Employees have always been helpful here. Went in today to get supplies and advice on replacing my vent window which had been shot. Was able to make the replacement in just over an hour with their advice. So helpful and not condescending when I ask questions.

I don t know why this place is rated so low. I had entered the store, and was very quickly greeted. I was asked if there was anything I needed assistance with. I advised them I was looking for an exhaust hose. They didn t have it, looked it up and saw it was in their warehouse. They ordered it, was in by 2pm the same day. The shelves were fully stocked and the employees were all very professional, cordial and polite. The store itself was very clean and inviting. There was no line when entering at 9am but a short line when I came back shortly after 2pm. Service was exactly what I would expect. I d happily return in the future.

Excellent customer service. Eric helped us find what we needed, helped install it, and went the extra mile to help put a mom s mind at ease before letting her son drive away. I ll probably drive out of my way to go back to this location next time we have a need.

Was quoted a price over the phone. Drove to the store and they would not honor the price that I was quoted. (For a spray can of something so it wasn't like a part that may have been vehicle specific) customer service was trash.

1 guy out of every auto parts store was helpful and he works the Ruskin location. Told me to bring 1 of the pair of bolts I needed and matched it almost perfect. Only difference was instead of triple square it used a hex. This location wasn't really helpful, not sure if it was lack of knowledge or just laziness but still very annoying.

Disrespectful service uneducated employees don t even bother visiting no one can help you and they get aggressive and bothered by questions. Called corporate to inform them that they need better employees at this location.

I don't normally talk bad about people on reviews but I've been to the location on Nebraska and Fowler twice both times I've had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with the blonde haired lad she's very negative never smiles I went in there Happy ready to go for the day I left there miserable never wanting to do business with O'Reilly's again. So I figured the first time she was having a bad day but second time no it's just her the way she is apparently everybody else was very nice but they were busy unfortunately so I won't be going back.

The first time I went it was something for my cracked windshield and it was late and the guy then helped me with no hesitation.This time my rear lights would not turn off and I need a break pedal stop pad, and the guy at the register helped me with a solution and went out of his way.I don t know anything about cars but this place is super welcoming and reliable!

Today coming back from job in the way to the home for real I don t know how i will explain it , but the workrs didn t even give intention , one girl works there i ask here about cable for my car , she really act racism with me without no reason , she don t know even what she is doing , she didn t respect me , I tried to talk with her just to give look into what i want , and she hit dood bad with her feet and talking hard , i feeld really bad , but i did control my self she was really bad disrespectful act weird and there is camera there everything is recorded , i hat thats , and its really bad bad bad service

Only place in town that had a 12v battery for my 8-year-old hybrid other than taking it to the dealership (I don't have six hours to wait for a battery). Staff was friendly and helpful. For reasons unclear, this particular type of battery they were not able to help install, but I was able to get it taken care of quickly. They then recycled the old battery for me. Store was clean and had enough employees working so there was never a long wait.

Stopped in to price a part at the Nebraska Ave store, and was helped by a nice young lady. Didn't get her name. While I was discussing my issue with her, Peter overheard me and asked if he could look at my car. He showed me where the part was and we found it hanging there. He was kind enough to help me replace it and saved me at least $100 and a trip to a repair shop. Not part of their services, so he went above and beyond. The part was less expensive than what I found online, as well. All of the employees were friendly and even greeted some customers by name. In reference to review above, there were at least five different nationalities in and out, while I was there, and no one was shown preferential treatment. All were treated equally. Everyone was very personable and joked with each other and customers. They seemed to enjoy their jobs and working together. Really nice to see. I will be doing my business there from now on. Blessings.

I offer this rating based on very good customer service. Both store employees answered my questions and were genuinely interested in their work. I stopped there because it was on my way back home. I planned to shop at a competitor's location nearer my house. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts on Fowler Ave near I275.

Dylan was awesome help; the acid from my old battery had melted the plastic to the terminal and was essentially glued on, but he was able to safely get it off and get my new battery put in with little resistance. Got a few other accoutrements and I was swiftly on my way.

I called to get a price on a battery and for it to be installed. Their prices were higher than Autozone, so I asked about it, and the guy told me to calm down before hanging up on me. Totally ridiculous.

Customer service was okay ( was greeted when I walked in )the reason why I gave them 2 stars is because they had the part in stock. I'd rather go to advanced and pay less money. Beware they do not price match like they say they do. Called and asked before going there if they price matched and they said they did, when I got there they couldn't match the price.Edit: called in for help to the store because I lost my receipt and needed it emailed to me and they were nice enough to fax it. Changed from 2 stars to 4.

Nice people, can really get a sense that these co-workers enjoy working with each other, every time I have gone in here. Both Commercial & public shopping all the employees all seem to just have fun. Always smiling & all willing to help each other & customer.

Very unprofessional experience. There were 8 or so guys behind the counter, joking, throwing paper, and yelling at each other. One was openly drinking a beer and said it was because "its Saturday and he gets off early." I had to wait 15 min for them to find a part in the back despite calling ahead and asking them to set it aside. Really disappointing, especially since O'Reilly usually has such high professional standards.

I love this place more than any other auto parts store ever. They always have my parts in stock (95 firebird) they are always super helpful. But most of all these guys go out of their way to make sure every customer is completely satisfied.

Poor customer service after receiving the wrong part on their behalf after giving my vin number to accurately be provided the right piece.workers pretty much called me a liar in my face. DONT GO HERE !!!!!!

Very helpful buying parts...however after my purchase I wanted to use the bathroom and was told they already locked it up for the day. Like how hard is it to unlock a door 4 your customer they weren't even closing for 30 mins.

Two weeks ago on a Monday I visited this location. My vehicle would blow air then cool. The prior day I went to Advance Auto and had the battery, starter checked. However this day, my car had the same issue. Being the closest shop. I pull up and there are people waiting for assistance but only one person helping. Minutes pass and workers come out. A worker, Peter comes and doesn't make eye contact. I speak twice and he rudely says, I heard you. I told him my issue but there were others in line before me. Peter rudely says out loud, my I help the next person and walks away from me in mid sentence. I ask for a supervisor. Tall ,white ,gentleman, started with a C. I told him about the rude behavior and he downplays my concerns. I even approached both Peter and the supervisor outside, neither said I'm sorry and Peter bold faced lied about the encounter. He never apologized nor would he look me in my face. I am a professional, and a business owner. I have escalated this to not only regional but to an attorney. I am still waiting for district to contact me. They both should be fired

Bought a brake booster and a master cylinder with a lifetime guarantee and only lasted 35 days and want me to pay shipping for it also no refund so buyer beware and I will never go there again so went to NAPA and had to get another one and a much better place adding this but after riding with master cylinder in my trunk for two months and reminding them they would loose 12 customers because I do their repairs they gave me a refund and to me lifetime guarantee from in-store purchase having to pay shipping is just wrong they should order and replace even if you have to wait for a while for it to arrive

Horrible technical support online they basically say they cannot assist you if your payments do not process. What s the point of a company having a technical support staff if they re virtually useless!!! I love buying products in the store but I will never ever try to shop online again.
