I love riding but not a mechanic by any stretch. Bought my Suzuki c50 online and took it the Ride Factory for a tune up. They've been my shop ever since. Trust is rare these days and these folks have always made me feel safe while not trying to pick my pocket. Definitely recommend for anybody who loves to ride but isn't quite a gear head. They take care of you.

Great place to get work done they actually care about doing a job well. I trust them with my motorcycles. If you ever watch Shadetree Surgeon on YouTube, he goes here all the time, that's how I found them. Thanks Josh!

First time having them work on my softail and it will not be my last. It s good to know there are honest shops doing good work in Tampa. I dropped of my softail for a wheel swap and drive belt replacement. I was sure it needed a new belt. The team here reassured me it wasn t needed. Got my bike back in a timely manner. It felt good to not be mislead. Now my bike is looking good with matching wheels and tires and I found a shop that s trustworthy. That s a win in my book. A++++ business.

Best shop in Tampa Bay .... They're doing a Retro on my 1976 KZ 900.... pretty much bringing a 47 year old motorcycle back from the Dead. Close to rebuilding the entire Bike... I Will never take my bike anywhere else... It's been an open door Build..... I'm 60 years old and been going to bike shops in Tampa Bay my entire life... The mechanics here are extremely knowledgeable.... Joe is an absolute great mechanic... I cannot be happier With this Shop... My bikes will never go anywhere but here...

My 2007 V Rod Screaming Eagle has been to Brandon Harley Davidson and Cyclerama. Neither could figure the bike out and charged me for diagnostic fees when there was nothing wrong with the bike at all. The bike has to be dialed in for the new exhaust and that is all. Brian has so much knowledge and these guys are so great to work with. They will get my business was moving forward on this bike and my 2016 Softail Deluxe.

Highly recommended! Work is great, prices are great, and the people were great! Everyone I met was professional and friendly--that was Brian, Summer, and Melissa. Brian was very thorough in his work. He took the time to listen and he took the time to get it right. Brian also took the time to explain to me what he was thinking and what he did to fix the issues.

As you can see, this place already has hundreds of 5 star reviews. Is an extra one needed? Yes. Since day one with speaking with Michelle on the phone I was welcomed to the store and advised of the time frame it would take for them to just look at my bike. When I brought the bike in, I was told Joe would be taking care of my baby as he's the expert in the Hondas. We did a walk through of what the problems were, went over some options, and Joe layed down the expectations of other issues that could be happening or arise due to the issues I had.After leaving the bike, I spoke with Joe about a week later on what he discovered and what he recommended. It turns out it wasn't as severe as we initially thought and it just needed some new shims and a carb clean and jet, throttle cable adjustment, and clutch cable adjustment. Threw in new velocity stacks and the bike now runs better than before at a lower RPM idle and is more responsive.Joe constantly kept up with me in communicating the areas he was working on while giving me multiple options of choices to choose from on how we could improve the life expectancy of the bike and the aesthetics of I ever decided to.I'm extremely grateful for the professionalism of the owners and Joe, and the quality of work.Looking forward to working with them again!1980 Honda Cb750c

Had my BMW GSA 1250 serviced by Brian and the team. New shoes, GPS Mount and battery install. They did a fantastic job!! Done in a day! Feel very comfortable letting the Ride Factory work on any bike I have. They never disappoint! Thanks for a great job!!

03.16.2024: First off - Bryon and Melissa are awesome!!! Bryon went above and beyond to help me out. This might not sound like a big deal, but it was for me. I lost my keys, so I couldn't drive nor ride. After replacing my car fob, which wasn't cheap, I ordered keys and a fob for my bike. Having just the keys, I couldn't start the bike without a programmed fob. Bryon took time to research the failsafe combination of the ignition switch and turn signals to start the bike. To hear her start was an amazing relief and allowed me to ride to The Ride Factory to have Bryon program the fob to my bike. After 3+ weeks of my bike getting dusty, I'm back on the road.Thanks a ton!!!2023: Had some custom work done on my Sporty - bigger fuel tank - including painting, forward controls, new horn (stock Sporty horns are a joke and an embarrassment!).In the past, they also replaced my clutch, put on a new tire and the 20K service.Bryon takes the time to explain exactly what he's doing to your bike - he'll even show you how the mechanisms work - like my clutch. He also looks and researches for reasonably priced parts - in my case, non-HD parts, as those cost an arm and a leg, just for the brand name. I really appreciate that.I've been very happy with all of the work TRF has done and I don't consider taking my bike anywhere else.I strongly recommend Bryon, his staff and The Ride Factory for repairs and custom work for your motorcycle.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Ride Factory that doesn't typically work on sports bikes. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised by their level of accommodation and excellent service.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine interest in helping me with my bike. Despite not specializing in sports bikes, the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and provide me with honest and knowledgeable recommendations.What impressed me the most was their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. They were patient, understanding, and took the time to explain the work they were doing in a way that was easy for me to understand. They even went as far as sourcing hard-to-find parts and offering me competitive pricing.The quality of work performed on my bike was outstanding, and I could tell that they took great pride in their workmanship. They were thorough in their inspections and communicated with me throughout the entire process, keeping me informed of any additional issues they discovered.Overall, I can't speak highly enough of this motorcycle shop and their exceptional customer service. Despite not being their typical customer base, they treated me with the utmost respect and made me feel like a valued customer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and professional service.

The ride Factory is very smart at what they do for the price they charge. I can understand why. If you have the cash these are the people to go to to get your bike done right.we took our bike to them to look at and find out why it kept shouting off. They told us there was more than just that problem with the bike and it was going to cost $ 2100. 00 all together or we could piece it out to what we needed asap done. Even though it still cost $ 1200 that was still more than we thought it would be. But that's why they are a bit more pricey than others due to their experience.They call you before they start working on it which is a great thing as well

Walked in around lunch time to get a tire mounted. Took care of me right away with no BS involved. Still setting up shop, but things are looking good! Very pleasant staff, great atmosphere and plenty of merch/parts on display. Will be coming back for any future needs!

Pretty good finding and doing what they say they going to do but is high on price but got me taking card off and was riding again. And there taking care of other issue. Very knowled on parts that i am doing to my motorcycle that is custom to my own

Speeding down our street is not okay when you have a main road right in front of your business. Why come to a residential street with kids and pets and speed down the road to test them?We have been patient, and even confronted the man on the bike and asked him to stop nicely, he did for a while and now he s doing it again.I only ask because he speeds and we have small kids and pets on both sides of the street.Now videos are being sent to TPD when he speeds.

I had my 2014 limited 103 H.O. rebuilt at the ride factory,only had a few mods added to motor during the rebuild still in the break in process and it sounds and runs great,nice and quiet just as I wanted, I'm a little on the picky side about my bike they did an awesome job....thanks guys..I'll be a repeat customer for sure....

Another great job done by the people of The Ride Factory. They are very knowledgeable and willing to talk about different options. This time I had my front suspension rebuilt and upgraded with parts they recommended and also had the clutch replaced. Bike feels like a brand new one and I couldn't be happier. THANK YOU GUYS.

The Ride Factory is the best! Brought the bike in for back break issues during bike week thinking it would be a few days before they could even look at it. To my surprise they did a rebuild on my back caliper the same day. Thank you!

Ms. Somer Huffman is extremely knowledgeable, and Very helpful. I'm going to buy a bike (from them, or elsewhere) and bring it here to getcrappy-looking-Chrome swapped out with powder-coated/blacked-out external parts.

I've been to many shops in my 50 yrs on motorcycles. Hands down, The Ride Factory is seriously the most down to earth shop I've been to. There was no question too dumb to ask and they were happy to teach and show whatever your question is. They really do make you feel at ease and part of the family. Summer, Brian and the rest of the crew were honest, hardworking, professional and very knowledgeable. I never felt pressure or experienced hard up-sells. In fact they tried hard and succeeded in saving me money whereas other shops well, I never felt that way. It's very refreshing that they keep their promises and went the extra mile to get me back on the road in a very short amount of time with a lot of work to be done!. Brian even gave me a part off of his bike to meet the last minute deadline on something I never even asked to be fixed with no extra charge or second thought! These people Rock! I'm done with the Harley dealership, these guys have won my business I won't be going anywhere else. Thanks again, to Summer, Brian, Mikey, Shelby and Willie

Full disclosure for review, I am employed at this business.......Ok, on to the good stuff!!!......We are probably the most "well rounded" motorcycle shop in the Tampa Bay area...there is very little that we WON'T work on(sorry folks, no Chinese/Amazon/off brand vehicles, there are simply too many issues with the quality of these vehicles construction to feel good about taking them in for service)....From basic service/maintenance, to full blown custom and performance builds,, we take it all on!!... Excellent people to deal with. I took my 96 softail to them to diagnose and fix an oil leak between the engine and primary. They went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed correctly and made sure I got the bike back in a timely fashion. Definitely plan on using them for any future work I need done on my bikes.

They did a great job of recommending how I could get my motorcycle towed in. Once it was there they diagnosed the issue and repaired it within a few hours. The labor Rate was more than fair and was done at an excellent pace. There were no extraneous charges dropped out of nowhere and it was much appreciated that they got me back on the road very quickly. As a veteran living in the Tampa Bay area I would highly recommend them to every and any of my fellow veterans. This was for a 2001 Harley Davidson Dyna wide glide.

Good people who know their business. Joe has worked on my Kawasaki 500 triple. He is the metric man. Foreign bikes are his specialty. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants quality work done right at a fair price.Five stars.

Back on my bike after a 35 year sabbatical. A friend of mine with a Big Dog had recommended The Ride Factory to me, so after purchasing a good friend Fatboy, I took it to the Factory. I needed a new front tire, 10,000 service and the carburetor needed some serious attention. The guys and gals at The Ride Factory, made so recommendations as to so upgrades and explained how it would help my bike without a hard sell and they were spot on. In 3 days all the part arrived and install, as promised. I appreciate Brian making some totally unrelated adjustments and his follow up call the next day to see if I was satisfied, now that is service. Thanks, Ride Factory, you have a great team.
