We were referred here from stadium Toyota and they are THE WORST! Terrible quality of work and customer service! We got into an accident and they charged my insurance over 10K to fix my bumper and 2 days after we got it fixed the bumper came off. When we went back to this collision center they said it was our fault and we would need to pay for it again. I will never go here again even though it s referred by a dealership.

UPDATE 2/28/2022:After 5 visits to the body shop the gaps in the bumper and headlight assembly are still very noticeable. The final excuse from the shop manager was that they received the bumper folded and packaged to the point it wouldn't fit correctly. I didn't know you could fit the entire front end in an envelope (sarcasm obviously). Yes this was his excuse and worse yet, he claimed to have helped their best body technician. Maybe a new career should be considered. Who would have thought that a body shop on Lincolns lot can't or wont repair a LINCOLN. Last few photos are the finished product.I had front end damage from an under 5 mph collision. I figured since I own a newer model Lincoln and have it serviced at Parks Lincoln, that I should take it there for the body repair. What a mistake that was. The car was in the shop for over a week. I was called on a Friday to pick it up on Saturday. I arrived at the dealership on Saturday, their service department took my co-pay and handed me the key. Walking up to the car white overspray paint on the black trim could clearly be seen. When I started the car, I received an error message stating the front camera was not working properly. The front parking camera has a Lincoln badge that covers it, opening automatically when engaged. It has been taped on with double sided tape. When I pointed this out, the overspray was removed from all but one area. The car was returned and while I waited the shop attempted to fix the gaps and slipping front end bumper. I was then asked to bring it back for a third time. I returned again and was called later in the afternoon stating the car was repaired and ready for pickup. Walking up to the car it is apparent nothing was repaired or done with the front bumper. Now the hood is off center, it doesn't even line up with the side panel. Shop guy Tony tells me there's nothing more they can do. Apparently the bumper being new is the cause. Reviewing my dashcam at home, the car sat parked. No one touched it. My insurance company paid close to $5,000 for a shoddy and rushed repair job. Look at the other reviews for the shop on other body shop related reviews. Parks Lincoln Collision Center tanks out at 3 stars. And I havent even started there yet. Consumer beware!

They did an awesome job with my truck. Joe kept me informed at all times and did all the dealings necessary with the insurance company. He was more than willing to work with me on doing anything else that was needed while my truck was being worked on and went the extra mile. Super happy.

Although being involved in a collision and relying on insurance is never ideal, my experience with Parks Collision so far exceeded my expectations that I would go as far to say it was even pleasant. Joe was such an incredible person and did his job such excellence. Even going to appointments with my toddlers was delightful because of Joe's warm kindness. I never had to stress the insurance who was very reluctant to pay for anything. Joe always kept me updated and fought on my behalf getting all new parts for me fully covered. My car came home gorgeous, even better than before the crash. I'm so grateful to Joe and Parks Collision for making the process easy and stress free. They were a Godsent!

They charged my insurance over 10k to fix my car, and the quality of work is unacceptable, broken pieces, loose pieces and horrible paint job. Spoke with Joe, he was really helpful during the entire process, but 0 to none communication from them regarding the process or anything. Working with Marco was a nightmare, es un acelerado... and CJ or AJ not sure.. another difficult person to deal with... I took my car to the Toyota dealership to find out that the repairs were going to be done at a mom and pop shop and not with the high quality of the toyota brand, what a joke..Service: Body & Trim

I found this shop by accident (ha ha) someone rear ended me and my friend told me about this place and the gentleman that handles the collision estimates Joe. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and have never dealt with such kindness and over the top service I received from Joe and everyone in the shop. My vehicle was repaired in a very timely manner and Joe kept me informed of everything along the way. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in need. I drove over an hour to pick it up and was beyond happy I did!! All in all, I hope I don't use them as a collision shop again, but I would definitely go back here again! i give them 10 stars!!Service: Body & Trim

I am thoroughly pleased with the service that I received from the collision center at Parks Lincoln of Tampa. AJ was the representative that worked with my MKZ. His professionalism, kindness and knowledge is outstanding. He made sure that my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner, but most importantly, I appreciated him updating me on the progress of the work that was being done to my vehicle. I took my Camry to Marco at Stadium Toyota after getting rear ended as they reported they had a body shop. Turns out they do not, but use parks collision. I was told my repair would take two weeks. After having to make numerous calls to parks after the two weeks to see when I could get my car back, I was told three different date estimates over the following weeks. All of which were wrong. After finally receiving my car back after TWO MONTHS, I got in to find that my battery was hardly starting the car. Sure enough, the next day, my car wouldn t start and I had to buy a new battery. Also upon receiving my car at Stadium Toyota, my tire pressure light was on. I circled around to service where they aired up my tires. The next day the tire pressure light was on again and my front tire was totally flat. Very disappointed customer.Service: Body & Trim

Took my vehicle for a repair at parks collision. It took little over 2 weeks to get it repaired but it was an excellent job. Ms. Henney Charles was very professional and kept me updated on my car status. They even gave me a rented vehicle because it took couple days longer than the day they estimated. Plus the job has lifetime warranty. Also front clerk was very professional. Highly recommend this shop. Best customer service!

This review relates on the management aspect of the Parks Collition and does not reflect on the quality of their work. There was no communication, even after being told that I would receive periodic updates on the progress of the work and not once did they initiate communication with me. They had the vehicle for 36 days for the replacement (not repair) of passenger vehicle doors , a job that should have taken less than 2 weeks, and in my instance, they damaged an unrelated part of the vehicle. It wasn't until I enlisted the help of the insurance company did I get the desired help that they extended the offer a rental.

Extremely pleased with the service I received with Parks Collision. Communication was very good and all concerns were discussed and addressed. Repairs were completed beyond expectations. Nobody would know how the truck was damaged or how bad it was. I would recommend Parks Collision to anyone looking for repairs. This is the first time I have ever provided a review, but felt compelled to do so for the service I received. The staff was very helpful and the work was performed within a week. my vehicle is 5 weeks old and needed to fix a manufacture paint defect. I am very satisfied with the service and the results. I would also like to give a thank you to Ms. Henney Charles for making this process painless. She was extremely professional and provided updates at every step.

Purchased new vehicle in February 2017 from ParksAbout 5 weeks later I was hit head onMy vehicle was towed to Parks body shopIt took almost 3 months for repairs & 3 additionalVisits to complete the repairs they missed! Judson Shedd manger was great but recently left. I do not recommend using this body shop. They left me without any oil, washer fluid & no clean out no detail nothing. Worst service I ve ever received besides the Parks Dealership at Wesley Chapel for regular maintenance etc Parks is incompetent & is not customer service oriented. Only option sue in small claims court at least hold them accountable!!!

DO NOT USE THEM FOR COLLISION REPAIR!! I used Park s Collision because I bought my truck from Park s Ford but Park s Group will never get another penny of my money. I wish I had read their reviews. I tried typing out the entire terrible experience I had with Park s but it far exceeded the character limit. Basically, they took 10 business days, (two full weeks including weekends) to complete a 3 day repair. There are other phone calls and conversations that I could write about in regards to the delay but they won t fit. One of them involved Josh flat out lying to me about waiting on Geico before they could finish my vehicle. Upon calling Geico, they advised they d been there and cut them a check for additional damages a week earlier. When confronted with this information he talked in circles to me like I m some idiot and never explained why he d lied. Because they took so long, I ended up having to pay for a rental, out of pocket, to the tune of $200 because I had arranged to have the repairs done while I was out of town and they had a full 6 business days to finish it before I returned. It was only after I called numerous times and demanded answers that I was told they were putting all their guys on it and my truck would be ready in the afternoon the next day (day 10). When I went to pick up my truck, some employee had left with it to put gas in it. While checking out, they tried to charge me $1100 dollars even though my deductible is $500 because they kept claiming I had the additional $600 from the check Geico gave me. I explained several times that I had left the check with them weeks earlier when I brought them the estimate and they continued to insist I had the money. It wasn t until after Josh came in with an attitude and angrily rifled through the paperwork that they discovered the check. I received no apology for basically being called a liar. When the employee returned with my truck there was a large scuff on my brand new, freshly painted bumper. They tried to claim it happened when the bumper was installed but it was clear my bumper had scraped against something, probably while being driven to get gas. If it had happened during the install, it would mean they were prepared to give my truck back with a large scrape on the new bumper, which is just as bad. While they waited for the paint guy to come look at it, I walked to the other side and discovered a deep scratch that actually did appear to be from installing the bumper. When I pointed it out, I was again treated like a liar and they pulled up pictures to prove it was pre-existing, only to claim the pictures weren t clear enough to tell when they realized it wasn t. (My truck practically looks brand new so I m well aware of what was pre-existing and what wasn t.) The scuff could be buffed out but the scratch, which they would have to talk to management about would require repainting. And of course, I had just returned the rental car!! They then disappeared back into the office. The paint guy took it to buff the bumper and when he brought it back I told him to let them know I wasn t going to waste any more time or money on Park s and not to worry about the scratch. By that point, I just wanted to get out of there and go home. I had just had to put my 14 year old dog to sleep a couple days earlier, which was devastating, and I was too angry and emotionally exhausted to deal with them anymore. I never once received an apology for the delay, the money it cost me or the way I was treated nor was I given a reimbursement for the $200 rental, even though it was clearly their fault that my vehicle wasn t ready when they promised, even though they were given twice as much time as the repair required.

I was rear ended in my Pickup and required bumper replacement. I was met by Henney my Parks Collision Rep and she reviewed my damage and escorted me to the Onsite Enterprise Rental. (Very Convenient). I am very anal and my vehicle is always immaculate so I was quite concerned with any repairs to be made. My truck was repaired AHEAD of predicted schedule, repaired with genuine Ford parts and washed and vacuumed waiting for me! Top Notch service during a stressful period! I Highly recommend Parks Collision!

My car was keyed badly on the driver's side from the front to the back. Shocked, who would do this to me, I took my car to the Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel. I was referred to talk to Joe Bolin, Collision Estimator. After that, not knowing what could be done to restore my car back to a normal look? Wow, what a great job this company "Parks Collission Center Tampa" did to restore my damaged car like brand new again! What a great Team.Service: Auto detailing

Blew a tire on the road and damaged some wire harness on a one month old Lincoln.The insurance had them a check in 48 hrs, they had our car for SEVEN WEEKS and the quality of the work was not that great.

The work done on my vehicle was good. This is a very busy body shop! The follow-up regarding your vehicle completion was lacking somewhat. The staff are friendly & courteous.

I would NEVER get my car repaired here again. The original estimate said the repairs would take 2 weeks, but it took almost 4 months. The company didn't even try to call me with any updates once the 2 weeks past. I had to keep calling every week to get a status on the timeline for the repairs.

UPDATE: Truck went in for repairs beginning of April, today is July 10th and I have to bring it back in for things starting to come loose. This will be the 3rd time I am bringing it back for something not completed correctly the first time. Whoever put my truck together the first time was an idiot! Who would have thought putting a vehicle back together was so difficult and it was just body work. First time I picked it up it was a hot mess inside with dust from sanding all over, sticker crooked, bed was not bolted down tight, rivets through the bed of the truck, inside of door scratched and a few other things. Now 2 more things coming loose.I do not recommend this place. At first I did but now with more problems I would have for sure gone someplace else what I know now. I don't have time to keep going back for minor things that should have been fixed the first time.

Never will get my cars repair here again. They do not communicate with you when your car is being delayed. The amount of work I got done took a total of three weeks, I got more work done in other shops for much less time.

They will waste your time. Vague promises on appointment, time extended, no sense of accountability or urgency. Find another body shop.
