Pretty cool addition to the mall -- even if you're just wanting to take a peek (sales people are not pushy) at one of the new models or the new CYBER TRUCK!Also have some additional tech items in store including personal use battery packs, etc.Only bummer was that they didn't actually have the Cyber Truck open so we couldn't see all the bells and whistles inside it.

I'm a current Tesla owner. This location is decent for getting test drives but the staff has been rude to me more than once about the vehicles. First time, telling me not to touch the doors in model X. More recently, warning me not to touch the cybertruck, which was behind ropes.

Great location to check out their vehicles and get more information! The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about their vehicles while allowing you to schedule a test drive at this location. Also check out their Cyber Truck because they have one here!

Outstanding service, anxious for my Cybertruck but if you have home or other vehicle needs or questions this is one of the best locations to have a great staff talk to you about your Tesla needs or curiosities hense why they are 1 of 9 to have the Cybertruck before the Nov 30 final reveal and launch event, as well as having the prototype Optimus Tesla Bot.

What s the point of having the cyber truck in display if you cannot see the interior of it? Male associate very friendly and professional. Lady next to him is smarty pants says you can see the interior of the cyber truck in YouTube . I m sure she doesn t even realize how stupid that sounds .

I ve always had an exceptional experience at Tesla International Plaza ever since this showroom opened many years ago. I ve owned 4 Tesla s so far, and the staff at this location have always been awesome. Sue, Pete, Jake, Justin, and Zac are all great to work with!

I scheduled a demo drive about a week ago, and i was looking forward to driving the model S but because I m 18, i wasn t able to but Joseph (the employee who helped me) was able to fit my wife and I into a model 3 which was super exciting and fun. So thank you so much to everyone for making this experience super enjoyable!

I want to tell everyone about my disappointment to the Tesla company. For a very long time I wanted to buy a Tesla model X for my wife and a little later model S for myself. Finally, I had this opportunity and I came to Tesla boutique to sign up for a test drive. I was recorded on May 25 at 11.30 in the morning. On the appointed day at that time I was with my wife and three children. It was a big event for us! the manager to whom we addressed was from the very beginning very rude to us, I do not know why he showed with his whole appearance and behavior not disregard for us. did not answer questions and generally went somewhere. returned after 15 minutes and said that the test drive car is not available and wait 5 minutes, after 20 minutes of waiting, I approached this person and asked how long I still need to wait? He told me that I had to wait another 30 minutes. in this place I want to add that the manager has never apologized for the inconvenience.after all this, I asked why you make an appointment at 11.30 am and test drive, at best, I will only have at 12.30 in the afternoon? Tesla's manager answered my question without even apologizing for this delay. He told me that he could transfer the test drive to another day. I said that I didn t want to transfer to another day, but just ask me to explain why I should wait? why then this record is needed? his answer killed me, he said that if something does not suit me, I can leave here and not wait. I did so, I took my family and we went from there and I promised myself that I would never return to this place again or buy a car from them. if I haven t bought a car yet, and I m already treated like that, what will happen after the purchase? I will not advise buying these cars to my friends, because the company offers the worst service in dealing with clients in my practice.

Just walked by while I was shopping in the international plaza. I was instructed to fill my personal information on an iPad before being allowed to walk in the store. I asked the lady is it required to fill my personal info just to look at the car and she said yes.. instead of relying on jacking customer info, focus on better sales and service..

Was provided misleading information from a sales associate who said we could transfer the deposit paid to a different vehicle if we changed our mind before delivery which turned out be false. Requested a call from manager last week and still have not heard back from anyone.

Hi. I d like to preface this review by stating that I was late and I did go over the time limit. But allow me to explain, as I tried to do even after trying to clean it up with the sale. Upon arrival, we received great service from everyone, we then were given the key and proper instructions, and we were showed how to operate the car. We then walk alone to the car with there are also what there are also other confused 1st time drivers. I would recommend hiring an actual employee to assist the potential customers. After apologizing again for my tardy, I then tell Susan that I was actively in the market. but of course, as she should be, she is giving me the cold shoulder. The one I test drove I did not like and I wanted to request a test, drive a bigger model. She then QUICKLY states , but it can t be a weekend. Undertabdable, I work for myself. Scheduling isn t a problem for me. I then give an exact date where my schedule is free and she then In so many words, says wellll, i don t trust you with MY car .. I understand your position, and I respect it, but I believe I m purchasing a Tesla not a Susan, Respectfully. Even after brushing off her cold shoulder, she then tells me that the big remodel is available for February when the original model I requested I was looking for as a Christmas gift, and then i became even more anxious because because that s my birthday but then after the cold shoulder constantly, enough was enough. I told her I was also in the market for a Mercedes down the street and I had an appointment and stormed away. Thank you for horrible service, and relieveing me of this stressful situation of urgently car shopping.

Went to test drive a Tesla with the intention to buy.No one accompanied on test drive to explain how the vehicle works or to highlight features.I was given the key and a video.Certainly not the experience at other dealership.

After a long line to entry in the store the host at the door of the store stated that if dont filled out a form we cant see the show cars. That was a rude way to treated the persons and we have to step out of the line. Just because we dont want give up the email address or the personal information

Zak at Tesla is the best salesman I have ever worked with. Honest, straightforward, understanding and accommodating. If you are going in there to get a Tesla, ask for Zak!

I just bought a new Tesla International Plaza and Justin was amazing. The information was perfect, the process was simple. Everything was seamless starting from the test drive all the way to the purchase. The price was fantastic and the rebate was AMAZING! Loved them and I will be back. THANKS FOR THE NEW RIDE JUSTIN...ZOOM!

This place was packed with people who wanted to know more about Tesla. I wish they had more employees who could help all of those people. Well design store with three types of Tesla cars. They let you to get in the car and feel it. You can't drive it though. Its a great store to check out if you are already familiar with Tesla motors. You will fall in love with those cars.

I recently purchased a Model Y from Zak Fuller at International Plaza. This has definitely been been the best experience ever buying a car. No hassles, up front pricing, no hidden disclosures, straight honest representative. Zak explained everything in detail and was excellent in recommending the options and explaining the differences between them. Haven't taken delivery yet but will update that process.

Test drove and purchased a Model 3 and it is by far the easiest process I've ever experienced. The staff is super nice and never pressures you to buy the car. They know the car is awesome and don't have to sell you on it. They answered all of my questions and were very helpful. The buying and delivery experience was also a breeze. 10x easier than buying a car at a dealership.

Very disappointed, had an appointment for a test drive and I came waited over 40 minutes and they told me the car was already out on another test drive and then when the car was back they said they aren t able to give it to me anymore. Please go to another dealership and don t waste your time here. I would give zero stars if I could.

My experience working with Justin at TESLA was extremely positive. His attention to detail, his knowledge about the vehicle, and easy going demeanor, along with his customer service was truly the focus during this process. The purchase of my new Tesla could not have been better!

Car buying shoud'nt be painful and stressful, that is why I love Tesla, you do the test drive and then you make the purchase over the internet with no pressure at all. The staff was very knowledgeable.
