Brian is honest, friendly and reliable. He is quick to call with an estimate and the job is done expediently. He also does not inflate prices. Hands down the BEST mechanics in town! Above and beyond customer service, treats you with respect and an equal as opposed to some shops I've dealt with who've treated me like they are doing me a favor by servicing my vehicle. I will take my vehicles to them for as long as they are open and I'm alive!

I highly recommend Brian at The Car Shop for any auto repair needs. He provided exceptional service when we were in a difficult situation regarding vehicle needs. Brian was fair, honest, transparent, and extremely efficient throughout the entire process. We didn t have a regular mechanic before, but now we ll be returning to Brian for any future needs and recommend you do the same.

UPDATE10.2.2023 --- Had a new problem, called first thing Monday morning, and Brian was able to get me in at 8AM. Problem was fixed quickly and professionally, and I was back on the road shortly thereafter. I'm grateful to have found this shop to take care of my car. I tell everyone about this place.6.19.2023 --- Motor mount issue on my 2016 Chevy Sonic, which was repaired in an hour. Vehicle runs/feels great now. This was my first visit to the Car Shop & I was more than pleased/ My Ford Focus which hadn't been driven for almost 6 months because of my broken ankle, was reconditioned & is like new. Brian & staff were professional & welcoming. He told me to stop in anytime I had a concern. Thank You!

Always a pleasure going to The Car Shop for my car repairs. I just had an oil change this time but everyone is pleasant and efficient. Never tries to over sale items you don t need. Very trustworthy.

Brian and his staff are skilled professionals. One call, brought the car in right away and viola - they repaired it within a few hours. The price was appropriate for the rapid excellent work. The Car Shop is the best place for auto work in Tampa! Try them!

After the dealership failed 3 times to identify the issue with my daughter s vehicle Brain was able to quickly diagnose and correct the concern. I now feel like my daughter is safe in her Jeep. Thank you Brian!

Went in for an oil change and mentioned a brake issue. They tested for that and told me it could be resolved but it was not a safety issue (honesty!). Then showed me my cabin filter which NO ONE has ever checked. It was disgusting. They changed that out for me. What a difference! My AC became cold immediately instead of a mile down the road! Amazing. Well, they have a new customer. It s such a blessing to find a car shop you can trust. I recommend them.

Fair pricing and quality work all in one spot.. Always able to get you in and out.. If you have an appointment They get you in within just a few minutes of that Appointment time.. If no appointment, they do their best to get you taken care of. Thank you for the GREAT SERVICE!!

This shop was the only one that could locate the problem. I had it in 3 other shops. The problem continued after I paid for the repairs. I am very pleased after The Car Shop looked into the problem and was able to find out what was causing my issue!The staff was very friendly. They also kept me up to date in what was happening. Can't recommend this place enough. Flexible, no BS, and they get the job done. I've taken cars to a few different places and it just don't compare to The Car Shop. They know what they're doing and won't drag you through the mud to do it.On a side note, they also sell crocheted plushes as a little gift shop. I love the selection and bought a doll on one of my visits, no regrets.

Becarful with this car shop. The will still the money from you. They charged me $125 without diagnosed my car and didn t do anything to the car. The guy said I am paying just for his time just because he opened the break light. He lied to me making me signed and he did not make any call and he did not do anything. He still the money. They are upfront scammers. Beccarful If I could put 0 starts will do. The company I bought the car from told me they never used the car shop because they are bad company

Brian and his business have been such a blessing to our family!! We have been coming here for 3 years now. We bought a van that we started having problems with the day we got it. Originally, there was a problem with van that 4 other mechanics couldn't figure out. I reached out on facebook through a group and Brian came recommended. He was confident he could figure it out. It took 2 days but he did figure it out! It was an electrical issue. We come to them for everything now. Because of their expertise, honesty, flexibility, and compassion we have been able to make this van last for our young large family. When we get our next vehicle the Car Shop will be inspecting, approving, and servicing that vehicle. Thank you Brian and the Car Shop for making our life a little easier! We so appreciate you guys!

First time visiting this business which was recommended to me by a dear friend. Disenfranchised with local Honda dealership so came here for 70,000 miles servicing. Brian, the owner of the business is a lovely gentleman as the other office personnel.Overall wonderful experience, very communicative throughout.
