We are an off road shop that sells tires from several distributors and never had this issue except this company due to there merging with or buying Barron Tire when we had Barron Tire never had an issue with this. We keep getting invoices from Tire Co that total around $300.00 and they claim we did not pay for these tires but we are COD Cash On Delivery so how could we owe any invoices when we pay check or cash when tires are delivered and we do not get the tires until we pay. I have tried to work with Tire Co on this issue but all they say is are manifest says received them not even how we payed. Now i will uncover for Tire Co what has most likely happened to them. One of there drivers delivery or sub driver they use when we payed cash the driver never turned in the cash and Tire Co did not catch this until several months later. I know this due to again we are COD ONLY SO YOU DO NOT DROP TIRES WITH OUT PAYMENT TO US. We are currently not purchasing tires from Tire Co until this is resolved and they hold there company accountable for there mistake not us. Sincerely On The Rize Trucks.

Worst customer service. These people are irresponsible and have very bad management, they do not know how to deal with customers. I had an issue with one of there drivers. 2 wks ago this driver park in front of my house and hit my mail box with his truck and broke it and left it on the floor. He left without doing noting, in other words hit and run. I immediately call the company and spoke to Mr. Cala which gave me the run around for 2 wks. After that I decided to speak to someone in a higher position which he told me there was no one in a higher position then his manager position. After me continuing requesting someone higher he spoke to the Regional operator manager Mr. Wahn who call me but didn t do anything for what his employee did to my mailbox. No one wanted to take responsibility for what happened. These people are not to trust , if this is the way they acted with me imagine how will they act with any of there customers.

This is my favorite commercial tire spot. Great and best prices ever. No one can beat Barton s Tire they have all the good prices.

Been dealing with BWT for years, put my American Express on file for tires. Without prior notice they stopped processing AMEX cards. Didn't find this out until 6/22/18 when we had a customer who was at our shop waiting on tires. The owner was on vacation and had to come in to get the issue taken care of. At that time he also gave BWT the company Visa to an employee to be put on file. Asked to speak with Eddie about the issue in which no call was returned. On 6/27/18 we had another tire dropped off and our card was not on file. The credit department was able to get a hold of Eddie and he stated that we have to fill out a credit card authorization form in order to keep our card on file. At which point we became concerned our credit card was just given to a random employee that no one seemed to have any record of. Eddie also stated he tried to call us back and only reached our voicemail. We didn't have a voicemail or any record of a phone call from BWT. With two people in our office and 6 active phone lines we find that hard to believe he couldn't get a hold of anyone here. Tire distribution is a very competitive business and we don't have time to chase people to pay.
