They are all good amigos para trabajar en car repair. I got my transmission fluid and motor/engine oil fluid and oil filter they charged me 100$ at first it s 120$ they offered me 100$ after negotiating. Done in an hour. So probably you should come early in morning at 9am they ll fix asap. Gracias amigos

Had one of their tires blow out on me on the highway which also destroyed my rim. Was stranded on the highway for about 3.5 hours. Went to the tire shop and argued for definitely over an hour trying to get my money back. They say they can't until the company sees the tire which will take about a week for them. It's been over a week I call and I'm told they never even sent out my tire. I ask why they say they don't know. I ask for my money back and she tells me to call the cops. This has been the only time I've ever gone. DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!!! BRAND NEW TIRE HAD FOR 20 DAYS AND THE SIDEWALL RIPPED OPEN.

Yesterday I needed a front tire on my car. I pulled into Ruby's and told them what I needed. The staff was very attentive they had the tire I needed they put it on mounted and balance very quickly. And the price was very reasonable I recommend Ruby's to anyone!

Called and needed an inexpensive used tire done fast. Not only was it fast but he matched my tires. They provide great service and are very knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them.

My encounter with this tire shop was a complete nightmare. Not only did they dupe me by assuring a successful tire repair using a patch, but the tire kept leaking air, and to make matters worse, my car started shaking and vibrating as well. It's evident that they failed to install the tire properly, and when I approached them again, they callously dismissed my concerns, insisting the tire couldn't be fixed. Their blatant incompetence, dishonesty, and disregard for their customers' safety are appalling. This place is an absolute disaster, and I strongly advise against ever setting foot in it.

I've been coming here for tires for years but today is my last day. #1 online it says they open 8am. I arrived at 7:30am to be the 1st. The manager and her son arrived after 8am & said they dont open until 830am red flag number 1. 2nd the short Hispanic fellow that smokes heavy cigarettes & (god only knows what else he smokes)with the black beard told me he couldn't get 1 of 5 nuts off. Cool I'll get it towed. My tow truck driver & I arrived at the same time. He immediately pulls in & attempts to tow the car, until the same little short ignorant bite size man who has worked here for years begins to yell at the tow truck driver to move!! as if he doesn't see what the hell is going on. This poor excuse for even a small man was disrespectful & rude. I'll never come back. Ever

The tires were over priced and one of them I had to put air in the next day. My car was shaking when I hit 60 miles per hour, when it wasn't doing that before I changed tires. Because there was a communication barrier, our being able to connect was challenging. I won't be back because I feel like they didn't care a out giving me the best tire for my budget. I think if we spoke the same language, they would have given me a better deal. I know that's an unfortunate observation.

This place only gets 1 star because I can t post this without selecting any stars. I will NEVER let these people touch my vehicle again!! Brought my car here to get a tire. The tire was over priced and when I drove and got the car up to 50 mph, the car and steering wheel would shake. I brought it back to them to get the issue fixed, and instead of them fixing it, they argued with me that it was my other tire that was causing the shaking when I know the car wasn t doing that before I brought it in. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not going here. You will only get a headache from these people. They are very unprofessional and will clearly sell you anything. They will NEVER get another penny from me.

I don't think this shop is an honest place, if you don't speak fluent Spanish, you come in at disadvantage, I don't speak it very well, but I sure do understand it, and they seemed to take advantage of that.Went here for a simple tire patch (25$), showed them my tire, they soaked it up with some type of liquid solution, then they filled it with air to look for leaks, which is what I told them I had because I've been filling that tire up over and over again till it became completely flat the tire is in good shape no damage and good treads. Then they took the tire off the rim and found out that my tire was plugged and it was leaking from there. They said something about my tire sensor but had nothing to do with my tire leaking. When it came to paying for the service they nickeled and dimed me for something that should've been a simple 25$ marked me up for 50$ and waited to tell me till the end...all that got done initially was a patch and got charged for more, you're better off taking your car to a Walmart at least they're fair, honest and cheaper.At this point, I could've bought a used tire, but why would I if they can't even give me a fair price on a simple tire patch.

Very happy with the quick service they provided! They attended to me on the spot and addressed my concern. I'm grateful they actually checked the root cause of the air leak in my tire (which was the rim) and fixed it and not just fill it with air and move on like other corporated buisnesses I've been seeing for years for the same issue...Very impressed and happy with this place and will gladly continue to do business with these guys!

Over charged to change my tire after the service. Before the service I priced. After new price . Played like don't speak english.. they try to scam after they do service. Watch out

This tire shop deserves five stars in my opinion charge me $58 for a used tire and got me on my way very fast the guy didn't speak any English but my car got fixed and that's all that matters

This place had my tires in the right size. Manuel definitely was a life saver when he told me that he had my tire size. I will definitely be buying more tires here in the future.

This lady makes up prices on the phone. I bought one tire at 50 one week then 60 the next time then 65 after that. Goofy old lady

Took my car here to get a nail plugged in my tire.left with a balance so bad I couldn't go on the interstate. Had to spend another $50 to get the balance fixed.

STAY OUT OF THIS PLACE!!!This lady is a cheater, she does not want to give a receipt from the job that she does and collect money from so that you cannot claim something wrong, she takes away the tip given to the employee, that can't not happen.
