We had been looking for a BMW 435i in the Raleigh/Durham area to replace mine, which had been totaled in an accident, and was unsuccessful. When we broadened our search we came across a 2017 BMW 440......We called to inquire about it, and was blessed to get Dean..I asked if he would be able to Face Time with us and show us the car. He just asked that I give him 10 minutes so he could pull it around, and would call me right back. Within 10 minutes I was viewing my potential new car.I was very nervous about buying a car sight unseen, but Dean put me at ease, sent me the Car Fax, and was able to give me the history of the car.The buying process was seamless, and the transportation Went off without a flaw.I was excited about receiving my car, and hoping to get it for my Birthday which was 4 days away.Dean came through. !!!!!!My car arrived the day before, and he even sent it with a BIG RED BOW!!!!I am thrilled with my experience, and I would recommend Dean and Mirabella Motors for your Luxury Car purchases!Thanks Again Dean, and my car.....Her name is STAR!!

My experience with Mirabella Motors was awesome from start to finish. My wife and I decided early November that we would start looking for a Porsche Cayenne. We knew that we wanted a 2019 or newer and we had very specific options we were looking for. We were upset because it was hard to find models that had heated and cooled seats, low miles, surround view, etc. Most had black interior which we did not want. Well we happened upon Mirabella Motors and they had the EXACT car we were looking for, all for an agreeable price! I put out a feeler on the website and within 10 minutes I got a call from Dean. We talked a little bit and I told him we would be there on November 25 to take a look. He assured us he would hold the vehicle for us, no deposit necessary. When November 25 came around, I had not secured financing, but it did not matter because Dean was determined to get US in the car. He did not care about making the sale from anyone else. We did not secure financing that night, but Dean said no problem we will get it shipped when we do. Dean was actively speaking with the bank and updating me to get us to where we needed to be to get in this car. Once we secured financing, we sent him our down payment through the bank which was extremely easy and secure and Dean was already in the process of securing a truck for the vehicle to be shipped on. My only complaint with this whole transaction was the shipping company. They will promise you the moon and the stars but set backs and delays were making me nervous. Ultimately the car arrived clean and without issue. I cannot thank Dean enough for being so proactive. He was awesome throughout the entire process and we are so happy with our new purchase!!

I was very pleased with the buying experience I had with Dean at Mirabella Motors. I was an out of state buyer and set up my entire deal with Dean over the phone. I drove from central Indiana to Tampa to purchase the vehicle.I was very happy with the deal that I got including the value on my trade.Thanks for the Great experience!!!

Let me start off by saying, my experience with Mirabella Motors was beyond excellent. I worked with Dean, and his level of professionalism and honesty gave me the level of comfort and trust in my purchase. I purchased the 2014 Ebony Edition Range Rover site unseen, Dean made the transaction seamless and worthwhile. I received my Range Rover today, and was blown away by the condition and the accuracy in the description of the vehicle by Dean. I look forward to working with Mirabella Motors in the future and stress how grateful I am in working Dean, thank you again on making this a smooth and trusting transaction... I would like to give a huge thanks to Dean & the guys at Mirabella Motors. They are quick, efficient, and will NOT waste your time, ever. Dean was highly professional in finding the right car for me, and neither rushed me nor made bad suggestions. He made sure I was comfortable and new all the features with the car before spending hard-earned money on it. I ve never seen a manager so friendly and knowledgeable about his cars. This dealership truly cares about the customer after the purchase as well, not just forgetting about you which is typical of other dealerships. Dean made sure it was the right fit for me, and didn t waste any of my time while also not rushing me. He not only knew all about the car itself, but also about all the measures needed to be taken on the upkeep of it. Once again, this place really knows what it s doing, and is highly professional.Thanks!

I had spent the better part of a year looking for used cars with so many different dealerships and let me tell you, my experience with Mirabella was an Amazing experience. First class customer service from start to finish. Dean was excellent and extremely efficient with my time.Very refreshing to work with someone that truly cares rather than trying to get the car out fast.

I bought a Mercedes S-Class from Dean at Mirabella Motors. Excellent service. Great price. 100 percent satisfied with transaction and condition of vehicle. Less than a week so far and would buy again from Dean! Cars are bought from California auction and have less wear and tear than cars from Northeast and Southeast. Do not hesitate, highly recommended.

Start to finish Mirabella Motors was a professional and a hassle-free process. Dean was extremely accommodating and made for a stress free experience. Dean provided a thorough explanation for all of our questions and never once came across as pushy. It was clear our needs were first and foremost. The vehicle is perfect for our needs and was just what we were looking for. Dean delivered the car freshly detailed!We will ONLY shop with Tony and Dean at Mirabella Motors going forward! While on vacation in Florida we found the exact car type that my daughter was looking for at Mirabella Motors. After talking to Dean & Vinny they told us they could ship the car to our front door as we live out of state. We've never shipped a vehicle before so we didn't know how this would go. We went through with the purchase and had the car shipped and everything went smoothly. We are very happy with the purchase/shipping price and they were very helpful as we had a lot of questions along the way. We would recommend them and their services. Great Service!

I purchased a Bentley Flying Spur from Mirabella Motors 08/28/2020. I worked with Dean. I came down from NC. Worked with him a few days via phone and email. Everything went well and the car was as stated. I drove the car back to NC without issue. I would recommend them. The car is going in for service at my local Bentley dealer this week. Waiting on Title / paper work to arrive this week. I will give a more detailed review once everything has been completed.

I worked with Dean and Tony these guys are the real deal. They found a great car for me totally promised me a great luxury car and delivered on there promise. I own a company and they never mistreated me or lied I would totally buy from them again I own 2 cars from them....I do not work for them at all. You want a good deal call Dean or the owner Tony.

I usually don't leave reviews, but I have to clear the air with all the other negative reviews. I own a super car rental business in Washington DC and was looking to add another car to the fleet. I contacted Dean and he had the perfect Audi R8 on his lot. With me being out of state, he went above and beyond in terms of answering all my questions, getting a pre purchase inspection at Audi of Tampa and all the pictures I needed. They offered a complimentary pick up at the airport and was transparent about everything. When purchasing a $100,000 car the peace of mind was there and I can assure you there was no fraud/scams that took place. I am looking to add a Lamborghini to the fleet soon and Dean will be my first go to for this car and all cars in the future.

Great experience dealing with Dean. I have purchased a number of vehicles in my life, but this was without one of the best experiences I've had. There was no pressure sales talk, he just let me look around until I saw something I liked and he was wonderful getting me into the car I wanted for the right price. On Nov 13th 2021, I was sold a range river by Dean. He first lured me and my husband in by saying to price that was posted was out the door. Once we came from Orlando to see the vehicle and test drive it he then said that the price provided didn t include tax , tag or title. Although this didn t not sit well with me I proceeded. He then advised that the vehicle had no issues due to a brake indicator light. He stated it s just a sensor and he would have his mechanic fix it, but don t take it to Range Rover because they would just charge me. We completed the sale and drove the truck back to Orlando from Tampa that night. The next morning the the truck showed other issues . I contact Dean via text and phone advising and he ensured me he with have his mechanic looks at it even if they would have to give me a loaner vehicle. He advised me to have my mechanic send him and invoice with the necessary repairs and he would cover it. I attempted to reach out to him several times to be ignored. We covered the repairs which were less then $500. He advised he would send a check to cover expenses. Instead he send messages speaking of health issues and had been in. The hospital. We are now in 2022. I went to the dmv for an unrelated issue and due to research was advised that my tag was never transferred or renewed. I have messaged, called and emailed however my last response was Dean simply responded I have Covid and left it at that. I still don t have a license plate, renewal, or response and I have had to file a complaint to attempt to get my tag. These loops could of been easily resolved by being upfront and honest. Don t get taken advantage of. Just don t deal with this company!!!

I have been looking to purchase a Mercedes when I called Mirabella Motors after looking at their website. I talked with Dean and he immediately showed me a vehicle I was interested in to purchase. He did not use a hard sell approach and was easy to work with as I still had to sell my current Mercedes. He was great resource in the process and I would recommend Mirabella Motors and working with Dean. I will be working with them the next time I am purchasing a vehicle.

I ve now purchased 2 excellent luxury vehicles with Mirabella. I consider Dean a friend and he always treats us well and sells a great car for a great price with low mileage! I would recommend anyone looking for a great luxury vehicle to check out Mirabella!

Had a great experience here. Bought a car about 2 weeks ago. Actually accidentally left a nice pair of sunglasses in my car I was trading in and they were able to track them down a week later. Dean and Vinnie were great from beginning to end. I would work with them again when considering another car.

Just purchased our third vehicle. Every time we have been treated as VIP s. The Mirabella family & Tony will do what ever it takes and are very patient. Dean was especially accommodating on our last purchase. I highly recommend this company.

In August I found a vehicle on Ebay that was being auctioned by Mirabella Motors. I placed a bid however the auction never met its reserve so the auction ended without a winner.When I saw they added the vehicle back for sale I got in touch with Tony Mirabella. He let me know he lowered the reserve and that If I wanted the vehicle I could send him a deposit and he would close the auction.Before I sent the deposit I expressed some concern since I was unable to go and see the vehicle in person. On the phone Tony went out of his way to assure me he was a reputable dealer and that I would be happy with the vehicle . I thought it prudent to send him a quick email which spelled out that if the vehicle didn t match the description that I would receive my deposit back within 30 days.After sending the deposit I immediately scheduled an independent inspector to go and check out the vehicle. Tony passed me off to another employee to get the inspection scheduled and after a couple of weeks they were able to retrieve the vehicle from another auction and make it available for inspection.The inspector was to review paint, interior, and quality of maintenance. They also perform a test drive however for some reason that day the vehicle wasn t able to be driven. In any case the inspection report came back with photos and a narrative that indicated poor color match and door jam and fender mis alignment. An airbox that was stuffed with leaves and greasy hand prints on the interior door (Light Gray Interior).When I got back in touch with Tony to let him know I would like my deposit back he initially wasn t available. Then after several weeks he was slammed since getting home and that he would get to it next week .After a week or so I followed up again and he asked me the address where to send the refund. After another week or so I followed up again and he asked for a copy of the inspection report.After another week or so and on regular intervals I ve followed up with him and their office through email, text, and phone calls. I have been ducked and dodged with no answers except a request to not leave a negative review and I ll follow up with Tony .My deposit was on the magnitude of thousands of dollars which as of now it seems I ll have to file a small claims suit in order to recoup. Since i'm out of state I ll have to pay an attorney to stand on my behalf.Long story short, I would exercise caution if you plan to purchase a vehicle from them.Your experience may vary but after some research I ve found this may be a typical experience.

I purchased a BMW 240i today and the process was seamless. Let's face it, most of us deeply despise the car buying process, dealing with sales people and negotiations. Dean and Vinny were fantastic to work with and I would, without hesitation, recommend Mirabella Motors.

Managers are great, salesmen are great until you shake. Maybe it was a rough day. Car is beautiful only a few problems, two they fixed as fast as they could. Others I found after, my fault for not looking at everything. Still a pretty good experience. Know what you think your trade in is worth ,like any dealership. Overall good experience.

I just got my 2018 GLE AMG 63 off the truck and it is Amazing!!! I couldn t be happier!! It is in pristine shape. Absolutely Gorgeous and Flawless. My communication with Dean the owner was tremendous. He was so helpful and Answered every question I had and sent pictures when I asked. He is fabulous. I will be back to buy another fabulous car!!! Thank you so so much!!!

Tony, Dean and Vinnie are the best. We struggled selling our car due to many people wasting our time. They all wanted something for nothing.
