I purchased a 2014 BMW 650I Convertible from New Tampa Auto last month and I am very pleased with the entire transaction. The salesman, Edwin, was super helpful and very professional. All of the sale details were transparent and we were never pressured.the car has a rebuilt title and got it for $16,000 below the average asking price from the other dealersThanks again to all the staff that helped me in my purchase process; I look forward to doing business with you folks in the future.

These people are thief s. I financed a car from them and my payments were 300 a month I paid on my car for a year and a half 300 a month when I asked how much did I owe and seen not even a dent was made on my payments than went to a different car dealership they told me I was paying 300 but only 18 to 20 dollars of that was going towards the car and the rest was going to them. They are an in-house finance spot so they rob people off they money. Please do not waste ur time financing from these people they are 100 percent thief s. If your going to buy a car buy it cash DO NOT FINANCE FROM THEM PLEASE.

This is by far the best place to buy a car , I found them on facebook I was looking for a car that was affordable with low miles Edwin and the rest of the guys are the most honest and sweetest guys they will work with you to make sure you find the car that works best for you and your budget .I orginally selected an SUV but then felt like a midsize car would be better they both went out of there way to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. They are very transparent its really like buying a car from a family friend you I appreciated being able to call or text with questions and actually get a reply they offer cash prices that are honest and far but also have in house buy here pay here is your running low on cash. I have bought many cars from high end dealers but never have a ever had such an amazing experience . When I drove away in my new car with only 47k miles I told my kids this deal was so good mommy feels like crying because it was truly a blessing there are still good honest people in the world . Thanks guys

Representative was very rude and short answered when asking him/her simple questions that a person has the right to ask before driving hours away to look at, and possibly purchase a $20,000+ vehicle. Very unprofessional.

The employees were not helpful and seemed more like they were being bothered, but it might have been because they knew that the car we were interested didn't even work. So actually thank you for the bad customer service, it saved us from wasting our money on a lemon.

Wouldn't even give this place one star but unable to give it zero. I was messaging the guy Jim from new tampa auto for 2 days arranging a time to come look at a specific car. A time frame was given and we arrived 10 minutes after he had opened. Upon arriving Jim was already showing other people the same car I had told him I was coming to look at. However, he gave them priority over myself who had been talking with him and scheduled the meeting. Jim ended up selling this car to the people who happened to get there a few minutes before myself, yet without an appt. I was very upset with the way he handled business and if there were other people coming he could have had common courtesy to let me know I wasn't the only one, or possibly I could be wasting my time considering I was coming from an hour away, which he was well aware of. He even had the audacity to completely ignore me and not inform me that the car had been sold until I took it upon myself to ask him. Jim seems like the type of salesman only concerned with making sales and his money .. No respect whatsoever for potential customers. Would not recommend this place to anybody!

Couple years ago, I purchased a 2014 BMW car from New Tampa Auto. This year, I came back and bought a 2017 VW Jetta for the family. I am certainly satisfied dealing with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

They are very scheming and love to take advantage. Would not recommend rentals or auto sales from Eddie or Edwin. Find a real dealership or used sales lot that cares about you.

i highly suggest you to stay away from this place.. Eddie is a scammer i driver hauled a car for this thief our truck broke down ( which is part of transportation things happen).. and Eddie acted like everything was good then after my driver delivered the car Eddie decided not to pay $ 1200. i would never do business with this Company / clown.
