I have been getting my fleet vehicle serviced with Jason Pierce for 3+ years now and each time the experience is seamless. Jason goes above and beyond every single time and is responsive, knowledgeable, and I have consistently been treated like a VIP. Really appreciate his effort to get my service done as efficiently as possible!

I recently had a wonderful experience with the service department at the Tampa Mercedes dealership. I have a new (to me) GLS 580, and my screen went out! I called my service man, Jason Pierce, and drove straight to the dealership and Jason handled the entire situation professionally and efficiently. 10/10 recommend.

Getting the opportunity to communicate directly with a busy service advisor is always a difficult process, even with the premium customer experience that Mercedes-Benz strives to achieve. That being said, I have never worked with a more professional, communicative, and responsive service advisor as Jaden Batten at Mercedes-Benz of Tampa. She is polite, attentive, and most importantly, friendly. She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients experience white glove service, including direct lines of communication via phone or text, working to accommodate work schedules, and fitting in appointments for urgent situations. She definitely streamlines a normally stressful experience taking a car in for service, and does it graciously.

Randolph in the service department is very good . He help us to get our maintenance done. I appreciate his help and a good attitude. My only complaint is how long we have to wait to get anything done minimum 3 hours. We live far away .We have to wait no matter what.

I came here without an appointment because my windshield wiper broke. I was immediately helped. The auto parts staff took me to my vehicle and showed me information about my car and gave me a discount. He was as nice as could be. They put my new blade on and I was out of there within 10 minutes. I will be coming back hence any more problems! Great service and people.

I did not have an appointment. Jaleel in service fit me in and saved me money. I was on a very tight schedule. Elite customer service Everytime I run into Jaleel. Also shout out to the staff member that purchase me a coke because I did not have my card. I tried to Zelle her and she refused to take my money. The culture at this place is awesome, will be back to trade up once interest rates go down.

Have been coming here for years now. Super frustrated after this last visit. Called to schedule my B service and to confirm costs plus if I could use my coupon. Arriving next day for my appointment and being told coupon isn t applicable and costs totally different than told over the phone. Even after talking to a service manager, they weren t flexible enough to honor a coupon from a long term customer (that has NEVER used a coupon before).Last time I went to this dealership. It s all about how appreciated the customer feels and I could tell they didn t care at all.

I had my car towed in to this dealership and it took them almost a month before they even did an assessment on my car. I called several times to schedule a loaner care and they stated that they were out of loaners. That's was not the real truth. The initial assessment amount told to me was not the price when they actually completed the assessment. Not only that, it took my sister having to go to the dealer to complain about the lack of professional service I was receiving. After her visit, it took them less than a week to repair my car. The way I was treated is unacceptable!

I recently purchased my 3rd Mercedes and my experience with the service department has always been exemplary. Dave Z has always been my advisor and he's always been courteous and professional. But recently I had an issue and Bob stepped in seamlessly when Dave wasn't available and that's one of the reasons why only get my cars serviced there. I ve bought 3 cars in 3 years from Mercedes of Tampa. I ve bought Mercedes sedan and suvs for over 40 years trading every 2-3 years in other cities. Service here has fallen off the cliff. Adviser told me Management over books and could not assure me when the car would be looked at after waiting 2 hours. one car has been here 15 days . My service need was to deal with a safety issues when the display control screen goes blank so I don t know the speed I m going plus the car s rear collision avoidance engages when backing up when nothing is behind it. The schedule was arranged by the service manger, but the adviser said it didn t matter. Not even an acknowledgment by the adviser. No follow up call, text or email either. So long Mercedes. Like the 350 but not the service.

If I was able to give more stars to this my service guy, I would give 10 stars for sure. Brian Gerharz set above standards expectation of what a routine service should be. I had followed this guy to 2 different MB dealership. The service at his previous dealership went downhill after he left the place. I even consider not buying any more MB after the poor service I had after he left. Now that he is working at MB of Tampa, I am considering buying my third MB just because I know I would be taken care by this guy with above excellent service. I definitely recommend having your service at this place and ask for him. Best service guy ever!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

We were traveling through Tampa and in a bind. Andrew Swenson recognized this and helped us to get our Sprinter into a service bay without having to wait 2-3 weeks for an appointment. They not only took care of our Sprinter, but they did it in a very professional and courteous manner. This kind of attention to customer service is a rare thing these days. I would like to thank my service advisor, Randolph Rivera-Marte, for the service that he provided during my last appointment. I saw that he walked back to the service bay several times during the 3+ hours that I was there. It is nice to know that there is someone who is watching out for you during your appointment . I did have an issue that I had to come back for the next day. He was waiting for me and had my car taken back right away. And then, he kept me updated as I waited for the issue to be resolved. A couple of weeks ago I made an appointment to have the one year service ( simple oil change and check up) Once I got there I found out that it would take hours and a loaner was not available. I explained to the service advisor that because family obligations it was impossible for me to spend all that time at the shop waiting for my car to be service. Randolph Rivera was very understanding and went out of his way to set up another appointment where I wouldn't have to wait at the shop for the completion. Dave Supkosky is the best service advisor. Ask for Dave when you call to schedule your service appointment or select him when you schedule your appointment online! I have bought and had my cars serviced at MB of Tampa for over 15 years. I have worked with several advisors but in the last years I work exclusively with Dave. Dave is very responsive and trustworthy. I feel comfortable discussing service recommendations with him and my options. I trust Dave's advice.

Visited service for open recalls. Got an appointment 2 weeks before the service visit. Arrived there 30 minutes before the appointment time. Left the car and was planning to pick the car up at 5 pm. Nothing was done, service advisor gave me a call at 5 pm to make a re-schedule for the other week or left the car for the weekend and start it next Monday. The funny reason, they forgot the vehicle in the service area. All day, it stayed there for nothing.

Had a smooth experience with Mercedes of Tampa Service after getting a flat tire driving on the interstate. Called them to inform them and, after waiting only 30 minutes, a tow truck was there to bring it to the dealership. Within an hour, my tire was fixed and ready to go. Latasha was of great assistance in ensuring my tires were available and that I could receive my car as quickly as possible!Service: Tires
