Bought a 10 ply tire for my work truck. About 6 months later landed a screw from a job site. Brought the truck back and they repaired the tire and had me on the road in 20 minutes. Best tire shop in the Tampa Bay Area. Thank you to the crew at Tuffy Tire! Happy New Year!

I just want to say that the customer service here is absolutely amazing. Carlos, Que, Jay, and the entire team always do a phenomenal job when I come to get my car worked on. They are so personable, understanding, and really go above and beyond to ensure that I am completely satisfied. I also hear and see how they are with other customers and they are consistently the same with everything with them as well (providing others with amazing customer service with the same level of excellence as myself)! Also, they deserve more than just 5 gold stars, but platinum stars+++++ across-the-board!!!! They are so good that I drive sometimes over an hour just to get to them because I moved from where I used to stay in Tampa! Superb job everyone at Mavis Tires and Breaks on Fletcher, keep up the amazing job as always, and as I know that you ll will!!!!! I could so much more, but I will stop for now, because it truly comes from my heart.

My experience at this location was very positive. Q was particularly kind and helpful, and he did his best to make sure the prices were fair. He kept me updated and explained the issues with my car carefully. I felt like the services here were not a money-grab, which I rarely feel when getting my car serviced. I recommend coming here!Update: I came back to edit my review after I worked with the manager, Jay. He was SO kind and personable, making sure I was taken care of and up to date about what was happening with my car. I can't recommend going here enough, the people working are EXCELLENT and seem to have such genuine hearts.

Pleased with the availability of service, timelines, affordability and kindliness of staff. Installed and balanced 2 tires, both rims were noticeably scratched during the process. Double checked before and after pictures to ensure my review is accurate.

Gio and Carlos are lifesavers. Imagine having a flat tire with not one, but two nails in your back tire on Sunday evening. That was my dilemma. They were so helpful. They took great care of me and I was able to make it home safely. I'm so grateful that they were open and compassionate in the service they provided. I did not want to be stuck an hour away from home.

This mavis was wonderful! One worker in specific, Carlos truly made the experience great. He was so nice and helpful. I got my oil changed and they were quick and reasonably priced. Highly recommend asking for Carlos.

They really helped me in a time of need. They were about to close as I called them about a flat tire that I needed repaired asap. They took me in, treated me with respect and made the repair to my tire rather quickly. Such a professional, kind and efficient environment. I will be back to Mavis again!

I recommend Tuffy Tire and Auto Service! The location is great but the service is BETTER!! I got my oil change, and my tire patched here. Great service!

I usually go to another Tuffy, but this place had better reviews. I can see why! The guy got me checked in fast and was super professional. It took them less than 20 minutes to give my car a look over and let me know what I needed to get done to be road trip ready. He made sure to take the time to call me throughout the day and keep me updated on the progress of my car, and it was completed within a few hours. Thanks Q and crew!

J. installed my new headlights in hood timing and he was very kind to me and made sure that I drove off safely. I am definitely going back again for more body work and I wouldn t work with anybody else but him!W also gave me great service. He was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about cars! I would recommend and come back again.

I called because my girlfriend's car was overheating and needed a tow to a shop. Que was friendly and very helpful in assisting me in getting my car in and looked at. He reassured us that the car would be cared for and nothing would be done or charged to us without our approval. That went a long way in giving us peace of mind and trusting Tuffys with repairing the issue. 10/10 recommend.

I had a tire repaired here and they did amazing. The guys over there at Tuffy work fast to get you back on the road as quick as possible. They were super friendly and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again guys!

DON'T GO. I remember I went more than a year ago. I ended up having to get a new car. I asked for an oil change, codes were specifically provided and even drove it to them because it made a noise and needed work done. Before I went in I had the codes listed for them; when I left, there were even MORE codes, even new ones. The technician told me it was okay and that he would "Erase the codes". That does nothing to fix the issue. He just erased them to get rid of them, nor did he acknowledge the new codes that appeared!!! Lack of talent I guess.DID NOT EVEN NOTICE THE OIL LEAK...WHILE CHANGING THE OIL. WHILE CHANGING OIL. The oil was low very soon after that. THEN....GET THIS....THE CAR THEY GAVE ME BACK BECAUSE OF THE NOISE MADE EVEN MORE NOISE. Was told "It was fine."I left after paying for $800. Shouldn't have been more than $400. I had to go to a better place, with a nice Hispanic mechanic in Clearwater, in order to fix all the stuff that was done. He charged me less than them and even provided a tow car for $640 total. I was absolutely ripped off!It's been a long time since this happened, and I still remember it. That's how bad this service was. I remember it like historians remember the Library of Alexandria burning. Not cause it was good, but because it was just that BAD!!!

Came in for a tire rotation and the performed the job very quickly and with a great attitude. I liked that buey didn t tried to sell me anything that I didn t need. I recommend this place for your vehicle needs.

Super easy to come in and get my battery checked out after my car died. They were super quick and efficient and great to work with. Definitely coming back with my older Volkswagen to work with Jay! He was super great and grateful he was there today! Thank you!!

I've been going to this Tyffy for a while. Always polite and friendly.Today I had to go in because I snapped the stem on my tire when putting air in it. I thought I'd have to replace the tire, but they managed to fix the stem so I didn't have to buy a new tire. They we're really quick too! I was maybe in there for 15-20 minutes. I've never been disappointed here. Would recommend 100%!

My husband changed his tires and aligned his RAV4 this morning at thid location. As soon as he drove out the sensor went crazy. Went back they said is a speed sensor but tgey do not have the equipment and cant do nothing about it. Do not go there. A car that was perfectly fine now has issues that will cost alot thanks to the lack of professionalism and responsibility.

These guys are awesome!! Super friendly, honest, and get you back on the road quick. I called to make an appointment, but they were able to squeeze me in same day-last minute and freed my Friday up! Highly recommend and will be back for any future needs.

Q helped me out today, I needed a blinker replaced and they did it immediately without me calling ahead of time. Everyone here is so nice and helpful I come for all of my car issues and they always do the best work. Carlos at the front usually helps me out, he s super friendly and helpful and always makes sure I m informed about what is going on with my car. Absolutely love this place.

I highly recommend this place, especially if you are a young woman, a student, and or do not know much about cars. They will not take advantage of you and will explain everything perfectly. Dave and Que stopped me from getting unneeded services that I originally thought I needed and saved me over a hundred dollars. I really appreciate their help and will definitely come back if I need a mechanic in the future.

My wife s car needed a tire patched, it was losing air due to a nail. I called a few places and most were robot answering services, when you get to an actual person they re rude. The people at Tuffy s picked up the phone quick, they were polite and got me scheduled for a patch in 30 minutes time. I showed up and they took care of the car quickly, the waiting area was clean and had somewhere to charge my phone while I waited. Everyone was polite and I ll be bringing my vehicle back here for my next service needs. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience with this business!!! I would recommend this place to everyone! They were so helpful and gave me a discount! Will be coming back !!I had a flat tire and all my tires had locks and I lost the key. I went to Toyota and they wanted to charge me $250 for removing 1 lock and putting a spare on !! So I went across the street to Tuffy, they removed all FOUR locks and put TWO NEW TIRES (not a spare) for a little over $250 !!! I am so grateful and will come back!!

Service was faster than most several other places ive visited for car service and I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Que and Eric. My car is running smooth and for a price that is better than a lot of competitors. I highly recommend and will he returning for car service. Thank you Que and Eric, yall are awesome!!

When I move from home, I will still continue comming this place to take care of my car. Q has been really attentive, descriptive in the procedures and car needs while making sure to maintain fair prices. The supervisor helps make that happen. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service!I was assisted the moment I drove in! So I ran over a nail and my brand new tire was dead flat!Fred got it out in no time and patched it up and I was on my way!!They even delivered the service for free!Gratitude is a must!!Highly recommended

Best tire shop in Tampa. Friendly staff. I had a flat tire so I threw on the spare and brought my car over to Mavis. They had it replaced and got me back on the road in under 30mins. Thank you again!
