They don't have the ability to screw things in. I have only taken my car to this Tires Plus for it's maintenance. I go here because it is near my work and where I live. I wish that they had the ability to do basic things such as screwing things in tightly.The first time I went here they did not screw my oil cap on tightly so the entire oil tank emptied out. I only realized it later after the engine gave warnings. So I was driving my car without oil because of their inability to screw my oil cap in.I took it back and they replaced the oil and screwed the cap. I went back months later for a free oil change but they didn't screw in one of the the oil access cover screws fully so the screw fell out. I also, naively, trusting them did not double check their work. So I was driving around with the oil access panel ready to fall off.So although they are conveniently located near my job/where I live, they do not have the ability to screw things in. So if you get anything done here that requires something to be screwed in, ask them if they actually screwed everything in tightly before you leave.I think the manager Ryan is nice and helpful but the staff there don't understand the basics/aren't considerate of what their customers experience as a result of their negligence. Just now I went to get my car after they replaced the screw. I had to get in on the passenger side of the car because they parked the car so close to another car. I watched them backup the my very close to the other car. The other car didn't park itself close to my car, they chose to park my car that close to the one that was already parked.1 star rating for inability to do the basics and one star added because they fixed it when I brought it back.

John, the store manager, was absolutely fantastic to work with. Very trustworthy, genuine, and he walked me through exactly what was going on with my car and the plan of action. He made the process and stress of having my check engine light flash on while I was headed to work a much easier process. Will definitely be returning and requesting to work with John.

I have to give kudos to this place, especially to it's stores manager John Ortiz..! I went to many repair shops through my life, but this one is far most welcoming, relatively clean (comparing with others just one was cleaner than this one), organized place. I really appreciate their website, where I was able to make my appointment and was taking care of right away, even I walked in 45 minutes prayer of my appointment time..! John was very friendly, understanding of our situation, forward with all informations, including prices and discounts and helped us in our rough time by fixing our issue with friendliness and smile - definitely we recommending this place..! I usually do my own oil changes but I wasn t able to this time. Finding you was great because you use the same oil I do. However I felt the wait time was excessive being that I had an appointment. Even with added time for the inspection I felt that the little over an jour and a half was too much.

Minor issues, but a straightforward experience.I'm a 32 y/o M.My issue: Came here because corporate customer service said that they had a specific tire in stock. I drive an EV so its very important I get a specific type of tire. When I got there, they didn't actually have it in stock which was almost a huge issue, but luckily they had another tire that wasn't ideal, but it was cheaper so.. Regardless, they were helpful and got me done relatively fast. Afterwards my traction control system started glitching out and the mechanic who did my car (his name was Eddy) came out and was very nice and tried to help me figure out what was going on. Turns out it was my cars computer trying to adjust to my new tires. All was good.Ended up going with the suredrive Sports, which have a pretty comfortable ride, and very quiet (even for an EV) but are not fuel efficient and cause me to lose about 10% of my range. You get what you pay for with tires, so I'm not upset about it considering these were $500 cheaper than the tires I was going to get.

The worst mistake I ever made was taken my C8 Corvette to tire plus ON 5136 E Fowler ave to get the rear tires changed . they work on my car did not put a cover on the seat all you can see is grease dirt and water residue inside the car and what get me more upset they make it seems like i bring the car like that to them. I recommend you guys don t bring your car there because they have no respect for other people stuff.Service: Tires

I've had oil changes and rotations done here several times and never had an issue. The staff have always been friendly and honest, not trying to pressure me to get stuff I don't need.

i came here unsure of what to expect as my car needed some work. I met with Ryan and then John. John was a pleasure to work with he showed me things on my car that I had never seen. As a woman ppl normally take advantage of us as we are not the savviest car ppl but John was patient with me he got me some savings wherever he could in a world where everything is overpriced and we all are struggling in some way or another John reassured me the whole time I was there that he was going to make sure i understood what was needed and after all i felt confident that I was in good hands. John thank you so much i will be back to get the recommended services completed.

I did not have any high expectations But Customer service made a huge difference Ryan was great Gave me a great deal on tires And the money saved I Used it to service the vehicle. Will definitely be coming back Thank you team

I came in with my 6 year old daughter with a flat tire. Walked up to the counter and the gentleman told me that if I can t leave my vehicle overnight, they cannot help me. I told the man that I did not have a spare and I m with my daughter so I would need to get it done today. I asked him if he can please help it s urgent and he said no I m sorry I cannot help you. He then told me that they close in 1 hour and have 2 jobs so he can t help. (It doesn t take long to either change or patch one tire.) I went across the street to tire kindom. They were very kind and said they can help. I told them my experience about tires plus and they said I m not the first person this has happened to. I rarely write a review but the disservice I received deserved this review. Go to tire kingdom not tires plus. Tires plus is supposed to be there when you need help not to shoo away a potential life long customer. What a shame!

I had an issue where I managed to break my oil drain plug in half. They fixed it and got me a new plug and an oil fill up for half the price of what I was expecting. Highly recommended.

Did full tires with lifetime alignment and it was quality work with courteous service. Found out that the rear break pads also needed changing and was able to come back and get it done while I went to the gym.Follow up calls have been smooth, good discounts and great promotional financing. The Firestone Card doesn t have the logo anymore but your card works at Tires Plus. Highly recommend this location.

WILL. WILL. WILL. Thank you so much for a great experience from the minute I walked into the door to less than one hour later leaving with a new tire because of a blowout on the highway. Tires Plus is the only place I trust to take my car for service. Previously I ve gone to places and felt I was taken advantage of because I am a female. Here I can bring my car in and say I need an oil change but can you check the brakes while it s here. And they actually say you don t need brakes at this time. Totally blew me away. I ve been going to Tires Plus for 8 years now. Never had a bad experience. I can t say enough good things about John. He is phenomenal. He is personable he is honest and you can tell he cares about his customers. We called thirty minutes prior to the store closing making them aware we were coming in with an almost flat tire. The Manager on duty had the technician look at the tire. They were able to take the swolen lug-nut off the car and repair the tire. They took the time to help and made our day better.

Tires Minus! This review is for the overall experience, to be fair.Horrible experience! You make an appointment on a specific day, and after waiting two hours for a 15-minute service, they dare to suggest to you to come back another day. If I had not been determined to do my tires that day, I would have waited 3 hours for nothing. Either they accept more appointments than they should have, or the person who is making the appointment lives in India, and the communication between them and this business is dead. If you respect yourself and time, never step on a foot in there. Choose another place that shares the same values.

I normally don't write reviews unless I am asked to, but I had to express my gratitude for this place. Being from out of town, I am very anxious about where I choose to get my car worked on. After blowing a tire and setting up an appointment to get a tow, I was quite stressed. However this place was quick to fix the issue and did not try to up-sell me on anything. They explained recommendations but did not press me to get any of them done, rather just expressed concern of the potential problems I could run into down the road. After getting one tire done and being extremely happy with their work, I decided to get two other tires replaced and a wheel alignment as well. They were quick and transparent through the whole process. John specifically kept me up to date via phone calls and kept his word of having my car done by 2pm when I dropped it off the night before (even though there were severe thunderstorms that caused power outages all over the area for hours). I cannot recommend this place enough and will continue to get my auto work done here!Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

They will rip you off! I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. They take so long plus give the highest rates in the area. My car needed two things to be fixed and they wanted to charge me more than $1,000. I had to take my place somewhere else and they were asking for less than $300. I came to find out that the oil wasn t even leaking. They will take advantage of your innocence. If you are looking for a better place, go to L.G. Financing and ask for Carlos the mechanic, he will give you a fair and good price.

This tire plus is convenient as I live walking distance from the store front I just can t get down with their customer service I believe John is who I m constantly talking to and he s just always so condescending and slightly manipulative which makes me not wanna trust him with my car. I once made an appointment got there and was told it d be an additional two hour wait which under any circumstance is insane without additional communication. I do like the company however. 8411 Hanley Rd, Tampa, FL 33634 is another location with GREAT customer service that s I recommend.and would inconveniently go to over this location

2nd time I got service here, excellent service. I went a few weeks ago on a Saturday they had no tech there that morning. I had a nail in my tire. So obviously no one could ve helped me anyway. So, the nice young gentleman with the glasses on put air in my tire, so at least I can get back home, and he realized the other tires had too much air! These people are efficient and they have great customer service. Definitely recommend!!!

I have been waiting for more than one hour to have one tire balanced and the alignment check... and nothing had been care off.....After about 30min off waiting the technician called me, wanted to charge me on new tires that are not needed,, the tires on my car are good enough. Also wanted to charge me extra 20$ of taking a nail off.... and I said No, jut do the balancing and alignment check... after another 30 min off waiting, he came back to me, gave me the keys with nothing had done on my car with big smile that he is not going to charge me today... well, I should charge you for wasting my time for nothing...And one more thing, they broke my car,,, see the picture....
