Car accidents are so incredibly stressful. Paul auto and collision made it a bit less stressful with the ease of using them. From drop off to pick up, they made it smooth and easy. Angela (my cars name) looks brand new again! I 10 out of 10 recommend going to them for collision repairs!!

Had a mean swaying problem with my Jeep Wrangler on 28's feels like my Jeep was driving drunk and they took care of it no problem. friendly and took me right in with out waiting.good price too I paid will recommend others to this place friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Quick, friendly and very reasonable pricing. I think I finally found my mechanic in Tampa.Dan and the team welcomed me in and saw to both my cars in a very timely manner. Definitely feeling the love for a family owned and operated shop, don't think I'll be going anywhere else while I live in the area.

My experience here at Paul's Auto and collision was great. They took great care of my care in a timely manner. Great customer service and offered water and comfort with a fan outside/ ac inside. Will recommend

I haven't been to Paul's in a while for a alignment But the service is still great. And Paul does excellent alignment work as well as body work in repair. Thanks again, Paul and family keep up the great work.

I ve been coming here since I moved to Tampa (2021). I met Daniel, super nice and cool guy. He s done some repairs on 2 of my different vehicles. He is quick and efficient. I always go back to him when I need some work done in my cars. I have an old car that I don t want to give up, so I m a frequent flyer when it comes to car repair. I ve never once been disappointed by their service. Paul s is quick, honest and professional. An added bonus is that when I drop my car off I can put my bike on the back and ride home on the river walk, so it is a super convenient location for me.

Went there for alignment after getting brand new tires on and steering pulled to right , literally watched him the whole time and just felt like what he was doing was nothing looked like a old fashioned way to do a alignment , was nothing compared to alignment at pep boys , 30 minutes later brought it back and said was all good , nope pulled off steering still pulled same amount nothing changed , 2 weeks later , can see the brand new tires wearing , ended up going to pep boys and doing LIFETIME alignment for $199 . They corrected my issue on 15 minutes .Service: Wheel alignment

I have used this shop twice for body repairs. Once to get my back bumper repainted and the other to get the front bumper cover replaced and the splash guards fixed. Each time they did an excellent job, with prices competitive to other quotes I received.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did some collision repair (bent frame, new fender) back in 2004 on my 1986 Chevy pick-up. They were very fair with me. The work was done in a timely manner. And here I am 14 years later with no problems and the truck drives just as good as the day it left their shop. Great work and great people thanks to the staff at Paul's.

The mechanics were helpful and efficient! One mechanic, Daniel, was especially great! I had a small issue with my car that needed to be fixed and he took care of it right away. If I am ever in the area again and in need of car help I would absolutely go to Paul s!

I was recommended to this place by the guys at Ybor Tire and don't regret the decision at all. The people at Paul's have helped with everything from alignment to oil and brakes, all at an extremely fair rate and with the most honesty and integrity I've ever experienced from an auto shop. Really awesome place, glad I checked it out!

I have a 95 Ford Bronco that I only trust with certain repair shops. Being a 25 year old vehicle it has needed certain repairs and maintenance done to preserve her. Daniel and the crew at Paul s Auto have done great work on the Bronco. This is a family run business, a rare breed in corporate America. They are my go to shop in Tampa.

I went to get alignment and I was missing parts from under my car. Instead of telling me that they just did my alignment. Few days later my car jerk me into another line almost head on with another vehicle. I called them and explain what happened I came back and they said nothing wrong with what they did and wanted more money. I then went to another alignment shop to be told my car shouldn t have been aligned with some parts I was apparently missing. This place is unprofessional and just want the money.

Unprofessional. The receptionist is rude and misinforming! Quoted me $280 for .9 of labor, a sensor and diagnostic scan. She said the up front $90 diagnostic scan fee would be taken off of the job price. But yet I m still paying $280 time of pick up.... something doesn t add up. If it s $280 for everything then then I get a credit of $90. I should only be paying $190 at pick up. False advertisement! Don t go here!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I was referred Paul's Auto Alignment by Bill at Ybor Tire. (Great place for tires) They replaced all four struts on my Avalon, did the alignment and fixed a potentially dangerous issue with the steering control arm. Paul's is a rare automotive center because they are both honest and fairly priced. Tough to find that combination. I highly recommend using them for your next repair needs.

They honestly could ve charged me 10 times more than what I needed to pay and I wouldnt have cared! The customer service is phenomenal! Nothing compares. I called about 5 other shops that were cheaper, but was turned off by their customer service.As long as my car needs servicing,Paul s will be my go to!
