As always, Peter the manager was amazing, helpful, with great customer service. Helped my friend out when he ordered parts online that were incorrect. Made sure we left with the correct rotors, calipers, brake pads, etc.

No one seems to worry if you needed help or not. Employees were all huddled around the front counter conversating with each other. So I left the store and went to AutoZone.

Bar none the best auto parts store, I've been coming here for years for our family vehicles and not once have they ever said sorry we are out of that part. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable an always has the best prices. Thanks guys

If you need a part and can't find it at other auto part stores, most likely NAPA will have it. Save time and head to NAPA on north Florida ave.

This is about customer service. I walked in and there was one customer. I stood there for 5 minutes without acknowledgment. One guy on the phone another helping the single customer. 2 others doing other things. Never once acknowledged so I turned and walked out and went to another auto parts store! Sad!

My son and I went to different places comparing prices and one of the I think he was the manager he gave to my son the best price, also he took in consideration that my son works for the army the man very good seller and also the females works right with my son,and excellent customer service, they even have cold bottles for customers, alleluia to the Lamb of God

Peter at the service counter is amazing! He helped locate my Liquimoli that was coming from the main hub on a Friday afternoon! Not only did he find 7 that I needed but 2 more which was great! Then! He helped me outside with everything! Appreciate your customer service Peter! We'll be back to your store because of you (and I'm coming from St Pete). Thank you!

Worst place ever. I waited 20 minutes for windshield primer. And never got it when i asked about it, i was told if I had something else to do I could go do what I needed to do and come back. How long should a customer wait to get there parts or products. I done with napa after a 20min wait i was told I could come bk later. Who tells customer that... they are nowhere near the store they use to be. Thanks for letting me down

I purchased a battery for my jeep and during that procedure it just seemed like she had better things to do I came back in to return core same day literally 20 min later and the other guy gave me back the core and I returned some zip ties and the same attitude I normally chose Napa when I want some knowledge or better seals or hoses this makes me only want to come in for those things. Cheer up be happy you have a place in the job market! Have a great day day smh

I understand that there are times when businesses can get overwhelmed w/ customers & never ending phone calls, but to be standing in line & have the employee look directly in your eyes & then completely ignore you. Its rude & uncalled for. I wanted headlamp bulbs no part# catalog to verify compatibility, so needed to use the trusty smart device to obtain part # instead of waiting in line twice. Then another 20 min goes by ,no exaggeration! Employee takes 2 phone calls & then checks cell phone before calling next customer. If I didn't have all my rewards saved, I would have gone else where. 3 stars because @ least the parts are working correctly unlike the employees! Thanks have a BLESSED day!

The worse front desk service, everyone floats around when there is a huge lineup of people. Ashley in the front is rude, impatient, cusses and should look for a job where she doesn t deal with customers.

The worst, rudest people we've ever dealt with. Avoid at all cost. Especially the horrible woman that works the mixed paint department. Rude, completely unprofessional. Gave us the wrong color paint TWICE, wouldn't tell us the system changed and our color wasn't available until AFTER we painted the car door panel. Nice! 3 days of work and we have to start over. And NO REFUND!Then even lied about the clear coat, gave us the one that doesn't match what we got from them previously and then she said it's the same only the label changed and it's the only one they carry. Not true!! They actually carry 3 of them. Go across the street to NICE people that will HELP YOU!! Trust me.

I hope my visit is out of character. There I was, the only customer in the store. 4 employees, two of which I brushed shoulders with and 1 who passed me in the same isle managed to not say a word until I was walking to the door. The comment was simply "are you having trouble finding something you are looking for?" My visit was all of 5 minutes so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Order 1 radiator hose online plus antifreeze etc for delivery on June 30th. Called July 2nd asking for order status told order was processed wrong and could not change it just to come over to pick up order it is ready I am a disabled military veteran that cannot walk so I made arrangements for someone to pick the parts up. paid them to go there to pick the order up it was not ready told order would be ready after 4pm waited till July 3rd called guess what order not ready worst service ever people nice but could care less that they are wasting your time and money so I just cancelled my order I will take my business elsewhere

Wait time is horrible. No cashier. All at the back counter you have to wait for those ahead of you to order and if you have items of the shelf it took 30 minutes with 4 people ahead of me. The lady at the counter let the manager know she only had two 5 dollar bills and need change. Management's answer was make it work with what she had. With a bunch of people in the store. Napa has parts tools that you can't find elsewhere, but the service at location and it happens to be a corporate location is horrible. I only come here as last resort.

Anthony and his crew are awesome! Came in near closing time but they helped me swap out a wrong part with a smile on their face and we shared a laugh over the car. Great customer service, that's why I always go to NAPA!

Not a good experience at all. On a busy day you better pack a lunch and a drink. The line gets really long and it moves very slow. On a positive note napa did have what I was looking for .

Do not ever deliver here!! Appointment was for 8am it's now 2pm and I'm still waiting. Nobody knows what's going on. Second time I've delivered here and it has happened both times. I will not be back. Horrible place. Very slow and unorganized. The manager won't even come talk to me and tell me what's going on.
