We started on an accident repair and finished with a car. Great service and Milena with Juan makes a wonderful team. Very pleased also with the financial choices, overall I recommend it.

Horrible place to get you car fixed . My car paint is peeling and I found out through my friend when he looked at my car for me that they don t take off moldings or trims to do the paint job. He said that is why my paint is peeling off after 2 months of just being done . They are horrible with communication. Never get a solid answer and pushed back my car 2 WEEKS then the promised date to have my car back. There was still visible dents shown even though they were suppose to be gone. Absolutely horrible. 5 stars for hack jobs !!! . I don t see how my insurance trusts them at all. DO NOT GO HERE !!!!

Terrible service and as for the car's warranty, the worst is, they put in second-hand parts and they don't work properly, I don't recommend this dealer at all.I add to my comment yes, I bought the extended warranty, I was very patient with waiting for the replacement, they put it in and the failure continued, it wouldn't matter that it was second if it had worked well, but I was left with transmission failures, so the replacement costs Transmission and workmanship, whatever it may have been, have no relevance in a part that does not work in optimal conditions... that's just talking about the mechanical part, because customer service of some employees, not all after purchasing leaves a lot to think about.

I gave the auto group when I bought the new truck but now the Lee County motor vehicle department says that I don't own the truck.I have a license plate that I got from the Lee County group and the title from the state but according to the motor vehicle department the truck does not exist in my name. I have been driving the truck for 6 months without a valid registration.That was one of the selling perks that I didn't have to register for a plate but now I have to jump through hoops at the local motor vehicle department.I waisted a whole lot of time today and have to go back to try again some other timeto try to figure it out.Lee Auto Group never sent me any sort of receipt after asking a couple times.Thank God that I did get a title from the state with my name on it.They were very nice and easy to deal with but very unprofessional with anything after they had my money and I drove off.

My experience was hands down the best. Daniel worked very hard to ensure my experience was great. Whatever he could do to help, he did and I am very grateful. I would highly recommend to anyone who is in need of a second chance. They are the best!!

Just purchased a nice q50 Infiniti from the auto group. Best purchase I made in a while. This is by far the best used car dealership I ve experienced. They were able to work with me and was willing to help me get the car I wanted. BEST IN TOWN

Highly recommend for auto-body repair! I was hit on my passenger front quarter panel while driving my old but beloved CLK55 AMG. It looks even better than it did before. Excellent job from their team, and clearly managed by gearheads. Top Gear on the TV in the waiting area, cool cars on the showroom, and while we had one hiccup (fog lights weren't working when I got it back), they quickly got it in and fixed it.

When we got into a fender bender, I was anxious about who I should choose to repair the front end collision damage. I finally settled on Juan and Credit Xpress to knock it out. He took the time to explain how the process would work, kept me updated regularly about the progress, and even threw in a few goodies on top. As it was a luxury vehicle, I was slightly nervous it wouldn't ever be the same. Boy was I wrong! Juan and his team took care of it and stood by his promises. I recommend you give them a try if you need any body work done. I haven't purchased a vehicle yet from this place but I will be back! Thank you Credit Xpress for repairing our car and restoring it to good as new.

���No compren aqu�!!!Para todos aquellos queriendo comprar un auto usado, quiero compartirles mi experiencia con este concesionario. Hace m�s de un a�o y medio yo compr� un carro que fue dado por perdida total, con t�tulo reconstruido. El carro me lo entregaron con una falla en los sensores y con un sonido que proven�a de la puerta del conductor. Pasaron m�s de 18 meses y no me hab�an solucionado el problema, y siempre me pon�an una excusa. Un d�a se me pinch� una rueda y para sorpresa m�a el carro lo entregaron sin un gato hidr�ulico. Me toc� solucionar por mi cuenta y hasta d�a de hoy nunca me entregaron nada. Ni una compensaci�n, nada. Un d�a fui de vacaciones con mi familia a Disney, cuando regres� el carro encend�a pero luego se apagaba (era una falla en el sensor de la caja de aire), no fueron capaces de llamar una gr�a para llevarse el carro ni me lograron dar una soluci�n, otra vez tuve que resolver por mi cuenta. Cuando encontramos la falla, abrimos el compartimiento del filtro de aire y Oh, sorpresa no hab�a ning�n filtro de aire (quiere decir que despu�s de a�o y medio el auto hab�a estado agarrando aire que no era filtrado pudiendo entrar suciedad y cosas da�inas para el motor). Cuando les coment� del problema, lo �nico que me dijeron que pod�an buscarme un precio para un filtro de aire y que lo ten�a que pagar YO. Como siempre me toc� solucionar a mi. No me dieron una compensaci�n ni nada. Pero esto se pone cada vez mejor. Despu�s de a�o y medio de espera, despu�s de insistirles como loco, me dijeron que por fin hab�an encontrado una cita en la HONDA para calibrar los sensores que estaba fallando. Me pidieron que llevara el auto para que ellos poderlo mandar al concesionario de la honda y as� lo hice. La chica (Milena) me dijo que iba a estar pendiente del carro y que me iba a mantener al tanto de como iban las reparaciones. (Lo cual nunca hizo, siempre tuve que llamar yo, y cuando le escrib�a por texto nunca respond�a). A la semana llam� al dealer para saber c�mo iba mi carro y lo que me dijeron fue que ellos mismos intentaron calibrar los sensores pero que no hab�an podido y que iban a ver si pod�an conseguirme una cita en el dealer de la Honda para arreglarlo. Lo que se traduce en que me dejaron sin carro por una semana, que no ten�an ninguna cita en ninguna Honda y que me dijeron mentiras. Me dijeron que yo pod�a recoger el carro pero yo vivo a una hora del dealer y no pod�a recogerlo. La chica me dijo que si pod�a encontrar una cita para la siguiente semana, me iba a dejar sabe, sino para recoger el carro. La siguiente semana lograron llevar el carro a la Honda (no se a cual, porque no me dijeron tampoco) y me dejaron saber que el auto ya lo estaban revisando. Pasaron dos semanas y media, como siempre le escrib�a a la chica, la llamaba y nunca contestaba. Ella se comunic� conmigo despu�s de casi 3 semanas, y me dijo que el auto no lo hab�an podido reparar, que el problema era que el bumper del carro no los estaban dejando calibrar los sensores, entonces que ten�an que cambiar el bumper y no solo eso, sino que todo lo de al frente: bumper, headlights, parrilla, todo. Y encima de todo, me dijo que esas reparaciones no la iban a cubrir ellos, sino que las ten�a que cubrir yo. (Y yo pago un seguro aparte del carro con ellos mismo precisamente para eso). Amigos, despu�s de hablar con el vendedor y con todos al final llegamos al acuerdo de que ellos iban a cubrir los da�os pero que todas las piezas iban a ser de segunda, ni si quiera iban a ser nuevas. Y que para encontrar todas esas piezas iban a necesitar m�s tiempo. Ya a este punto estaba cansado del carro y de esa gente mentirosa y estafadora. Decid� vender el carro, y lo m�ximo que me pod�an ofrecer era 10.000 d�lares. Pero lo curioso e interesante fue, que el carro que ellos mismos me vendieron, me lo vendieron a casi 25.000 d�lares. Una estafa total, ya hab�a perdido para ese punto m�s de 15.000 d�lares amigos. En fin, esta fue mi experiencia con estos estafadores, NO COMPREN CARROS AQU�. Si pudiera darles 0 estrellas se las dar�as
