Devon is always amazing to work with!! Fast, efficient and thorough! He just makes the whole process super simple and FUN! Even when he has multiple cars waiting, he takes the time to chat with everyone, give updates on timing and is always honest about the wait times. Also, his memory is impeccable and always makes me smile when he remembers things I ve shared! Isaac (I think this was his name) was super nice and helpful too. Also, that bottle of water is always the bottle of water I didn t realize I needed until that moment lol! Great team!

The Take 5 on Gunn Hwy has been the best oil change experience to date, was greeted with a nice cold bottle of water and even a biscuit for my fur baby. You have a choice of oil change packages with no pressure. They topped off my fluids, checked my engine filter and other routine maintenance per their website. Fast, efficient, professional, and friendly made the experience an A+. I will be returning. Give them a Honk

Overall, I m happy with the service, except for when my car pulled out the bottom skid plate was ripped off my car. Once it s fixed I will leave a better review. Just curious to see if it gets fixedI just left take 5 and they did a great job, keeping their word and fixing my car. Everyone s polite and kind, and I will definitely do more business there in the future.Service: Oil change

Staff seemed very attentive to my vehicles needs, not just trying to upsale me. They were more suggestive and left it up to me to decide what to do. The service is always fast and friendly as well. I also like the free water, especially in this Florida heat

Brought our Audi SQ5 and Jeep Grand Cherokee for their regular oil changes. Everyone was very friendly and helpful- they went over all of our options and had us in and out in no time!This was my first time here. As a first time customer it was nice overhearing other customers being asked "how you been? Same as last time?". After my experience this weekend, I can see why they have repeat customers. They definitely made one out of me.I 100% would trust Carol, Vickie, Kevin and their team with our cars any day of the week.

Excellent service all around. Devon was super nice, immediately offering me a bottle of water and my dog a milk bone. Service was swift and pleasant. Devon even washed my whole windshield!

My experience here at take 5 was absolutely magnificent. I had went to get an oil change previously that day from up the street at the WM auto care, however they were extremely unorganized and unethically stopping their walk in oil changes four hours before their auto care center closed. I came to take five not knowing anything about the company and was assisted immediately as I pulled up. Kevin was extremely kind to me and made an anxious day quite positive. They performed the oil change in less than five minutes and honestly saved my mental a lot that day, I genuinely appreciate them very much and think that if anyone wants to get an oil change & be taken care of, come here. They ll work with you price wise as well. Truly great people. Thanks.

When I went in they were busy. They greeted me promptly with a bottle of water. Told me they would be with me shortly. They completed my car with a few issues from another place. Later in the day I had an issue with my lights coming on and Kevin the manager came to me and fixed the problem. A hose had came loose when checking the air filter. Thank you Kevin!!!

This was my first time going to this location and to this place, and they greeted me with a nice cold bottle of water. They answered my questions. They told me first what they were gonna do and anything that they took out and replaced. They showed me how it looked before they did the replacement. They didn't try to upsell me or pressure me to doOther replacements on my car. They were very professional. They were fast, courteous, and very honest hats off to Carroll Devon and IsaacRita S.

The crew you have there are top notch! It was fast, they ensured I saw that the oil dip stick was full. They cleaned my windshield after they were done. The wiped everything down to make sure nothing was left messy. They made small talk & casual conversation & also offered me a bottle of water as soon as I pulled in. This is my got to spot from now on!! Thanks guys I appreciate the great service.

Devon was wonderful from start to finish. I had just gotten off work and so I arrived within the last hour before they closed but he was very friendly and welcoming. Made great conversation. Let me know how long it was going to take and gave me suggestions about the maintenance of my car. My experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Gunn Highway was wonderful! We were greeted with 2 bottles of water and when I shared with them I am a veteran, they were so kind to say, "We have a veteran in the house" I would recommend Take 5!!

The quality of service was top notch! Devon made great conversation and were incredibly knowledgeable. I went home after and grabbed my wife s car to get her oil changed too. Found my new favorite location!

They changed the oil and oil filter. That was all they did.They didn t top off any other fluids. The car was low on power steering fluid, low on coolant, low on washer fluid, and low on brake fluid. They re all still low.They did not reconnect 2 vacuum hoses that they removed to check the air filter. I agreed to change the air filter, but they didn t have the proper filter.One of the hoses was just laying on top of the air filter when I checked. Oil was dripping on my driveway because when they removed the oil filter, oil ran onto the chassis and continued dripping until I wiped it off when I got home. Vicky was pleasant but the other guys working looked like they didn t want to be there. I guess they didn t feel like finishing the job.

I like the one on Gunn highway, they are very nice. But, the prices for an oil change are outrageous, Outrageous , outrageous crazy outrageous. I can t even say it enough.

Took my truck in there to get an oil change. They were very friendly. Gave me an ice water, then take long to do the oil. Change and check my timer and the normal routine. Stop a few days later, I noticed it was a big oil staying on my driveway. I took the vehicle back to where I had the oil change. At take 5 and then the assistant manager said it's easier. The screw going into your oil PAN or the oil filter wasn't tiny enough time up? Sure enough. The oil filter was loose. He tightened it up and then talked everything off for me. The question is now though, is who's gonna clean up the oil stain that's on my driveway? I've been trying to get ahold of somebody for a while. I still need to get ahold of somebody to get this thrive. Way cleaned up, so be cautious when you use themake. Sure, you have a name and number coming back to somebody. As something does happen, I was lucky. Didn't d*** i* was my engine. I don't think it was low.

Always a good experience. Been going there at the Gunn Hwy location for a while now. The employees are great. No high pressure sales they are honest and forthright. My husband and I like that. We take both of our vehicles there.

These guys really should work for NASCAR. Not only did they change my oil. They also change my air filter and my in cab filter and also make sure my fluids were topped off and make sure my tires were at the right inflation all within nine minutes. They were very professional and I would definitely be going back there.

Overall service is good. But I HATE when I say I just want an oil change and I'm consistently being upsold on MULTIPLE other things. Times are tuff and at $100 for just an oil change I really feel pressured to tell you my financial situation by having to turn you down and say...I can only afford the oil change at this time Sir.

Spent over 1hr for oil change couldn't find my air filter. Then when found couldn't get my glove box back on rite. Had to come the next day! Then few days later found a screw on the floor I hope it's not one missing ugh.Oan tech Jose was rude!

Devon the manager was a pleasure to work with. I had a special request to use Ford motor craft oil and filter and a Lucas oil additive. They do an inspection of your air filters and can change them if necessary. The team had me in and out in about 15 minutes that included walking across the street to buy the specially requested oil and filter. Great place for oil change

I recently bought wipers and the tech said I purchased them 24 months ago. These were put on less that 12 months ago. I think less than 6 months ago. I have only been in this area for 2 years.
