Best Tire place around. I have bought tires there. Good price on quality tires (Pirellis). Yesterday I had a very inconvenient flat. They were able to squeeze me in, get it fixed and not disrupt our trip. Got it done in half the time I was told it would take. Dusty is always friendly.

The employees at this location were very helpful in answering questions and fixing up my flat tire in a quick and efficient manner. They also helped me decide on new tires by comparing pricing strategies for the best deal possible, wether it was at their location or not, which shows they have the customers best interests in mind.

Excellent service and honest. I took my car first to a competitor Tires plus, and tried to con me with having to replace 2 tires because of flat, supposedly they could not plug the flat. Olin fixed the flats and gave excellent service.

If I could give this place zero Stars I would. What an absolute awful experience! I will never come back here. I had a nail in my tire. I came in to have it repaired and it cost me $287 because they broke the lug nuts and the nuts. They told me whoever put the donut on my car missed threaded the screws and bolts. My husband is 70 years old and used an automatic tire tool so that this didn't happen. And then it took more than two hours. Because they didn't have them in stock. By the time I left this place I was in tears NEVER AGAIN!

I heard a lot of good things about this store... Unfortunately, what I heard and what I experienced were two different things. I first went to their website where I requested an online appointment. I never got an email confirming the date I requested. I then used their online instant quote by putting in my vehicle tire size, then picked the tires I wanted. A set of four Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring in which they emailed me a "Total out the door" price of $872.86. After two days not receiving an email about my appointment, I called them to schedule a day/time. I spoke with a someone at the store on Kennedy, and said I had requested an appointment online and was waiting for a conformation. He said they don't take appointments, but when would you like to come in... I then asked for prices for four tires, he quoted me a set of tires for just over a $1,000. I then asked about the Cooper CS5 Ultra Touring, which he said he had those but they were slightly more, ~$1,100. I then said I completed an online quote for the Cooper tires for $872.86 which he said that he could not honor that price as their was a price increase and if you want an accurate price for tires, you need to call in... I just did another online price quote on their website, They still are quoting $872.86... Bait in switch, I do not recommend this tire store.

These people just do it right. They have never sold me something I don t need or give me a big sales pitch. They are just honest and fast.

Was referred to this shop for great service, but would not recommend it. Left the car there for a couple of hours to fix a nail in my tire. Got the car back with a nice scratch that they wouldn't take responsibility for. Very upset. They said someone must have scratched it in their parking lot but its not their problem!!! Not going back there!

As a new customer I would check other auto shops. I think they took advantage of me. Lots of add on charges , fees . Paid to diagnose the problem I reported . Repairs were done at a high cost but the major problem was not identified. After the repairs my car still had the same problem I reported. Had to bring my car to my locale mechanic to repair. Olin Mott wanted to put on new tires which would have not solved the problem since the struts and shocks were worn out causing damage to the tires.

Scary experience after expressing disappointment with a delay in getting a new tire. I had previosly explained that I was helping a friend with a medical issue and needed my car. Dusty Cox, Store Manager, started ranting and repeatedly shouting that he obviously wasn't as perfect as I was. When I asked him to stop, he shouted at me to "Shut Up".I would stay far away from Olin Mott Tires.

Had a flat tire, found some type of screw or nail embedded in my tire, they passed my tire within 15 minutes I was on my way, thanks for the great service

Visited store on 12/9/22. My full size spare tire was stolen from my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The store manager refused to review himself or show me the security footage and stated his employees didn't even go in the rear of the vehicle. I ended up speaking to the President of the company and he stated the employee did in fact go into the rear of the vehicle by the video footage he reviewed, but he didn't take the tire. All my belongings were in thrown in the back seat that were in the rear of the vehicle. I highly DO NOT recommend taking your vehicle to Olin Mott! Please check to see if the spare tire is there when you drop it off and when you pick it up. PLEASE BEWARE!

I love the hospitality and excellent service here. I went in last Thursday to get work done to my car and they fixed the problem and it didn t cost me too much. It was a blessing because if I would ve went anywhere else I know I would ve been charged a lot more. I enjoyed my visit here besides the actual fact of me having to go there. What I mean by that is, I didn t want to get work done on my car at all lol, no one wants to, but I had put it off for long enough and the great staff at this Olin Mott helped me get what I needed done. They re great!! I recommend them as well as their other locations!! Update (09/21/2020): Some of the best mechanics I've had the pleasure of meeting. Good business and great work. I know my car is in good hands whenever I bring it to this location.

Had a nail in my tire. Spoke to Matt, and dropped it off within the hour. They fixed the tire, and I was on my way! Great customer service and quality work!

Been coming here for about 4 yrs now for tires, oil changes and repairs. Alex and Dusty are always friendly and kind enough to explain all details of the work being done on my vehicle. Honest, fast service and will accommodate walk-ins which is a major plus for my always changing schedule.

I found a nail in my tire late on a Saturday morning and Edwin and his team were able to squeeze me in before they closed. They treated me like gold, were quick, and kept me updated throughout the process. Thankful to have them in the neighborhood!

Excellent service, excellent staff, and top notch attention to detail and quality of work! I can't say enough good things about this shop and it's employees. They took great care of my truck when mounting & balancing special order tires on my aftermarket wheels. They went out of their way to work with me on making sure the fitment was perfect and I was satisfied with the work.I have to admit I asked question after question and had one picky request after another to make sure things were perfect and they didn't flinch or hesitate to show me every step of the process and that everything was working perfectly.I highly recommend (and have recommended) this shop to anyone looking for quality work, done in a clean environment, by a great group of people. I'll always be using this shop for my tire & wheels needs.

The manager Dusty is so very helpful every time I bring my vehicle to him. The best part is I never feel pressured to do anything extra, but given the option if something else is needed. The guys in the shop always take such great care of us and help keep my vehicle a reliable driving machine hehe

While the staff is friendly and welcoming, they wanted to charge me about double of what another shop charged me for the same services. I needed new spark plugs and a tune up and they wanted to charge me $850. I don't know if they figured they could charge me so much because I am a college student and thought I wouldn't know better (?) or figured because I don't know much about cars they could get one over on me, but I'm happy I took my car to A&D who were just as friendly (also provide a free ride to home/work).

I am astonished at some of these reviews. I have been a client of Olin Mott for a number of years and am extremely satisfied with their professionalism, patience and knowledge. I have had my brakes done, my oil changes, my electrical problem fixed in my car and I purchase my tires from them. If your car doesn't need a particular fix, then you don't get it. They are that honest! You get fixed/repaired exactly what is broken, needed and nothing more; hence, their honestly. I also have gone in without an appointment and have NEVER been turned away. Even though they are slammed and just needed a tire patch! So thank you very much Olin Mott and Dusty Cox for being my to go to mechanic shop!!! I highly recommend them!

Once again the service was great and the prices were much better than other mechanics/tire shops in the area. I had a problem with my Car Care credit card and Edwin was very helpful and even stayed late until I got the problem fixed. I will continue to bring my car here for all my mechanical needs and I recommend this place to everyone.

Always great service at Olin Mott!My car had been making a loud clanking sound underneath throughout the day. I came in on a Friday evening, right before closing time. Edwin and staff fixed my car in 5 minutes-all for free. Refreshing to have trustworthy car experts that do not nickel and dime customers. Definitely will be back for any future repairs. Thank you!

All I want to share is that I brought my brand new car for a flat tire and my brand new jack kit disappear when I did check next day until this point I didn t brought the car car anywhere else than this place. So be aware! Very shady place.. never again for sure.

I am a 22 year old with a g20 '91 chevy van (14' camper van), so it's hard to find people & places that take me seriously & don't rip me off. But I found it! Dusty is the best to work with, he keeps me updated, tells me exactly what's going on, and answers all the questions I have. I trust this place a lot & recommend them to everyone! Will be back (& probably sooner than I'd like) lol

Great staff and friendly people. I got there with a tire issue and Dusty Cox welcomed me in, he was respectful and friendly making me feel like I know him for long I didn t even notice time chatting with him. Thanks again, will be back and I do recommend this place 5 stars.

Customer service was great when I dropped my tire off to be repaired. it was a bit pricy for a tire patch at $41.00 asked about nitrogen charge and was told they do have it but was not on my repair ticket and was not put in when the tire was not fully inflated for the psi of my truck.

These guys always get me right it and it's fast and convenient service! Never had a problem I've come here for 4 years for my oil and tire rotation and change.

They are always professional and fair. Excellent customer service and i trust them and their work. The pricing is fair no hidden charges and i feel they don't over charge for their work. Olin Mott is always my first choice and first stop.

Jesse is a Rockstar!!! Kind, informative, helpful. He deserves a big tip always. I went to fill nitrogen Air in my tires and he never charged me. It was my first time there and 1st impression was the best impression for me personally. I couldn't help but show him gratitude!!! Goo Jesse!!!:-)

This place is awesome!! shout-out to Edwin and dusty super cool and nice gents , they fixed my truck that had a blown out spark plug if there were 10 stars I would give em that definitely recommending friends to go here !!

Dusty, the manager is a great guy and very helpful. They are really straight with you, really care about their customers. I've been there a few times and feel I can really trust them. I definitely recommend Olin Mott.
