I've been going here for 20 years and it keeps improving. They get you in and out quickly. It has a very comfortable waiting rm with a cool coffee machine. They mail out money saving coupons that really help for an oil change

The service writer that took my information was Peter, he was able to get me to work on time with the services you provide through Lyft. He kept me up to date with what was wrong with my vehicle and before they started the work he gave me a courtesy call, advised of what was wrong and the cost. The work was done and my car is now working perfectly. Easy smooth transition with no underlining craziness that I have dealt with before at other mechanic locations.

Had an appointment scheduled 8am. Crew is pretty slow today! They finally took my car into the bin at 8:37. I expect to be done with my oil change tire rotation by 9:30am. Let s see if it happens. I made an appointment because I have other appointments and I like to be on time. To be continued . Well it s now 9am and they are just now doing something. I have been watching the tech and he has been in the back office for 10 mins talking. You get paid to work, not socialize. Okay I am getting really annoyed. The tech is back in the office again!,,, Techs also on their phones while people are waiting for their vehicles to be done. C mon man!Think I m Going to try a different business to have my vehicle serviced.

Called and spoke to a nice Lady about the cost of an Oil and Filter change of a 6.0 L Ford Excursion SUV......BUT, unfortunately she could only schedule an appointment, the earliest appointment was 2 days later and only at 11:30 am.....which to me was strange, because it's called "QUIK LANE AT ELDER FORD"..! I almost always have my Ford serviced at a Ford Dealership and almost all of them can do an Oil and Filter change the same day.I went in on my scheduled Appointment Day, and was 30 minutes early, an a nice young man named Juan was my Service Advisor...he was prompt and efficient (which I appreciate). However , I was "SHOCKED" to find out the Oil and Filter change was $186.00, (most I had ever paid before was $126.00), but since I had driven from Bradenton (some 40 miles away) and he has already checked me in, I let them do the LOF. It took about 1 and 1/2 hours. Service was good ...BUT EXPENSIVE...!!

Daniel Arias did a great job taking care of an issue I had from a previous oil change (not at the Quick Lane). Not only did he get me in and out without an appointment. He toped my gas tank off for having to come by! Outstanding customer service and highly recommended! Thanks Daniel!

Been here several times for routine maintenance or tire issues and have always had fabulous service. The staff up front are very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They do a great job keeping you informed and truly care about getting your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible & ready to go. I ve even had fast, friendly service at walk-ins. They are so flexible to work with you and your schedule and I ve personally witnessed them go the extra mile for customers in need. Quick Lane is fantastic and the awesome service reps make what would be a headache into a great experience!Services: Tires, Oil change

Had my breaks done for $1000 a few years ago. I barely drive and they've squealed ever since. I've only had them work on it. They made me hate my mustang.A year ago my window track died. I could have fixed it myself but opted to let them do it. They said $400 tops and then gave me a bill for $1000 because they used a different motor/track didn't push the widow as high as OEM so it leaked and whistled at high speeds. After arguing for weeks they finally replaced the molding and wanted ANOTHER $1000, but I argued that away. Posting now because I remember how much they made me hate my car

Had an appointment for 9:00 am. Car didn t even get pulled into the bay until 11:36. I understand being behind, however they claimed they were not taking any walk-ins so it is unclear how they could possibly be over 2 1/2 hours behind. Communication was not good. I have the service warranty and I have to take it to specific places, so now it appears this warranty forces me to wait over three hours for an oil change that would ve been done in 30 at a jiffy lube without an appointment.

I brought a lemon will never buy a Ford again only foreign they last longer they never made a proper assessment of my vehicle therefore it malfunction. And the repairs would have never occurred had preventive maintenance been properly done.

Made an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early only to be told it would be 2-3 hours before my car made it into a bay due to their staffing levels. The guy at the front desk was polite and offered to reschedule which I declined. Not the fault of the workers and techs, rather the fault of Elder Ford management for not managing their appointment system relative to their staffing.

The last two times I've scheduled an appointment here have been a disaster. A few months ago my truck wasn't in a bay until an hour after my appointment (for just an oil change) and an hour and a half later I got out of there.Today I went in for a scheduled service at 10am (again, just an oil change) and was told it would be a 2 - 2.5 hour wait. Why even bother with a scheduling system?Anyone have a good mechanic to recommend in Tampa? I won't be going back here again.

There is nothing quick about this place. Not in terms of service or brains. The last 4 times I ve been here, there has been mistakes made by the service technicians. 2 times my tires were not even rotated, when that s what I was there for. After waiting hours I still had to correct them and make them actually do their jobs. (I have one tire that s a different brand, it s not rocket science to figure out they didn t rotate them). And another visit they said my battery was in the green and it died 2 days later and they had to come out and replace it. Making me think they don t even do the inspections on vehicles like they claim they do.This past visit my appt was scheduled at 11. I was told around 1:45 that two of my tires needed replacement and they had none in my brand in stock and it would be tomorrow before it would get done. After arguing with them about not caring about the brand and to just put tires on my car (as I got my different brand tire from here previously) they informed me they were getting two from Nissan in Brandon and will be replacing the tires today. At 4:45 I was informed the car was ready for pick up.Upon arrival, the tires put on my car were 255s and not the correct size of 225 for my car.The technician apologized for miscommunication between the two of them working on my car and informed me that they INDEED did have two tires in my size, in stock at the shop, and it would be another 30 minutes to put them on.It ended to taking over an hour.So I waited all day from 11-6 for them to have the correct tires sitting in their shop the entire time.It s really tiring dealing with a service department consisting of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse employees who obviously don t pay attention to what they are doing.I do not think I will be entrusting this place with my vehicles any more and that includes purchasing anything else from Elder Ford in the future. Their maintenance plan isn t even worth the hassle of dealing with missing an entire work day (more than once) due to the negligence of the staff in the service department.Services: Tires, Oil change

Quick Lane at Elder Ford is awesome! Dropped off my car on Thursday night after hours for an oil change appointment Friday morning. When I got home I had received a call from the dealer in regards to some recall work that needed to be done and asking to schedule an appointment for that. The next morning I got a text from my service advisor Michael Bragano giving me a status update on my vehicle and a number to call if I had any questions or issues. I called and asked if it was possible to fit in the recall work, since I had flexibility in my schedule that day. He went above and beyond to coordinate with the service department and got my recall work done as well. Michael then informed me of the drop off service, and that they could drop it off right to my front door. I live across town in Riverview and this was a huge time saver! They have a feature to track where your driver is during the drop off and everything went smoothly. Orville Sosa was my driver and was very friendly and did a great job dropping off my vehicle. All my work was warrantied so it did not cost me a dime, and they even found and patched a nail in my tire. I will be using Elder service/quick lane for all of my service needs in the future. Thank you Michael, Orville, and the whole Elder staff for such great customer service!Services: Tires, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Received an oil change on June 30th. Everyone was courtesy and my appointment started on time and I was out within the hour. It is now August 15th and my system alerts me that I need an oil change. I check the oil level and there is barely any oil in there. I called the service team to let them know and the service team just told me I had to schedule another appointment and bring my car back in. No urgency surrounding my concern at all.Service: Oil change

Will definitely be going here for the rest of any services I need. The service was fantastic and they were pretty quick with how much needed to be done. I ve also been dealing with my steering wheel not being centered, and many other places have said they fixed it but did not. This place finally did it and I didn t even ask!

THEY HELD MY CAR HOSTAGE...After our car spending 7 hours at Quick Lane at Elder Ford of Tampa, at a scheduled appointment, they could not fix the minor issue. Thursday they came and picked up the car, supposed to be a 1 day turn-around, and it is now Saturday on a holiday weekend and they REFUSE to give it back. It was garenteed to me last night that it should be here by 9 AM SHARP, again it is now 10 AM with NO car. We are your typical American family with two small children and ONE car, the car they have. The worst part about it was that there was NO empathy from the customer service (they outsource), or their in-house staff. The worst service of my life!

I got my car from Tampa Elder Ford a few months ago, brought it in for a oil change and tire rotation. I absolutely love this Quick Lane, and Peter at the service desk was amazing! He let me know about other issues with my car I hadn t realized, and he helped me get it taken care of right away. I can feel comfortable and confident taking my car home! 10/10 for quick lane, and especially 10/10 for Peter! Appreciate you guys, and all your hard work!

Where do I begin?Had a 7am appointment that wasn't honored because other people showed up and "got in line" before I arrived at 6:57am. Was there for 4 hours for an oil change. That doesn't make sense. Then they lost my key fob and couldn't find anything. They were watching the cameras, searching the trash, trying to find someone to blame. Tried to upsell me and tell me I needed X, Y, and Z, when in fact I didn't but kept pushing. Coming from a sales background, I am aware that you have to "collect the Nos" but not when you broke an agreement you made (To service my vehicle starting at 7am), and then losing my key. Won't ever be back. All them about the 8 customers who called on Sunday, March 12th because they were using "threadless" screws to reattach skid plates for vehicles. Short cuts taken at this place could prove to be deadly. I'd ask you to hold a gun to my head to ever return here to do business and I'd tell you to just pull the trigger because that'd be easier than dealing with the ineptitude of the staff.

Throughout my life I ve been to plenty of car servicing business and have experienced some bad customer service. Peter at Quick Lane Elder Ford has definitely changed the way I feel by continuously providing the best ABOVE AND BEYOND customer service I ve experienced. I definitely will always come to Quick Lane for any and all of my services.
