I have been returning customer for many years and have purchased several vehicles from the Maus Nissan North TAmpa on Florida Avenue. Anytime my vehicle has needed attention Tony Martin has been a pleasure to work with and very polite and patient with my concerns about my car and compliments regarding the service I have received. I have bribed over and over again to family and friends about Maus Nissan on N. Florida Ave. I ve also brought family and friends to investigate the cars on the lot and shared how I ve been pleased with my vehicles top-notch service love the employees and congratulations to the Maus Nissan family for treating their customers as though they re number one!

Over the past couple of years, we've had the oil changed at Maus Nissan numerous times. Service has always been reasonably fast and there has never been an issue. However, awhile after our last visit, I went to check the fluids in our Town N Country and noticed the plastic engine cover was missing. We had no other service done, so we knew they must have just forgotten to put it back on after the oil change. When we took it back to Maus and they were unable to locate it, the manager immediately took responsibility and had the part ordered and Brad said they would let us know when it arrived. In a couple of days they did call and we went in and got the part replaced within minutes. Maus gets 5 stars because to us great service is NOT never having an issue (everyone will mess up once in a while), but instead taking responsibility and CORRECTING the problem when it occurs!

Redoing a previous review because of updates.I have never had an issue so far with anything that has been done or discussed with my vehicles. They re up front and straight with you with wait time and price. Highly recommend arranging secondary transportation plans and dropping it off. Pricey? Of course they are, it s a dealership. Labor is what really gets you and they only order the best products. A credit card, especially the DigniFi one is your best friend if you don t have the money right now.I m officially set with the car Maus Nissan sold me (2020 VW Jetta GLI turbo) been modifying it and they are respectful of your mods if you give them a heads up, like my underglow for instance. If I can do it myself I usually do.

I had a wonderful experience at Maus Nissan Of Tampa Bay. There they have great customer service, helpful. Awesome staff. My sell rep Mike Bosse is the guy to see, he can help get the car you need. Count on Mike. Great guy.

Went in for service because the truck was stalling at low speeds, and stuttering at highway speeds. Service adviser Lance Wallace listened carefully and reiterated my explanation.Got a text and call within a couple of hours explaining the problems, fixes, and costs.Picked up the truck the next morning and I am super pleased. It runs much better than it has for quite some time, and a chronic rough idle has been cured.Best dealer experience yet for me.

I have been to Maus on several occasions, and I always walk out with a smile on my face. That is hard to do after spending some change on car repair! They are maintaining my 2 Muranos and a G37. I appreciate their integrity and professionalism. My vehicles' ages span from 2021 to 2011, and they treated them all as if they were brand new. As a veteran, they honor me as family and make sure I am satisfied with any repair or service. I definitely recommend their shop, a great group of individuals-from greeter to cashier!

I had these service s performed.Tire rotation, general mechanical inspection, oil change, plus a front end alignment, car wash.The service was done well, efficiently, and timely. John he service writer was informative and suggestive.My vehicle has been serviced at the New Port Richey location for the last 5 years.Two things I was not impressed with this timeIs the maintenance report was not as detailed as past reports. For instance the report only said the tires etc were good when in the past the actual tread depth was listed.Paper mats were used by the service techs, but the wash group took them out and then left black shoe marks on my carpets during the wash process.I would highly recommend this dealership for new and used car purchases, and all service functions, and repairs. I have bought three vehicles here since 2014.

Leo, Mike & Ronald are great, I am always taken care of at this location. They informed me of information I didn't even know I had for my car and always insure its affordable for me!Their staff is super courteous. I had the pleasure of meeting Joseph whom was making rounds to the guests waiting in service, offering drinks or snacks and kind remarks. The hospitality is why is stay with Nissan.They definitely made my move to Florida welcoming.Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Best Nissan service location in tampa. Best service tech is Caleb. Ask for him by name.Best location for waiting for your car to be serviced. Adequate snacks, water, coffee and comfy chairs.I d put up photos. But for privacy of clients I won t.

I get a call from them to schedule my first oil change. So I had an appointment for a basic oil change. Been waiting over two hours and it's still not done but when I bought my car they charged a pretty penny for MausCare. Iafter this I'd rather have them refund it and just pay for my own oil changes somewhere where they can do a basic oil change in an hour or less!

John Zacharewich was awesome during my last visit. He was very responsive and courteous. He provided all the info I asked prior to my visit. He was very clear with the work and cost for the service. I ll be taking my car to him in the future.

The problem with Branded dealers is the Overcharge for all their services. This Maus Nissan charge 180$ just for initial inspection. That means they don't touch the vehicle without this 180$. They say if the problem is within 180$ you are covered and anything above this one we have to pay. Won't go again here and prefer to choose small dealers and family owned workshops.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! This dealership just stole $500 from my little sister. They "sold" her a car, let her take delivery and leave with it, then told her that she needed to find a co-signer for her loan. She returned the car because she didn't have a co-signer and they refused to refund her $500 down payment. Extremely poor business ethics and professionalism. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

Good price for oil change. I asked about checking some other items and I was told I would have to pay $140. I've had other items checked when getting a oil change in the past, and there was no charge. Makes me curious about the inconsistency.

I left Courtesy Nissan where I bought my truck to drive an extra ten miles for their service dept because courtesy svc dept is terrible.

They can't be trusted. They have lied about a car that is certified and has required multiple inspections. The staff seems unqualified to be working under any car hood

Nick was awesome and kept me updated on my car repairs. Had to leave it overnight and had my car ready the next morning and even got a complimentary car wash. Love this place.

only two weeks of inspection of a purchased car and I had to pay 1000 dollars and they are so cheeky that they told me I had no guarantee the worst dealer in Tampa they tell you one thing in the purchase and then it's another, it can't be that in a week so many come out problems in a car that was inspected

I would never buy a new car from here if they're going to charge me $140 to check my engine light when I have a bumper to bumper warranty with Nissan
