Matt at this store has ALWAYS been so helpful and a blessing to me so many times. I keep coming back to this location because of him alone. Don't hesitate to ask for him he'll be happy to get what you need in a a timely manner. Thank you again for everything Matt!

My son was having issues with his battery and needed assistance with installing. His dad and I are not located in Tampa so we could not help. The staff including the GM, provided excellent customer service and guidance to him on how to install it. I would definitely recommend this location. Very pleased with the level of service!

My invoice # is: 700005006 location 006 , I called ahead for bearings and seals and gear fluids 75w140 Hillsborough Location did not have it then I called Henderson location he checked inventory. He told me he has it all I go there he s selling me a used heart in a box for the seal, good thing I checked his partner says they have it at North Dale Mabry location I can run and get it. The heavyset guy says no don t worry about it he s telling me to go pick it up. I said no you deliver it it took three hours to get the part and he told me he s going to give a discount when I come back for the short coming and running me around from 11 AM until 3 PM and he charge me the full price and he tells me I said I will try it is just the annoying part is he s acting like he s on the bonus or commission only scumbag will lie in that manner so annoying!!!

H*ll of a day Bought a battery 4 days ago from the store in North Florida Ave which is their main parts hub. Unfortunately left me stranded. I reached out to the store and was helped by one of the staff that recommended I purchase a new battery and ask for delivery. As I understand this would be protocol I felt that this would not help me get off the side of the road. I decided to call the local store to me off Henderson. After explaining my situation again, the second person I spoke with stepped up and had a battery delivered to me within an hour.. I honestly had no hope that someone would help but I have to say, he absolutely proved me wrong. I can t recall his name but I am forever great-full for him doing what was right. I was able to get my bike running and continue on with my day..

Went to buy brake light bulb 2 people behind the counter one on the phone and one on a computer i stood in front of the lady at the computer waiting for her to acknowledge me i was still standing there for about 5 minutes with no communication another customer walked in and went to the other register as that guy was off the phone by this timeI finally spoke to the lady asking if she could help me she said she was busy getting my drivers out Seems to me that an actual customer standing there should get preferenceShe made no attempt to acknowledge me until i spoke and still didn t look away from the computer to offer to cash me outI ll take my business elsewhere

I live in Palm Harbor but I work in Tampa so I don't usually go to stores in Tampa but this store was outstanding that they did a great job the person there was very helpful very pleasant I left getting what I needed I'm very happy.

I came in Sunday 2/26 looking for a replacement brake light since mine went out, and knowing nothing about cars the lovely gentleman working there helped me find the right one for my car (only $2.45 with tax for a 2 pack!). He also went above and beyond and made sure I left with working brake lights since I had no idea how to change them. I will definitely be back with the awesome customer service and the great prices, thank you!

Went here to get some coolant for a car and it was on sale, reg $13 for $8, which is a low price. The employee was friendly and helpful and offered good recommendations for a few other items I was asking him about. The store was clean and plenty of parking in front of their building. This seems like a good place to get all types of parts for your car.

Always very helpful staff, and don't treat you like you should go to costly repair shop if you ask questions about your vehicle. Don't think the old homeless man should be sleeping in front of the store, and attracts other bumbs that I have seen him in fights with. Manager said he ",keep the robbers away"..Man that hasn't showered in YEARS doesn't even have a phone, and others in the area have threatened to call the Tampa Police on him for his ABUSE to MANY..So store fine, but not your "security' guard!

Professional, prepared with masks for those customers that don't have one. More importantly, they were able to locate those difficult to find parts I need within their warehouse. Just gotta wait for transfer of parts. Quite inexpensive too. So far so good. I'll keep u posted..

Well stocked with quality odds and end parts.Was looking for a cv boot clamp at the regular places but all they had was the Dorman brand in the wrong size at 3x the cost. Napa had the right size with better quality; should have gone there first.

I was less then a mile away, they lied to me and said they were coming. I called and they kept saying someone is coming. They stopped answering the phone knowing I was stranded waiting for them. At 655 Tristan answered and told me that someone came to my car twice which is not true because I ve been sitting in my car this entire time. Terrible

I would give less than one star if allowed. As a commercial business owner, I do not expect to be treated unprofessionally and have rude personnel delivery my parts. The driver in question has been continually belligerent and disrespectful. Other business owners as well as other Napa personnel are not thrilled with this one driver's behavior either. When I contacted the store, they made it seem trivial and not important. I was told someone would be in touch with me and no one ever contacted me. I had to contact the store again a week later to find out the status. Matt, the new store manager, who leaves much to be desired when it comes to knowing about parts, let alone management, just said he spoke to him. I let Matt know that I would not treat vendors nor clients or anyone else for that matter in such a way. Matt had no answers nor acceptable responses regarding this situation. This Napa store had a good manager for a short while (Eric) but he was just moved to another store. It had been and is seemingly to continue to go downhill now. Napa does not care about their commercial customers nor care who they hire. Such sub-par standards from a supposed family company.

I can only say this about Napa Auto Parts, they were there when I first started driving 45 years ago. To me that is a bit of a surprise but at the same time reassures me that they will be there for me in the future. Amazing.The one thing that stands out when I think of Napa is there devotion to the customer. I have always loved calling on them knowing I usually get what I want or need. Oh yeah, I remember when we used to look up parts in a catalog. To me that is way better than a computer. Napa had the best catalogs. I could always find what I was looking for. Keep up the good work Napa Auto Parts.
