I had Matt at Preferred Auto check out my car before purchasing it from a dealer. Everything checked out and I was happy to purchase. Since then, I've had my vehicle back there for routine maintenance and they have 100% exceeded my expectations and always come through with very competitive pricing and high quality work. Those two paired together equal unparalleled value. Preferred is the only shop that has worked on my 645 and I haven't felt the need to try any other shop, due to the excellence provided here. I highly recommend Preferred!

Matt and the other people at Preferred Auto were very helpful and did a very quick turn around on my Mini Cooper repair. I did have a quibble with a procedural aspect of the service, but Matt very quickly and courteously put things right. And that means more to me than if there were no problems in the first place! It is also very convenient to get a rental car replacement when your car is in the shop. I will absolutely use them again for service.

I've taken my Porsche cayenne turbo there a few times. I usually deal with Matt who manages the shop and also works on the more challenging jobs. They have done an excellent job each time. I've been extremely happy with their work and they have always been fair in price. If you are looking for a fancy shop, then go to the dealer. If you want great service at a fair price then give these guys a try.

Very nice and professional guys. I had some issue with my AC on my 1990 Volvo 240. Called them and they told me to come the second day. Recharged my system checked everything and made my AC blow cold again. And all that for a very low price. I'm new to Tampa, but one thing I definitely know, Preferred Auto is the only shop I'll take my car to, for future service. Recommend 100%

I've taken my Camaro there on multiple occasions, each of which was a unique problem. The mechanics there are ridiculously skilled and quick. They play absolutely no games. Extremely honest and in my opinion deserve some sort of award!!! If anyone was to ever ask me for a recommendation to a shop, Preferred Auto Service is exactly where i would tell them to go.

I took my corvette z06 here for stainless brake lines and high temp fluid ahead of my track day at Sebring. The guys called me to let me know of a rear diff noise (which I knew about but forgot to mention.) They went ahead and changed the fluid in my rear diff and fixed the noise for an affordable price. I will be getting all my track prep done here. Next will be brake upgrades. You cant ask for better service.

These guys shot you straight... Best decision I made was to take my Land Rover here to be repaired. Matt corrected many issues caused by another shop at a reasonable rate. I will be using them again.

Their service is excellent, fair pricing, I'll always take my car to them. My only complaint is that they're hard to get in contact with unless you show up in person which is hard to do if you're having car trouble. They need someone who can answer the phone promptly.

These guys are the bomb. I had an unusual problem with my car that was just shipped here from California. They didn t give up until they found the problem and fixed it. So glad I came here. 5 stars all the way!

I had a check engine light giving me Hell, and the dealer was trying to charge me thousands. Matt got it figured out at a fraction of the cost. Thanks Preferred Auto!

Such a poor service. Secretary never picks up the phone. My car was there for almost 3 weeks and they didnt do anything to it. Every time a different lie. Went to pick it up and was in the same place I dropped it off.. AND THE INTERIOR TOTALLY WET. Never again.
