I met this business owner Angela at a Doctors appointment. She quoted me a price of $280.00 after I showed her the brand new lower control arms for my QX56 as well as the closed box from Detroit Axle for the upper control arms, tie rods and the other parts that came inside the box. Once I followed her back to the repair shop. Everything thing we agreed upon changed and she denied what she verbally said and agreed on. *****DO NOT USE THIS REPAIR FACILITY***** Angela initially CLAIMED to be the owner and then she claimed that she WAS NOT the owner. Angela CLAIMED TO HAVE GOTTEN THE SHOP FROM HER EX-Husband via DIVORCE since her husband had two Repair Shops. What s true?? *****Angela CAN T BE TRUSTED****Service: Wheel alignment

Angeles as well as Judy are Very professional / Jose is top notch!extreamly knowledgeable about issues other Mechanics (even in Dealerships) have a hard time finding causes or solutions to.Thanks for sharing your wisdom.

After many years of trying out diffent shops. Looking for an honest and "Good" mechanic, I think I have finally found one.After being referred to these guys by friends I decided why not! What else but my hard earned money do I have to lose.Well...I actually got my vehicle back in a timely manner (1 day! not 3-4 days like other places) an everything was fixed correctly!!The owner explained everything in detail as to the repair costs & the mechanic (Jose) was very knowledgeable an not pushy at all.The best part was the payment plan for your repairs, if you can't pay for all your service needs they have an online loan service called "snap"!...and with NO CREDIT CHECK!! How awesome is that?Needless to say my vehicles and I have found our new mechanics!Thank you Northgate!

I got my car fixed here and everyone in the service shop was very nice in my opinion my car was fixed for a reasonable price and I will continue to bring my vehicle to them thank you for all you do and such awesome care and service for my property and myself I recommend to anyone who has an issue with their car to go there..

This is the BEST, HONEST and RELIABLE mechanic place I have found yet. I have been going here for years. Recently I just moved back to Florida and while I was gone for 2 years I sure did miss this place!!! I was lied to, ripped off and never got my problems fixed with my vehicles while I was gone. But now I'm back and SO GLAD I have a honest mechanic place!!! Angela, the owner, is the most honest person in the car bussiness I've ever dealt with!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NORTHGATE AUTO IF YOU WANT YOU'R CAR FIXED RIGHT THE FIRST TIME AND NOT TO BE LIED TOO!!!!!

I NEVER write reviews BUT I HAVE TO LET EVERYONE KNOW about this place Angela has the worst customer service skills I go there to get my alignment done on my Jeep she first tells me it's going to take an hour so I said okay no problem she comes back 15 minutes later says it's done I already knew something was off because the times didn't match so I just left it alone because I figured maybe they did it quicker than expected I go to drive my car it is pulling more than it's ever done I just got brand new tires so I know it's not my tires . I go back to explain to her how my car is pulling very bad and it NEVER done that before ! She than catches an attitude and gets my paper to review the alignment pretty much sees that's ONLY my front tires were done right (no apology nothing ) has the NERVE to ask me in an attitude "why am I shaking my head " as im reading the reviews with her . Which clearly shows her it was not done right. She than goes no warranty I'll have to pay for another one. This place is NOT WORTH IT ! SAVE YOUR TIME AND GO ELSE WHERE !!

Would like to highly recommend this shop as I had my car checked a few weeks back & was given the wrong diagnosis. The mechanic let me know what I needed to take care of immediately to make sure I was safe on the road and let me know the things I should get done soon (which were the high priced repairs the other mechanic said were the issue). Not to mention he finished removing my backing plate (it was installed incorrectly), replaced my alternator cable, rear brake shoes and cylinders in less than 2 hours! I found my new mechanic

I had a tire going flat on a Saturday afternoon. They fixed my tire quickly for less than 20 bucks very friendly will definitely use them again

Great Service! They were able to help me with financing. Needed a steering gear box, steering spring, and wheel bearing. Truck drives much smoother. The lady was very positive and helpful and honest.

The pest control company I work for ..brings all our trucks here...they worked on my front end...the parts where there quick and they did a great job and went above and beyond...they could of given me the truck back at 75pct and that would of been good enough...they made some final adjustments and boy could I tell the difference..thank you

Ok...first off the only reason they get a star is the fact that they replace my engine ok so boom....i just blew my head and had warranty through the dealer (also the dealer warranty sucks!!!! As well) the car came from. I was informed that i had to take my car to pepboys for a dianogstic ok from there i was given the news.ok the car then had to be sent to chevy (btw this was for a 16 chevy cruze LT) for the warranty becasue apparently my warranty folks think pepboys are unexperienced with replacing engines....so now my car is at chevy i call chevy to get an update and i was told the my warranty rep said the labor rate was too high because apparently my warranty only covers 3000. And chevy wanted 5k ok so now my car is at this so called auto repair place(northgate) so i get my car back like a mi th later the girl tells there a 250 deductible(i knew that) so im exited to get my car back because i been carless all month the lady also says that there are 2 codes( p0171,p0102) and stated that the mass air flow sensor may need replacement im like ok they should ve covered but no biggy the first thung i notice was the radio and blinker sound was not working so they fixed it ok cool now here is where the bad happens....first these people smoked cigarettes in my car left them in my car and ashes where there...lers be clean i hate cigarettes amd never smoked them my car does not go overr 80mph on hw car runs sluggish i believe tht these people just dropped the engine in mt car and didnt even test ride it. Ive never been so upset with an auto repair shop in my life also my jumpbox tbat was in there was missing..my back leather seat were damaged and looks as if a rat was in my car and chewed up my seat and left the cotton...my car was also left with alot of trash even a soda can...i highly do not recommend brigning your car here for an engine work. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

I went there to check my car battery and they charged me 25$. They said everything is fine. But Next day my battery got down and I had to replace it.ultimate RIP off.This happened last month.The mechanic was shouting at the woman inside the office regarding the price to check battery in some other language.I believe it's a family business.i wont go here again.

Amazing, Resourcful, and honest. Im a mechanic myself, but when i had stuff that i couldnt figure out or that i knew were under my warranty, i took it to them and they didnt stop working on the situation until it was taken care of.

They are forcing my boyfriend to pay for repairs that he nor I gave them permission to do they went as far as to say that I gave them an approval to do the work when that wasn't true I me and my boyfriend specifically said that we did not want them to work on his car and that if we changed our mind we'd call back to let you know they went ahead and did the work anyway I am not even on his policy agreement or leasing agreement so there I no way I could have given the to work on his car because I don't own it or have any rights over it anyone who reads this my name is jasmine likely and they are a scam ripping people off and they need to be shut down

Have been using Angel for 10 years and she is honest to let you know what's wrong. If you can't afford it repair she has a couple different ways to pay.
