I can't say enough good things about Tampa Tires & Wheels]. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and genuine friendliness. This staff of father and son truly understand the importance of great customer service. Not only did they help me find the perfect tires for my car, but they did so with a level of friendliness that made the whole experience enjoyable. It's rare to find a tire shop where you feel like you're among friends, but that's exactly how I felt here. Kudos to the team for creating such a welcoming atmosphere fair prices and quality work. I'll definitely be returning for future tire and wheel purchasing.

Visiting from Georgia and had a piece of shrapnel in my tire, pressure dropped to 9psi so had to pull over off of i275. Saw these rave reviews and gave K a call. Prompt service. Was there within 30 minutes and had the tire to the shop in no time. Had a taping at the PBS studio and had to leave the car; K sent pictures/updates often. Let me know when he sent the technician to put the tire back on. Even was able to get the tire off even when I didn't have the tool to unlock it. Easy payment, fair price, excellent service.You guys saved the day.

Just wanted to share my experience with Mr. Z and his Family owned business this evening. Called their Shop earlier this morning and spoke to his son/Khalid and asked if they could re-balance my wheels with shakes/vibration after new tires were recently installed. He told me no problem if I could come by later in the evening as they close at 7pm, but re-open at 9:30pm. Met up with Mr. Z and it's very rare in this day and age to find excellent customer service while he allowed me to watch each wheel get re-balanced on his Hunter machine. Turns out I had 3/4 wheels that needed weights and thus was cause of the shakes/vibration. On the way back home she rode like a dream once again...butter smooth all the way to 80mph. Mr. Z you have gained a new customer for all of my wheel/tire services. Time is money these days and to have it done right the first time is priceless! Thank-you again for the conversation and will pass the word around to come and see you for any re-balancing. A+++

Mike & Z were courteous and very professional. I needed two front tires urgently because of dry rot. The front driver tire also had a nail. Mike patched the tire for free so I could go home while we waited for the new tires to arrive at the shop. Mike called me soon after to tell me the tires had arrived. He recommended brands and explained tire tread and performance to me. The price for the two tires, including labor, tax, and disposal fee, was excellent.Furthermore, they were fast and efficient. I only waited 20 minutes. I am definitely coming back for the two rear tires in two weeks. These guys offer real customer service and treat their customers right. I'm so happy I found them.

Honestly best car experience I have ever had. These guys are so helpful and honest. Had a cracked rim I needed fixed and they helped me find a place to buy a used one at a much better cost. Will most definitely be coming back here with my tire and wheel needs

The best shop in town! Amazing friendly customer service!! One of my wheel was bent last year when I got here on vacation, and these guys did an amazing job. This year I hit a pot hole when I was coming from St. Louis and accidentally bent my other wheel. I knew right away that I was going to come here repair it! Great service, great stuff everything quick and easy!!! Thank you

Just had wheels installed on my '22 Tundra at Tampa Tires & Wheels and I couldn't be more satisfied. Mike and K practice excellent customer service the old fashion way...they say what they do and they do what they say for a fair price. Great communication throughout the process. Where other local installers act like they're doing you a favor for bringing them your business, Mike and K truly appreciate the patronage. Five Stars all day!!!

Awesome service! They helped me out again! Pulled up after 6 pm on a Saturday evening after discovering a screw in my tire. Thankfully they were still open! Mr Z assessed the tire and said he could repair, just had to finish with a previous customer. He apologized several times for my wait, although I probably only had to wait about 15 minutes. He quickly fixed the tire and I was on my way! So appreciate your service with a smile, Mr. Z! Anyone needing tire service should definitely go to Tampa Tires and Wheels on Nebraska. The best service you ll ever experience. My fianc� and I were stranded with a blown tire on our way to a wedding. K came and rescued us. I ve never met a nicer man. We truly felt cared for! He provided excellent service in record time for a great deal. If you are in the Tampa Bay Area and need roadside help, don t contact AAA, instead call up Tampa Tires & Wheels.

My Mazda CX-5 has less than 25,000 miles on it. I had a slow leak in the back, driver s side tire from running over a nail. The local Tire s Plus in New Tampa told me all 4 tires had dry rot and needed replacing and the leak could not be fixed. They quoted me $1200+ for 4 new tires. I called Tampa Tires & Wheels and left them a message on their machine. Mike called me back and said he could repair it. I drove across town to take my car to them. Well worth the trip! My tire was plugged in less than 1/2 an hour, and Mike said I did not need new tires, come back in 6 months to a year and he would check the tread on them .and if I DID need new tires, it would run me about $600. (He did qualify it by saying that it depends on what tires cost at the time I get them and I get that) I am SO glad I drove the extra miles. I will tell all my friends to go see Mike! Thank you!

I recently had my car tire replaced at Tampa Tires & Wheels Service, and I must commend them for their outstanding work. The service was prompt, the staff (Z & K) were extremely knowledgeable, and my vehicle now runs smoothly. I also did a wheel alignment and they have a great equipment to perform wheel alignment. I highly recommend their expertise for anyone in need of tire replacement / tire rotation / alignment.

Truly cannot recommend this place enough! I've never had as many issues with tires as I do in Tampa but these guys absolutely rock! I had a blowout at 11pm and called around looking for a place still open, I was about to give up until I got a call back from Kai here letting me know he was on an emergency roadside call but to meet him at the shop in 30 mins and he would take care of me. At almost midnight he mounted two tires on my Z06. He gave me his personal number and let me know anytime I needed him to let him know. He's helped me twice now and I will never go to another shop in Tampa for anything tire related. I'll definitely be back and you should too! All of my vehicles are expensive and sentimental to me, I don't trust just anyone with them but I trust Tampa Tire all day every day!

K was excellent, responded quickly, had great communication, and most importantly was reliable. Of all the mobile tire repairs we called, he was the quickest to confirm service despite coming directly from another job. We had a baby with us and appreciate his quick response and friendly service. He saved us time from having to drive around on a donut and scheduling repair service at an on site location another day. He plugged the tire right then and there. Thank you, K.

Kay came out during the 4th quarter of the Super Bowl to fix my flat tire the same day it went flat to make sure I didn t miss a day of work. He even checked the tire tread of my other three tires without me even asking him to do so. It took him 15 minutes and he did it at a great price. The next day, I coincidentally had the same tire go flat with a completely different hole in the tread, and they fixed it free of charge. Unbelievable customer service. Kay is the nicest man you ll ever meet. Great people who do great work!

K was so pleasant to work with. My tire popped unexpectedly in downtown Tampa and he was very quick, very kind, & made what I thought ruined my plans for the day into a one hour thing. I highly recommend them for fast and reliable service.

After driving over a large screw, I brought my van here around 5pm. The owner had me patched up and on my way in about 15 minutes! Very affordable, too. Highly recommend if you live in SH or or just in the neighborhood!

Always fantastic service everytime I come for balancing and alignments. They have fair prices, are honest and are helpful in letting you know any other potential issues they see on the car.They do great repairs on tires as well. Had a dealership repair a flat twice, but still leaked.Took it to these guys, no leak ever since

I called and Ahmed was here in 20 minutes while I was on the side of the road. Took my tire and came back 20 minutes and put it on. Great service. Recommend their service and will be back for more tires

Not being incentivized to write this at all - Hands down the best customer service and experience I ve ever had. Had a flat tire while in Tampa and Karam was able to meet me in 10 minutes and fix my tire in just as much time. He went above and beyond to help. Exactly what you d hope for (and more) when you re stranded with car troubles.

I didn t even know a service like this existed but wow, I got a flat tire this morning. Called roadside assistance with my insurance they said they would send someone out in 3 HOURS! I didn t have 3 hours so I looked up something more convenient and called Tampa Tires at 1:45. They said they could have someone there in 5 minutes, people are always exaggerating so I was like sure. But someone was texting me at 1:51 telling me they were on the way. They took the tire, I didn t even realize it, they did it so quickly and quietly. Took the tire, took it to the shop, came back and reinstalled the new tire by 2:40. I would still be waiting for roadside assistance just to tow me. Wow, this is the easiest thing I ve ever done. 10/10 service! Thanks!

Had a crack in my rim that I was having to put Eryn every day went to several rim places and they all told me they couldn t do it for at least a week I called Tampa tires, and they got me in as soon as I pulled up not to mention the day before Thanksgiving, and had me done in 45 minutes with an exact price and They guarantee their ! Very satisfied and thank you again

Quick, affordable and in a jiffy! Had a flat and Karam showed up, took my tire off my car, repaired the flat and brought it back in less than an hour! Don't hesitate. Call these guys!
