This shop is great! As a female car enthusiast there have been countless times in my life when repair shops have tried to tell me that my car needed this or that when I knew it didn t. Then they talk down to me as if I m an idiot when I call them out. Pro Auto Care is honest, fair priced and incredibly responsive. They got the alternator, alt belt, and power steering pump all fixed up on my teen daughter s 2008 Honda accord. They also restored the headlights to look like new! And they were very honest about the pros and cons of servicing a transmission which I am very familiar with. For once no one tried to sell me by only telling one side of the story! I couldn t be happier or more relieved to have found a good shop!! Thank you Rick and Pro Auto Care for your wonderful service!Services: Electrical repair, Steering & suspension repair

I had my first visit to pro auto care, and I must say it was a pleasant experience both Dan Rich and Mechanic provided excellent service. Their communication was informative, keeping me well informed about my vehicles condition. They even inspected my daughter s vehicle and alerted me to the issues like the front brake rotor. The cleanliness and proper upkeep of the facility impressed me. I wholeheartedly recommend pro auto care to anyone in need of professional and excellent service

I was referred to Pro Auto Care by a good friend who said they are a top-notch auto repair shop.I drive a bus for a company. It has a bad back up battery. I went in for a quote. I was greeted by a hospitable service advisor who introduced me to a very personable Dan the proprietor.. Upon my first meeting with them I was fascinated with their automotive trade "professionalities".Courteous and friendly they took care of the quote in a very timely manner... People do not realize that when you take your vehicle in for a quote, that a certain amount of labor goes into quoting a job.I could see from the window what the tech had to go through just for a quote. I'm very impressed with pro auto care... I work for a company that has to go through their list of priorities before they get to my department. They haven't given me the nod for the repair yet. But as I said, There is a professional atmosphere there. It's something that is lacking in today's automotive industry. If it was up to me I would already have this Job done by Pro Auto Care..Yes I would highly recommend Pro Auto care to any of my friends. As my friend said, Pro Auto Care is a top notch auto repair shop.

My recent experience with Pro Auto Care was outstanding!!!! I m from PA visiting my family here in Tampa. My 2006 Chevy Trailblazer had a problem with the gear shifter which got stuck in park physically but indicated that the vehicle was in drive on the dashboard. I called AAA for a tow to a close shop and Pro Auto was first on their list!!! Rick and Dan both assisted me with check in and made me feel extremely comfortable that they could fix my Trailblazer quickly and professionally. Well, they did in just a few hours at a very reasonable price. Bravo Pro Auto Care!!!If I ever have another problem they will be first on my list - my go to!!!!

We were recommended to go here from our insurance company after an accident. Brendan Fox was our contact there and he was very communicative and he made the experience not so overwhelming. They did a great job fixing our car and matching our custom paint job. I would recommend to others!

My appointment was for diagnostic workup. They were able to accurately pinpoint the problem and provided me with a thorough safety check for my hybrid car. I so appreciate their service. And the manager Rick took the time to explain it all.

Great service. My wife has a POS car that we use as a point a to point b kinda second car when we need it and it had some issues. AAA suggested this place and we ll more than likely be using their services for now on. Communication was a bit slow (had to call a couple times) but everything was fixed within 24-30 hours. I know jack about cars and they broke down everything and explained what was up and what they had to do to fix everything and what will probably need done in the future. Again, great service!

We have taken our cars here for significant work and been disappointed by the results three times in a row. There have been issues due to what appears to be laziness and truly a lack of service. We brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation and the next day I had to bring it back because both back tires had low air. When I brought it back and to their attention I was told sounds like you need new tires. I don t need new tires I just needed the service I paid for which was a full inspection, oil change and tire rotation.I do not recommend bringing your car here.

We love ProAuto Care! My daughter s vehicle was overheating we added new coolant on our own, and there must have been an air bubble trapped in the line. We called ProAuto and we were able to bring it in immediately. They flushed the coolant to remove the bubble, solving the problem quickly and efficiently. And they are the most cost-effective place we have ever taken our cars to!

Went in for brake work (rusted out line, rotors, the works). Staff is professional and courteous, the shop is clean and well run. Price was fair and the minor issue I had with the repair was fixed without any issue.

Update 4/10 - Pro Auto Care, Inc. is still the best in town and I whole-heartedly recommend them!Given the amazing experience I had in May of last year, I decided to use Pro Auto Care for a 200,000 mile tune-up on my 2003 Honda Element. As with my last experience, Pro Auto Care maintained their amazing reputation - I felt the techs were thorough, honest, I was involved every step of the way, and I appreciated not only their attention to detail, but also that their tune-up reports include pictures to illustrate the repairs they recommended (so I didn't feel like I was being taken for a ride, a common occurrence for women at repair shops). I also appreciated that Rick, my service consultant, was very candid in his recommendations (I am tight on money, so I asked 'will my car crash/burn up if I don't do this repair?' and he was honest and helped me understand the criticality of his recommended repairs). I feel like all of my concerns were addressed and they did an excellent job with my car and in their communication with me.As I said in my prior review, I truly enjoy doing business with Pro Auto Care, Inc. and recommend them to anyone needing some assistance with their vehicle.Original review from May 2023 - I stopped in at Pro Auto Care, Inc for the first time today to see if I could borrow a tire pressure gauge so I could check my levels and refill my tires at a local gas station. The staff not only offered to check my tire pressure for me, they also refilled my tires for free, answered my questions about how to maintain air pressure in a hot climate, and let me pick their brains about whether I needed to refill the Freon in my AC (shoutout to Dennis, the tech who assisted me).Even though they knew when I walked in that I was not going to be a high-profit ticket, I was still treated kindly, respectfully, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The inside of the shop is clean, nicely appointed, and looks to have comfortable chairs for those waiting on their car. I also didn't feel like I was being talked down to or taken for a ride, something I've experienced at other auto shops simply because I'm a girl.With one simple, 10 minute visit, Pro Auto Care, Inc has won my business for many years to come!

Dan was very helpful when I showed up with a flat tire. Repaired it for me so I could get home. Came back today got my new tires. Just a bit more expensive than originally quoted. Dan was very sensitive to my situation.

It s always very scary Going to get anything fixed in one of these places, but these gentlemen took great care of me. They were all wonderful, warm, and kind. They explained what was wrong with my car and fixed it rapidly. They even suggested where I could eat while I waited. Pro Auto Care seriously saved me multiple times with unexpected repairs like replacing my dead battery and repairing my tires; in addition to standard maintenance. I can't recommend them enough! If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy place to take care of your car, this is it!

I had a good previous experience with them, so I thought I would use them again. Not happy about making an appointment for a diagnostics in the early morning, then them getting to my car in the afternoon. Just no respect for my time. I am happy with my report though.

Brandon very nice to deal with. He was very accommodating n efficient. My car was repaired where my husband thought they had given me a new left front but Brandon said they repaired it xx and it looks brand new. I had a great experience dealing with Brandon at pro car auto! Highly recommend this auto repair business

I have used pro auto in the past , I know they re family owned and the biggest thing about these guys is they re trust worthy, which is important especially when it comes to your vehicle. I needed some pretty extensive repairs done and was thinking of options of where I could have them done at , and pro auto instantly crossed my mind. I had an engine replacement done , and figured while it was there I d get some other stuff done too, like a clutch , flywheel, the brakes and rotors front and back. Rick kept me informed on the vehicle as well as Dan and it was done on time when they said it would be. When you go into pro auto you see a lot of familiar faces even with the employees that work there. Pro auto takes care of their people and they ll take care of you and yours too. The vehicle runs awesome And I couldn t be happier! Although I hope I don t need to see them anytime soon other than oil changes !
