We had a great experience using Memorial Airport Parking during a recent trip. While the lot itself leaves a bit to be desired (not paved, rocky w/ potholes), the service was great. We checked in at one location, then followed a van to the actual parking lot down the street and were directed to our parking spots. The driver helped to load our luggage in the van. The ride to the airport was quick and we were given contact info for our return. Upon our return at 11pm, it was a short wait for the van to return to pick us up. Directions on the card we were given were clear as to where to wait for the van. Again the driver took us straight to our car and assisted in both loading and unloading our luggage. We felt this was a great value for the price and would use this service again.

I haven't used Memorial Parking for several years, and now I remember why I stopped using them.Dropping off the car and getting to the airport was a breeze. Getting back to the parked car was a different story. When I was ready to be picked up, I called the phone # on the claim ticket and received a voice mail to text the claim number to that #. My first text was at 2:21 pm, I texted for an ETA at 2:41 pm. I called the # again at 2:51 pm. The driver told me that he was the only person running the show and he could not read texts while he is driving. He told me he had to bring travelers to the airport and then he would pick me up. I was finally picked up at 3:15 pm, almost an hour after the first text. The driver was very apologetic, but that doesn't make up for the lack of service that was promised.

Great customer service !!! Fast drop off and pick up! If you communicate with them they will as well. No issues smooth. My car was very safe. Also be warned if you use a 3rd party or Groupon you will be charged the tax of $3-$5 at the gate. But that s still cheaper than parking at the airport. Give them a try. Thanks M.A.P team!

I would not use this company again. The parking lots are filled with rocks, and serious potholes; not paved whatsoever.I was dropped off at night, with no lights in the lot, near my car when I returned.The driver did not help me with my luggage and I had difficulty getting it in my backseat.The driver sped away and left me in this dark, sketchy lot by myself. I was concerned for my safety. I spoke to Memorial and they defended the driver and did not care about my concerns. Very disappointing experience, to say the least.

Everything went smoothly. The drivers that we had were more than willing to help us with our luggage. I didn t get the young man s name on April 9th (he was great) but Decari did a great job last night. We will definitely use Memorial Airport Parking again. I noticed other reviews that mentioned hidden or additional fees ~ we didn t have any of that!!Thanks again Decari and Memorial Airport Parking.

We have been using Memorial Parking for at least a year and they are consistently dependable and safe. Always there within minutes to get us at the airport, friendly, and our car is always safe when we pick it up. Also much more affordable than airport

This parking facility is the worst I have ever experienced. When we arrived, no one was there...no one.. Several cars sat there waiting for someone to show up. Eventually, both the driver and check-in person arrived with no explanation or apology. The group of us waiting told DAVID the driver that we had to get going because after 1/2 hour of waiting, we were going to be running late. Instead, we sat there while he waited for more people to be checked in. When we voiced our frustration with him, he became belligerent and told us we should have gotten there earlier and that we could take an Uber instead. To boot, the van was filthy and disgusting.On the way home three days later, we waited an hour for the driver to pick us up at the airport. Once again, no explanation or apology.Their lots are not gated as they say they are, and we certainly didn't see any type of security.This is a classless, disorganized, low-rent company that could care less about customer service. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!

Found a Groupon and purchased it for Memorial Airport Parking. When I went on the site to reserve my dates I tried to enter my promo code and it came up invalid so I went to the questions portion on the parking lot site and it states that they are not set up to take the Groupon codes and I would have to call or email. I tried calling and the mailbox was full. I emailed and explained the situation and asked if I just bring the Groupon with me to redeem. They told me to put in the promo code....exactly what their own site tells me I can't do and I also told them about the mailbox being full and you still can't get through. I already put in for my refund with Groupon and will be using another garage.

After reading all the positive reviews, I decided to book with Memorial Airport Parking. It was a very smooth and efficient process. Within 5 minutes of parking my car at the lot, the shuttle was there. It was a short 6 minute drive and I was dropped off at Departures for my airline. I received a ticket with directions for pickup when I returned. Don t forget that they pick you up next to the Rental Car area at the Tampa International Airport when you arrive back in Tampa. Hold on to your ticket with your number and the directions!Memorial is also very quick to answer their phone, which was very helpful!Picture below is the pickup location for when you return to Tampa.

Memorial airport parking is now my to-go Airport off site parking. We are snowbirds living in Sarasota for 3 months each year. Our experience with Memorial Airport Parking from booking to drop-off was great. Friendly staff, safe and secured lots and driver communication was excellent. Highly recommend!

Booked through a 3rd party and was double charged for the $17 taxes. Then, waited 30 minutes to be picked up. On a good note, driver was super friendly and polite.

Extremely happy we chose Memorial Parking. The staff could not have ben more friendly and helpful. Quick and easy processs to get us to and back from airport. Certainly pln to use them in the future

My husband and I have been using this place for years but last week when we came back from a 5 day vacation, when we got back to our vehicle their was a big nail in the back tire which wasn't there when we dropped it off. We contacted the owner and he was really rude to my husband. Therefore we will never ever use this company again for airport parking

I used this place to park my vehicle in multiple occasions and I love it. There s a free shuttle bus that takes you and pick you up from the airport but you have to call ahead on your way back to pick up your vehicle. I believe they are open till 11:30 pm. People are friendly and I feel safe leaving my vehicle there.

we had a week long trip dealing with buses and hotels, rental cars and out of it all this business made it the smoothest for us we showed up showed we paid online and loaded up and went to the airport in a comfortable van, when we landed I called asking where do we go the woman kindly explained word for word the steps of where to go for the shuttle to pick us up , only waited maybe 5 mins before the shuttle came and picked us up loaded our things and took us to our car which was waiting for us with the windows down to air it out with the hot Florida heat , our drivers were kind and interactive I could have not asked for a better experience

I have been using this parking site for several years whenever I travel out of Tampa Airport. I have never had any bad issues.The drivers have always been courteous and helpful. I would/have recommend Memorial Airport Parking to friends.

I used to love this parking service. I've used them for years. They used to have you call when you got your luggage. This time I was told rudely not to call until I reached the pick up area at the rental car station. No cell service. Tried to call 6 times. Had to move out into the traffic lane to make the call go through. Again a different person was very rude and I said I needed the call to be quick because of the bad cell reception. She yelled that I was on the phone with her so I had cell service. Then she yelled for me to get back to the curb. Waited 15 minutes for the van in the heat. She did not offer to help me with my bag or help me into the van; I have an injury and cannot pull myself up she did not wait for me to get in and clos the door hitting my bag. Used to be very helpful and prompt. Sorry to see a good service go downhill

We use Memorial Parking everytime we fly in and out of Tampa. We use them about 5-6 times a year and they never disappoint. Extremely reasonable rates, great shuttle service, and first rate service. We highly recommend!

Good price. Terrible employees. When the shuttle driver brought us back to the lot after our trip, I could see a piece of the plastic undercarriage cover dangling from the bottom of my car. I managed to get it clipped up in a makeshift way. When I later went under my car to change my oil, it turns out that the entire front lip of my car and plastic undercarriage is scraped, cracked, or torn. The drivers clearly bottomed my car out HARD while going up or down a steep drive and just destroyed the underside of my car. The shuttle driver drives the van rough and recklessly and expect them to drive your car the same way. When I brought my car in for alignment, the tech asked if my car had fallen off a cliff because it was so bad. Will never ever consider using this place again. Sometimes you get what you pay for. At this place, I simply got more than I bargained for

I was disappointed. The only positive thing was the price. I was not aware we would have to check in at one lot and wait for the shuttle to return before following them to another lot to park. We had to wait 25-30 minutes and the driver was not friendly. Pickup after our trip was another 30 minute wait. Disappointing.

We have used Memorial several times, and will again in a few days. Convenient, prompt and friendly service and so close to the airport. Pickup was easy after we arrived back to TPA Too! I highly recommend Memorial Airport Parking! I

We have used this service several times. No matter what time of day it is, they respond promptly, are friendly, polite and drive responsibly. Bianca has been very helpful in resolving a minor discrepancy between the online price and the charged price. We will use this service again.

Jack & I returned and were taken to our car yesterday it wouldn t start dead battery our kind driver gratefully came back after dropping off more customers and since our car was behind the chain link fence he came up the road onto the berm and the cables were long enough to accomplish the task he was efficient & kind it made a great deal of difference on our New Year s Day after coming back from the funeral of out nephew!

Wish I could give them a 0 owner is rude I mean never in my life as a customer had someone so rude and not professional at all I feel sorry for your staff and yes I'm talking directly to Chris Hollingsworth when I dropped off my car I did not have a nail in it I get back and it has a big nail on it but Chris has the nerve to be rude with me after they messed up my tire stay away from this garbage place not one time in my life i have ever left a negative review but the way i was treated today i had to leave this post then I try to talk to him on the phone and he literally hung up on me we're is the customer satisfaction but he will see me

If I could give negative points, I would.I arrived at approximately 3:30 to find the lot unattended. I waited 15 minutes, and when the attendant arrived, she was rudely shouting at me to move my car. I didn't know where she wanted me to be. I hadn't noticed a short line had formed while I waited in a spot feet from the check in point that had been vacant. I was flustered because I'd paid for valet, no one was there when I arrived, and when she did arrive in 15 minutes, she was short tempered with me. I sarcastically said, "wonderful customer service" and she threw me off the premises. I tried to make sense of her response, to which she said, "You know what you did." I was neither hostile or threatening, as I later learned she told her manager. Her reaction was unnecessarily rude, unprofessional and disproportionate. The issue could have easily been resolved. Her response to a brief expression of frustration caused me considerable inconvenience. She had to have seen my handicapped placard. I'm a single woman who had no assistance. I expected a true valet service that would be waiting when I arrived, not an ill staffed lot with only one working employee. I should have been dropped off at ticketing where I had a wheelchair waiting. I had no choice but to go to economy parking at the airport because I didn't have time to find another company with space off site. This comes at a considerable expense, both financially and physically, and is inexcusable.

Pulled up on Christmas Eve for a reservation I made and no one was there to check me in. After calling their phone number I learned they only had 1 employee driving & no lot attendee. At this point clearly I'm frustrated as anyone would be... I mean these people are only running a business right?? The driver then pulled up & told me she was not going to let me park & that I had to take a refund & leave??! On Christmas Eve!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL!!
