One professional employee quoted me a price match to Amazon pricing without hesitation since they are already an installer for Amazon tire purchases. He then orders the tires. Two days later, I arrived for my appointment to have them installed and another employee now resists the price matching, stating Amazon could be selling counterfeit tires... Ultimately he would only agree to the price of the tire but he raised the price of installation, which was not quoted. Maybe this second employee should become familiar with his store's advertised pricing guarantee.Total waste of my time.***UPDATE*** In response to the below automated response, I did reach out to ensure this location's failed attempt to scam a customer into paying $300 more than what was quoted was made known to the area manager. A week later I got a call back from an area manager in Tallahassee who could not help me. Still haven't heard back from anyone taking responsibility. What a poorly run company based out of Pennsylvania.Do yourself a favor and stick with locally owned service centers.

Best service, Todd & Lex running the shop. Todd guides you with best options & Lex bends over backwards to execute perfectly & assures you are getting the best for your vehicle. Finding rare old part numbers & everything else needed, even talking to Auto Manufacturer.

We had a slow and persistent leak in our rear tire. I called first about tire pricing and Manny compared to what TireRack had and agreed that I should buy from TireRack. Once the tires arrived, I got a call and the car was done ahead of when I asked. Very satisfied with the work. I only go to TireChoice!!

I took my Jeep in because the engine light (p0128 code) was on. Tire Choice had supposedly fixed this same problem on my Jeep within the last year, so I expected the bill to be covered. They presented me with a $1500 bill to replace plugs, coils, and rear brakes. I asked how that related to the P0128 and they claimed the engine performance impacted the coolant temp.The day after the repair I noticed coolant and oil drops on my garage floor, so I brought it back to the shop. They took a look and claimed it was residual fluids from the repair and it would go away.It continued to leak oil, so I brought it back a few weeks later. This time they said it was my oil filter housing and they wanted another $1500 to repair. I asked why they didn t notice this leak the 2 times before and they claimed it was indistinguishable.I took the vehicle to a Jeep repair shop and they claimed all the work done to that point was incorrect, unnecessary(except brakes), and overpriced. They charged me $750 to replace the oil filter housing.Beware of Tire Choice!

Brought my truck in with no appointment on a Saturday because it needed an alignment badly after a leveling kit install. They gladly squeezed me in and got me back on road within 1 hour. Great service, thank you.

Most amazing service! We were stranded with a flat tire across the street and they came out to help change the tire! I will be a life long customer now thanks to there help! I cant thank you guys enough for saving me!!!

I unfortunately had to get work done here, they used very cheap replacement parts.I also took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and noticed they did not rotate the tires after they said they did and charged me for it.I wish I would ve marked the oil filter too because I doubt they even did that. Double check anything you have done here.

I came to Tire Choice after having terrible service at Firestone In citrus park. Todd and his team were extremely thorough about fixing the alignment issue with my Tesla and standing behind their work. Definitely a well run business where customer service still means something!

Needed a battery. They helped me very quickly.. took car in made sure it wad the battery and they had to order a battery for my car. This also took 10 mins. All very quick. Everyone was very professional and super nice!

Got some tires switched out on my fushion and I had some faulty lugnuts. They got pointed in the right direction and fixed for me when they didn t need to. Appreciate their honesty.

Really friendly folks. They installed my latest set of tires. Manager was great at scheduling and getting me back on the road in a reasonable time. They offered to price match all of my future tire purchases to online competition. So, before I buy from tirerack or others, I'll print out the online price and being it in.

Had another great experience with Scott at Tire Choice today. Had a tire failure but was able to make it to their service center. Initially I was concerned they would have to order a matching front set and I would be without a vehicle for a few days. I lucked out and they had what I needed and were able to get my vehicle addressed right away. Scott was energetic and we had some good general conversation while I waited. All I can say is when you are in and out of a service center having a set of tires replace, balanced, and aligned in about an hour...it's a great service experience.

The ONLY reason I chose this location for service was because it was the closest location to where my husband blew his tire. They re super quick to call when they want to quote you $2K in repairs and services (i knew the car needed work but i only wanted tires and was VERY specific as to my desires to ONLY have the requested services rendered and nothing more), but they can t be bothered to call to advise that the car won t be ready when initially estimated, not to advise when the car is ready. Come to find out by other neighbors in the area that this location is notorious for upselling and bad service (mechanical and customer service included)! Wont be back and absolutely do not recommend.

During my visits with Tire Choice, the sales professionals Jim and John made my experience feel special. They serviced my vehicle quickly and explained other issues the mechanics found. I found the mechanics working quickly and diligently on each vehicle in the bays. I was quite surprised at how quickly I was in and back on the road. Thank you to the Teamwork this location provided. Great job guys. I can't wait to stop by again for a few other issues they warned me about. I highly suggest bringing your vehicle in!

I paid almost 1,000$ When I just wanted 2 tires. Scott said he was trying to help me out by not charging me for half the items but put the charge all to the service fee half the stuff they charged me for I could ve done my self. 180$ for a new battery, 200$ for an oil change, and all I came for was 2 tires. Even after paying almost 1,000$ they didn t tell me my transmission fluid was low?! 10/10 don t recommend. I wish I could sue and get my money back for them taking an advantage of me. Thank you for no help Scott!

These guys were awesome!! I came in with a flat and had limited time before needing to go to work. Roger answered the call and was immediately welcoming. I came in, they started quickly and I felt taken care of. They patched my tire up and we were out in no time! Will definitely be back.**Update... My husband called Tuesday to get a quote for 2 new tires. He was told under $230 out the door. Wednesday we went in and were immediately greeted by a very unwelcoming Sean, whom was trying to charge $60 more without an explanation. When asked who quoted us the day before he gave a half-hearted I don't know. Seems like Roger is gone therefore the customer service is too. We'll take our business elsewhere where they honor their original quotes.

seriously will be taking my car here from now on. took my car to another tires choice in land o lakes 4 times & couldn t find the problem with my tire. the first time i come here they found it within 15 minutes. my new go to place :)

The employees at Tire Choice on Racetrack Rd. are great. They have always done great work on my car. I appreciate the clean and comfortable waiting area as well. They are great for everything from oil changes to major repairs. They have excellent tire prices as well. Thank you T.C.

I was having a challenging morning today as my car wouldn't start. I came to Tire Choice stressed, emotional, and begging for help, but without an appointment. Jim provided the best service I could have asked for. He was calm, friendly, and got my car in right away for a new battery. 15 minutes later I was back on schedule to work and had felt calm and happy. Thanks Jim for the excellent service as well as for calming me down. I appreciate your help and the fast work of the technician as well.

We were always faithful customers, but several years ago, the management team changed. We stopped coming after having a few issues.I was SO happy to see that the old team is back! I highly recommend them!!! They offer an honest opinion, best pricing, discounts when possible without searching for a coupon.

Christian Brothers across the street is half the price for an oil change. Unfortunately all they do is try to rip you off. Will never be back. And they charged me fees for replacing a broken lug nut when they did a tire rotation. First thing my husband says when I get home is they most definitely did not because of the one nail I knew was in my right front tire and the plug in my back tire. They see a women and take full advantage. Typical cheap-o car shop
