To which we were hung up on . Well within 45 secs a supervisor calls back. My husband answered and tried to start speaking to explain what was going on . Before he could findh a sentence the manager cut him off , my husband hey bro you are doing the same thing can i olease speak. Manager im not your bro and a few ither words i wasnt priveledge to hear. And gung up on my husband..

the worst service, on Monday I went asking for help because a tire had been emptied, I arrived and the person who attended was rude and racist, he did not make the slightest move to help me, he told me that there was no one who spoke Spanish (that the other day ) ! How ugly that you go looking for help and they treat you like you're nobody! They should teach customer service! treat how we would like to be treated !!!

I had used this location for years. I woke up to a nail in my tire. The gentleman at the front desk was let's say quite rude, told I needed a new tire, and it would take ab 45 mins, called back about 25 mins later saying the car was done. I pay and get in my car, start going down Hanley and the car is making a strange noise that it wasn't making when I dropped it off. I got out of the car to notice they didn't put my hubcap on properly, so I assumed that's what the noise was, so I tried to put it back on and I first tried with my hands then I kicked it and it broke. So I just left, but it continued to make that weird noise when I drove it so I took it back and the manager who was more worried ab the soccer game at first now comes out asking why I kicked myhubcap, but then I asked why it wasn't placed back on correctly when his employees returned it to me and nowmy car is driving funny, he sent out one of his workers to test drive thecar and when he came back all he said was "its your muffler" walked inside and no sight of the manager to discuss the matter. I will NEVER go back or refer TIRES PLUS to anyone ever. Unprofessional and RudeService: Tires

I visit this place to change oil and replace the headlights for my husband's car, satisfied with service they provide.Marvin is very helpful with customers I had reservation but I guess walk-in still they will serve you.Don't have to wait for long, so, I recommend this place to everyone esp if emergency like I do.

I had an "annoying experience" at Tire Plus on 8411 Hanley Rd., Tampa, FL 33634.I send my vehicle to this store, regardless of the many bad opinions that can be read in the reviews, because it is close to my family's house, well, a big mistake!Although the four-wheel brakes were in poor condition, especially in the rear. However, the main reason to take the vehicle there was to check and repair the front brake pads and the front wheel rotors because this was a repair done by Tire Plus and is still under the full warranty of parts and labor and, therefore, said repair is free. . This was explained to the manager at the reception. Surprisingly the mechanic of the place assured that the front brakes are in "perfect condition" and focused his attention on repairing the rear brakes so they tried by all means to convince my family to execute such repair . Once I was notified of the results of the inspection, I went to the place and took pictures of the front brakes (see the attached photos), which clearly shows the multiple and deep grooves in the disc of the rotors that indicate the deterioration of the same. Then I went to speak with the representative at the reception, who assured me that he was one of the managers claimed to be called Julio, I expressed my disagreement with the result of the inspection and asked him, kindly, to give me a written statement of the statement concerning the "perfect condition of the front brakes"; the one who calls himself Julio, upon hearing the reason for my visit, cut me off by roughly extending the paper with the budget for the repair of the rear brakes and he refused to see the photos or listen to my arguments and even left me the word in the mouth three times, finally returned and categorically stated that he agrees with what the mechanic said and nothing else (I must emphasize that this man neither approached the vehicle to inspect it himself nor look at the photos I wanted to show him).I never go back to this place, I do not recommend it to anyone.P.S.Later on, I received an email to fill out a survey about my visit to this place, of course I filled it out and it was not satisfactory for them. However, I emphasized that I did NOT want to be contacted to try to solve the problem (because the way that they treated me leaves much to be desired and left me with ZERO confidence in them, however I received an angry call from the person in charge of Services of this workshop, summoning me to show that the front brakes are bad, only that way they make the repair for free, and even more, he threatened me that if someone touched those brakes I would lose the guarantee. Obviously in this place there are words that do not know: kindness, courtesy, even less, professionalism, please, not even mention: good customer service.Run away from here while you are in time to avoid a major dislike.

I've been coming here for quite a while and I've always had great service, especially from Rick. They may underestimate the time it will take to fix your car, especially on a Saturday or Sunday when they're really busy, but they always get it done by close. I work a couple of miles away and Rick even dropped me off and came and picked me up when my car was ready. Fair prices and they never seem to push you to do things you don't need.

This place is horrible. I had a water pump put in my car by Tires Plus in February 2017. It was cracked not even 4 months later and needed to be replaced. I dropped my car off at 6pm on Wednesday May 31st and spoke with Hector who told me my car would be looked at first thing in the morning. Called the next morning spoke with Chris to find out nothing was put in the system regarding my car and he would look into it and get back with me. The part my car needed wouldn't be until 4pm that day however the mechanic who does that type of work leaves at 4 for the day so it would be worked on the first thing the following morning. I called the following morning and spoke with the store manager Rick who then said the mechanic that does that type of work comes in at 9 and it was not a 5 minute job so my car wouldnt be ready for at least 2 hours after that. They take no accountability for anything and blame the fact they weren't there so they don't know what's going on. DO NOT TRUST TIRES PLUS WITH YOUR CAR!! They will give you false quotes for things that do not exist. You will spend more money in the long run so it's best to take it elsewhere.

0 Stars. I just brought my car up there around a month ago to get new tires and brakes. I got the tires (obviously) but my brakes started squeaking after only 500 miles. Now everyone knows what the brakes sound like when they are bad and come to a red light. I could hear them backing up... These brakes were still squeaking!! I brought it up there again because its still under warranty and they told me it was the suspension!!! They said the brakes are fine and that they need to look at the suspension and they don't know how much its going to cost. They already charged me 1200 dollars for the new tires and brakes. Also, I have dash cam and the SD card suddenly erased the video of me driving up there and the video of them pulling into the shop... and the video of their supposed test drive... even though I cleared the card before going up there to make sure it had enough storage space! The Dash cam just stops recording when its full, IT DOES NOT OVER WRITE VIDEO!!! I still had 948 MB free when I got it back from them, also it had 2 hours of just sitting there with camera coming on and off. So they definitely tried to fill up space on the camera because it shuts off automatically when you turn the car off.... and if I brought it up there for a brake check why where they turning the car on and off so much for 2 hours!? So now I have to wait until whatever lubricant they put on the squeak to wear off and bring it back up there, hopefully still under warranty but I'm sure that was there plan all along. They thought they could get away with charging me for a new suspicion, and when I got mad and said "no, just give me the car" they ran back there and started stalling and messing with the brakes. Why? They were suppose to pull the car out to give to me not look at the brakes finally. I can see the manager backing the car out while the mechanic looks likes hes rubbing something on the brakes with his finger. Which I have video of the manager backing the car out talking to the mechanic in another language about the sound of the brakes. I don't know what else to do except leave a bad review and hope they can admit to the sound of a brake squeaking when I bring it back up there.

Rick the manager is AWESOME!!! I tell you. He takes good care of me whenever I come in to service my car or have any questions about my car. His staff are pretty nice but nothing like Rick. Keep up the great job Rick!!!

I arrived there at 5:42 with a huge nail in my tire I spoke to Marvin the service manager who was up front asked him if I can get that patched or replaced he stated to say that they were closed I said what time do you close next at 6 o'clock I said it's 5:42 he once again reiterated they were closed so I left left drove home almost got into an accident because my tire Blew and was stranded on the side of the road. Horrible customer service especially from a supervisor

The staff at the Hanley location were like no other Tires Plus I have visited. Very welcoming, happy and enthusiastic bunch. They communicated with me every step of the way and went out their way to ensure my customer experience was top notch! I highly recommend them to anyone who is fed up with other Tires Plus locations like I was. Please tell the manager and staff to keep up their hard work and enthusiasm as they are a rare group! I look forward to making this my go to Tires Plus location.

Bad customer service, the manager told me it would take an hour to two to fix my tire. Four hours later, my car still sit out side! I was almost call off to work because of this. I ended up took my car to Walmart to get it fix! There is bad and good in everything we do, but to wish for good thing and good service at this place, it is depends on your luck! So good luck to anyone who choose to come here! I will definitely not working with people that are lack of integrity and not keep their words!

I had an appointment to get an oil change done, which they performed in a relatively quick time. The staff was friendly and informative and explained all the services that needed to be performed. It's located in a convenient corner spot next to Burger King so there is plenty of traffic, but usually there is parking available.
