Go to Tampa for a work event & get a flat tire. Go get it replaced just to leave with a broken back windshield. I understand things happen so I was very upset but not mad about it. The manager Chris began to apologize & said he would set up the appt for my windshield to get replaced. I asked for a discount off my invoice or 145$ because let s get real; I had no back windshield and came in for just a tire replacement & had to drive 4 hours back home with my daughter in the car WITH NO BACK WINDSHIELD. He said no and I expressed how messed up that was considering my situation and having to drive so far away & it s 3 days before Christmas; I had to get home!! He offered to Uber me 4 hours time! FOUR HOURS UBER. Then we got into a screaming match when he said I compensated you enough when I set up the appointment for your replacement and you don t have to do anything WELL I WOULD HOPE SO CONSIDERING YOU GUYS BROKE IT !!! And that s not compensation at all. So then I call my dad .. my dad gets involved and the manager Chris; his attitude completely changed & he wanted to do everything he can to help me so he was going to get me a rental if I just stayed an extra night in Tampa. Then get my car fixed and tow it back to me at home. Ok that s amazing let s do it.I get there the next day & Chris who was very nice and helpful at this point began to explain that he can t do anything more because now their insurance is involved and the district manager told him to stop.So 3 days before Christmas; I m stuck in a city I know NO ONE with my daughter and a broken back windshield. Can not get a rental ; no hotel room any more and no car I had absolutely no choice but to drive myself and my daughter back home 4 hours with no back windshield.I not only had to risk my daughter and myself safety but I had to risk the safety of others driving behind me as well. I had anxiety attack after anxiety attack between the initial news of it being broken all the way until I got home. I cried non stop & was genuinely so worried for our and others safety.This company DID NOT CARE AT ALL. They do not care that I had to risk my life but my daughter s life as well. They do not care about customer service and I will be contacting a lawyer to get help. I missed an entire day of work for no reason at all because in the end I only stayed to get a rental for a safe ride home ; just to stay and not get one and have to still risk my life driving home.Oh and my appointment to get my windshield field isn t until Jan 2nd so being in FLORIDA and having RAIN ALMOST EVERYDAY; it is now leaking in my car!!!!! This has turned into a HUGE disaster RIGHT BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS.Mind you; I haven t heard ANYTHING from any of the management neither! Not a single word!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANYyes accidents happen and I spoke with the technician who accidentally broke my windshield; he was so apologetic & sincerely felt so bad and I told him, it s ok accidents happen. I was not mad about it actually breaking but the customer service following THEIR MISTAKE was the worst experience of my life!!!!STAY AWAY!!!Edit 12/27 : ITS BEEN 6 days and I have yet to hear ANYTHING BACK AT ALL. And I have left voicemail for the number provided below before I was even told to do so and have yet to hear back. I m reporting this to the BBB and contacted a lawyer

Chris was awesome! Very communicative - he told me a good time to come in to get an oil change and tire rotation. Had great customer service - endured I was taken care of quickly so I could be on my way. Very clean and inviting waiting room. 10/10 recommend. very trustworthy employees

The work was good but I had a terrible experience in setting up the finance option since the system was down (I understand that this is not your fault, bad things happen). However, the store manager provided false information about the financing through Monro card. I was told that I can make interest free payments for 12 months but only after the work was done, I found out that the interest free period is 6 months only. Just because your representative did not have his facts right, I ll be paying an extra $600 interest. I reached out to the helpline as well but nobody really helped, saying that "nobody forced me to fix my car there" which is simply absurd. Had I know about the 34% interest after 6 months, I would ve never fixed my car with you to begin with. I hope you take this as a positive feedback.

This would be my first time taking my car to a shop that s not a dealership and I looked at multiple shops in my area and settled for tire choice and I couldn t be any happier with my visit. Dylan and Rolando the mechanic had amazing customer service, any little thing that was off in my car was immediately pointed out to me and we were able to fix the issues all in the same day with amazing time and price. Amazing group of guy even the ones who didn t work on my car were super supportive and helpful. I would give them a 6 star if I could. I will definitely be coming back again.

DON T recommend going here1)Huge price mark up on parts2)Service light came on same day after service apparently not their doing3)Poor customer service1)Needed brakes and rotors done, they offered me rotors for my vehicle at $175 a piece ended up buying them for $90 each at advanced auto parts.2)Brake job finished in the afternoon, that night service tire monitor system alert came on, check it, two tires aren t showing one front one back. Take it in the following morning The sensors batteries are dead. They just conveniently died literally right after service? So I asked the mechanic that doesn t seem oddly convenient to you? He said no not really they look pretty old. 3)Customer service was poor, the manager said when I asked him why the rotors were so high he said I don t know dude those are our prices. Then after my service was finished typically the guy at the front counter will go over the invoice kind of explaining the job especially when they apparently included a courtesy inspection however they didn t provide any insight at the end of what that inspection entailed nor any recommendations based off of said inspection. Waited several minutes for them to back my vehicle out of the garage while they tried to figure out where the key was and jokingly talked about someone leaving it on the ground in the shop earlier. Left my lug nut kit on the passenger seat. Mechanics holding a vape while he checks my tire sensors. Said the sensors are good for 6-8 months when I googled it said 5-10 years. I made a statement to the manager prior to the work being performed that I have another vehicle that also needs work done and if everything goes smooth they will be getting that business as well and this is my experience? Disappointing. Just sloppy and unprofessionally ran establishment.

Been a customer for 5+ yrs, recently bought an 04 Xterra & brought this in. Mechanic idenitifed a couple issues & ultimately did the job same-day with fair/reasonable pricing. Will continue bringing my car to this location.

Chris and the team at Tire Choice went above and beyond to help me out. I had a tire blow out while visiting Tampa for my brother s wedding. They special ordered me a replacement, installed it promptly, and were very accommodating by allowing me to pick up the car outside of business hours. Thank you Chris, Dylan, and team.

I went in because I was suspicious of a slow leak in my tire. They found no leak, which is fine, but they overfilled both of my front tires to 50 psi. They are supposed to be at 34 psi . Not sure if they were upset that there was no leak but to overfill both tires is not only rude but dangerous.Would not recommend going there.

Dropped my car off, I Had an appointment for an oil change, an inspection, tire rotation, and a new oil filter. None of these services were performed. when I picked my car up I immediately noticed the tires were not rotated, I pointed it out, then they only rotated one side. My maintenance required light came on the day after they supposedly changed my oil. I went somewhere else a few days later & there was no oil in my car what so ever. The new assistant manager Dylan needs more training for sure. They also Left three oil stains on the inside of my door & an oily foot print on my floor after they rotated one side. Definitely bad business.

We were traveling to our hotel in downtown Tampa and ran over a huge bolt. Luckily I Googled tire shops and they were blocks away. We went in and they serviced us immediately and were very curteous and efficient. We were out of there in less than an hour. They saved us from what could have been a horrible traveling scenario.

Took my car there BEFORE WORK 7:45 to get the brakes done. lol needless too say my car sat there all day on the lift as I checked in at lunch too see if it was ready and was not serviced yet 4hrs in..when I arrived and asked about after work at 3:30 nobody had any idea what needed to be done ?? What a waste of humans , save yourself an drive past that place ..

Took my car here to get 2 tires mounted, took less than an hour and Jason was amazing. I called an hour before and had them installed right away. Thanks Jason! They even welcomed my dog I had in my car inside!

Online price for my oil change was $94. I ended up paying $134. The excuse I was given was that there were other charges like paying the mechanic, shop fees, etc. So what does the $94 cover?!? I couldn t get an answer.There were also greasy handprints all over the inside of my car. For $134, I expect white glove service. This is more than my dealer charges, and I get a car wash with that.I was already there, and I needed the oil change, so I had it done. But don t plan to come back unless something changes.

Avoid at all cost. Took entirely too long to change 2 tires. Waited over an hour with only one car in the garage. Mechanics are just sitting around doing nothing while customers wait and wait. No urgency to customers in with their day. Less than a week later had to plug on of the tires. Stay away

The manager Jason went out of his way to help me out when I had a screw in the tire of a rental car. He was friendly, personable and professional! Would definitely go there again if we need any tire service!

Excellent tire place. Walked in without an appointment for a double puncture and they ve patched it up for $20 in no time. They also have all the necessary jack pads for Teslas. They totally know what they re doing.

These guys are great, Brian was very helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything was done on point. Very honest guys and made sure they didn t just say something, they took the time to show me why. Replaced some tires on a 2016 Corvette Z51. Trust these guys to keep me safe on the road and track.

On a trip from Naples to Detroit I had a flat tire at 4:00AM. After putting space saver spare on I found my way to your store and waited 2 hrs until it opened. Your Manager and single employees did an excellent job addressing the issue and getting me on the road for the remaining 18 hour journey. They were GREAT! Deserve a Bonus! they were knowledgeable, and each willing to do what it takes to get me back on the road quickly. Well done!

Got my new rims and oil change from here. Jason helps a ton. Hardworking team in this shop with pure ethics and knowledge. He told me how the lug nuts still have to be sent in and I can either take it off the bill or wait for them to come in. I would ve never known in the first place.

Had a tire appointment. The guy who checked us in, talked us into getting an oil change as well. We left and came back in two hours and the man at the counter couldn t even confirm if the tires had been looked at yet. We just asked for our vehicle and while we were waiting for our vehicle, we could hear him on the phone telling a caller that they re not busy and to bring their car in right away and they ll have them out of here in no time when they couldn t even check my tires in two hours with an appointment. Lastly, the office is filthy.. I wish there was an option for zero stars.

Incredible service!! My car requires different tires for the front & back. I spoke to Justin on Friday afternoon. Saturday morning he had my tires, replaced them and had me back on the road in Approx an hour. Phenomenal customer service, high quality products, fair prices. I won t be going anywhere else! Thank you Justin!

This is the most corrupt place I have ever experienced, they take advantage of women DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE they play games without any empathy, all they want is charge you xtra for everything and lie to your face if you are a woman do not take your car to this people.
