I was referred here by a friend, I have now used pioneer automotive multiple times! Each time Alex is very informative answers all my questions and concerns. While he had my car he sends updates and pictures of progress which definitely makes me feel at ease when someone has my car! Alex did an excellent job with the paint of the hood of my Lexus 200T. When I picked up vehicle, it was completed on time and was completely free of any scratches it had. my car looks Beautiful.!!! The young man who makes repairs at Pioneer Auto Body, should really be commended on his precise workmanship. My sister took her Honda CR-V with a heavily damaged front passenger door, to be fixed. He had a complete door replacement, that made her car look like the vehicle door was never damaged at all. The repair was very professionally done within a weeks time, and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely highly recommend him.Service: Body & Trim

I would highly recommend Pioneer Automotive for body shop work. I had my car for less than a month when someone hit it. Alex made my 2020 Lexus look like nothing happened to it. On Christmas Day 2020 I surprised my beautiful wife with a new Limited Edition Lexus RC 350. Unfortunately, it was severely damaged in a parking lot two weeks later! Lexus referred me to Alex at Pioneer Auto, THANKFULLY! The resulting repair of the more than $8000 of damage is nothing short of miraculous. Perfect color match, body work superb! Most importantly, I made a friend. Alex Hadji is a man of outstanding integrity and calm in the eye of a storm with amazing talent. I highly recommend Pioneer, especially if you want to make a good friend!

I was referred to Pioneer by a family friend who had a great experience with their car. I needed to have my car painted because of fading and wear. My hood was basically rotting and the roof was not far behind. I walked in thinking that painting the whole car was my only option. Alex looked over my car and told me I could save money and only do the roof and hood because the rest of my car was in pretty good shape. Being on a tight budget I so much appreciated his honesty. He assured me that my car would look great and he was right. My hood was worse than he thought but he still made it look great. I would recommend Pioneer to anyone. Alex was a pleasure to work with and I would return there for any future work I need. Thank you, Cindy

Alex is now our family mechanic. I've been burned by so many Tampa mechanics that I was just about to start learning to fix my cars until I met Alex. His company values your time and provide a ton of value to their customers. Not only that, but from the time I've started going to him we have become good friends and treats me and my family like his own. I cannot recommend Pioneer Automotive more.

Recently had Pioneer paint my vehicle. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Anthony was very honest and knowledgeable compared to most dealerships and shops. He was thorough and sincere. Turn around was only a couple of days. I was more than pleased with the result resulting in referrals. Friends of mine have been equally satisfied. Had an accident and needed repair right away. Was referred to Pioneer by a co-worker and I was very satisfied. They did a great job, my car looks like new and it was ready earlier than promised and at a great price.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Alex for the superior workmanship, passion, and dedication he put into restoring my 1966 convertible show car mustang. I have had this Stang for 23, years and had not started it in over 5 years. Alex not only got my Stang running again but he took a personal interest in going above and beyond and hand buffed my car and my spoke rims, and My Stang looks like she just pulled off the lot back in 1966!! I have known Alex for 16, years and bought my sons first car from him as well as a second car for my son several years later. I have never met a more honest mechanic/car salesman/ person! He told me he would not give me back my Stang until it was the way he would want given back to him if it was his car. He kept true to his word and I could not be happier!!! THANK YOU, ALEX!!!

Having never left a negative review before, you should get the idea of exactly how bad this is. Originally the deal went just fine, picking up a supposedly clean and well taken care of, one owner Toyota Tacoma for a pool service truck. After taking delivery of the truck, we found extensive frame damage, and shoddy attempts at hiding rather severe crash damage.One of the two owners who sold me the vehicle told me this sob story about how the previous owner of the truck traded it in for a new car for his son, and was distraught at the thought of letting his prized Tacoma go. While later he slips up and admits he got it totaled from the auction.He will act like your friend to your face, but tell you any story you want to hear to get you to buy a vehicle. I am not easily ripped off, but these men are Crooks. Buyer beware. For anyone who needs proof, I have thorough screenshots of my text threads where he basically mocks me for finding the crash damage after the fact.

Took my car to these gentlemen Alex was very knowledgeable and the repairs came out amazing. They were very fair in price and went above beyond touched up more things then i even noticed. I will always come back to them. I cant say enough good about how these brothers treated me.

I asked about a 2007 Lexus priced at $3750 for (3) days. When I called today and asked about the $3750 price.....they replied and confirmed that the price of $3750 was correct. Right after I told them that I was coming down to see the car ......the price was removed from offer up and now priced at $8500. Stay away from these scammers!!!!.
