Me and my family have been coming to this location for a few years now and they always do a great job. The staff is super friendly and they always are able to get me in last minute when I need help. I drive an older car with over 300k miles so as you can assume we re here often and they always give a great price and are fast to get the job done. Highly recommend this location!

My husband & I have been taking our cars to the Town n Country Tire Kingdom on W Hillsborough for years. They are very trustworthy & provide outstanding customer service. The manager, Zo, explains the necessary repairs thoroughly & lets you know when you can put off less critical repairs for a future date, so as not to break your budget. Their prices are very reasonable. We have never had issues with any of the repairs they have made. They keep our older cars running. We are lucky to have them as our mechanics.

Came in the morning due to tire pressure being low and was immediately helped! Staff was very friendly and explained the issue to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. My tire was fixed in a timely manner and I would recommend the town n country location for anyone in the area who has tire issues.

This location has always treated me well. I took my car to another Tire Kingdom twice to locate a leak in my tire and they spent hours finding no issues. With the help of Edgar and his team at the Hillsborough location, they found the leak within minutes and even gave me a good deal remedying it.Thanks again!

I had the most professional experience today at this location. The guts were extremely knowledgeable and fair. They went above an beyond my expectations. When I say customer service was 100% is an understatement. I highly recommend this place for your mechanical needs. Thank so much for your hospitality.

This place will take advantage of you. Went in to take a look at my tire pressure because my car said the front right tire was low. The manager said it had plenty of air and I should be worried about the left one and tried to get me to purchase tire. I left for 3 days for Christmas and came back to the right tire completely flat. I had also gotten an alignment a few weeks prior and my car has not driven the same since. Do not bring your car here. Also very overpriced for tire installation.

Edgar Very helpful - came in right before they closed this evening due to a nail on in my tire. They weren t able to patch since it was on the side of the tire but they offered to stay open late to put my spare on for me. Definitely go see edgar.

I was very happy with my experience here. Visited the N Hillsborough Ave location in Tampa and received Up front and Honest Pricing, Great Service and left feeling fantastic. Definitely visit them for your tire/auto service needs!

Been coming here for a few years now, they have helped with my father s car as well as both of mine. Usually pretty fast if you make an appointment but they also do walk ins if you have a little more time to spare. Clean waiting room with a tv and coffee machine. Staff is always super friendly though and Rafael took great care of me today.

The customer service at this location is top notch. They fixed my flat first thing in the morning, gave me their best price and all work was done in half the time I was quoted. I would recommend this location to anyone. You won t de disappointed

Great service must be recognized. I came in towards closing with a flat tire and Ronnie made sure I was quickly taken care of before the weekend which I tremendously appreciated and respected. I had already gone to two other competitor shops prior, and I m glad I was able to give Ronnie my business.

Outstanding service. Great communication. Excellent team work.After having a bad experience with another store I brought my vehicle here where I met Dan Marvin - Service Manager. Mr Marvin not just took the time to understand my needs but also committed himself and his team to get the situation under control.I got said the service went great. We scheduled an appointment yesterday with someone on the phone for an appointment today at 10:30am because i got all new tires almost a week ago and my car is having issues already. We pulled in and no one was there. Doors locked. No one answering phones. Super disappointed. Waste of my morning. And now I still have an unreliable car because they didn t do their job the first time around.
