Don t go unless you want to waste your money! I went for a tire sensor flashing which after turned into my ac Blowing hot air when I went back into it then they said they are fixing the belt and pump. After those 6 hours 5 mins after I depart my wheel goes stiff the ac light starts flashing and the battery light is back on which comes to show they didn t fix the problem and the belt even broke. So we go back to that shop and it s fine for the next day but I see a liquid leaking in the parking lot and I go to Lexus to see what s the issue because clearly this mechanic doesn t know what their doing. I get told (pictures down below) that the work they claimed to have fixed all those problems are still there such as the belt now being drenched in oil, several compartments leaking oil, the sensors we originally went for two of them now not working so now I have been given an 8k bill for those to be fixed so beware everyone I only went because I m new in town for college and that was close to my parents hotel but if I knew I would ve have never stepped foot there.Services: Tires, Air conditioning, Battery

I went on the recommendation of a mechanic that doesn't do tires to get new wheels mounted and balanced. Fast, efficient and very nicely priced! Is the shop pretty? Nope....but what they lack in aesthetics, they over compensate in quality! A true mom n pop shop that will exceed your expectations.

They would have got a five-star if they wouldn't have taken so long just to change a tire I've never in my life waiting an hour with my wheel off and I'm trying to find a tireDO NOT COME HERE UNLESS U GOT TIME 2 WAIT. THESE FOOLS MADE ME MISS A APPOINTMENT. WONT HAPPEN AGAIN....I WILL ONLY COME ON EMERGENCY IF MY TIRE IS FLAT N IM STUCK IN THE GHETTO

My very first week in Tampa. New job. Went to drive to work and discovered I had picked up a nail and my tire was going flat. This location was only a little over a mile away so I limped slowly there... stressed out about being late... and... where else can you get a tired plugged in 15 minutes at 8am for a fraction of what Uber would have cost and STILL MAKE IT TO WORK ON TIME!Two years, three more nails and (eventually) two new tires later, I'm still a loyal customer. I have peace of mind knowing that if anything should happen to my tires, I know right where to go.Honest owner, good service and I saved literally hundreds of dollars over what the dealer quoted, for the same name brand quality tires and they had them in stock. Don t come here to get your car serviced. I came to get my brakes and rotors fixed and they broke my brake caliper And made me pay for the new one and told me it was a courtesy that they didn t charge me for labor. after coming here for two years, I will never come back. Find another shop. This is not the one! Customer services is terrible.

Brought my car here to replace a wheel stud (also brought the part in myself) they took 3 and a half hours to fix it after telling me it s only take 2. Also charged me $240. Took it to a different place down the road for the same service (wheel stud replacement) and it took them 45 minutes and they charged me $70. WONT be coming back here again.Service: Tires

The lady in the office doesn t communicate well. She gave me an estimated time for service at 1&1/2 hours. I left for 2 hours and when I returned they weren t even half way through. Mind you I called earlier that day, came earlier and they told me a time to come back. When I came back the second time, I waited an hour for them to start my service PRIOR to leaving. Just for them to have me waiting an additional 1.5hrs. In total, they had me without a vehicle for 4.5 hours after telling me it would only take them 1.5! When I asked the attendant, she didn t even care to be considerate nor did she apologized for the inconvenience. Instead she made it seem as if I should just sit around and wait on them all day and night. She even said it s like going to the doctor, you have to wait so long, sometimes all day! I m like no girl, my dr appointments aren t all day. Wish I wouldn t have paid until after I returned because I truly feel like if I didn t leave to let them work, they wouldn t have taken 5 hours to change my compressor. I stopped there today out of sheer frustration after visiting several big name tire places. Was grateful they had the size I needed. Thier service was efficient even though they were busy. While I was there I asked about thier automotive work pricing and can say I will def keep them in mind when & if I need an oil change or further work done on my car. All in all it was a good experiece. Thank you for your service. Very much appreciated.

Went in to just get a quote at the end of the work day to get an axelback exhaust put on my car and they were all suuuuuuper nice and helpful. They got my car up and got me my quote (also one of the best prices I got quoted) in about 5 minutes of me pulling in. After getting the quote I asked when I should bring it in and they told me they could start it right then and there and had it all done in about an hour. 10/10 experience and I will definitely be bringing my car back!

This place is bad, ridiculous we bought two tire s still under their warranty and they asked for the tire to mail it back?? And Wait two month s?? That s crazy and said they could do half price on a used tire why would I need a used tire I bring it back bad and they try to sell me a used tire watch out because this place will not help you if you break your tire I paid 320.00 for two tire s excuse me your responsible if these tire s break what if it was a emergency insurance don t cover rental for dealer warranty broke tire s!! Be careful this is just stupidity. I don t think they have real good review s.Service: Tires

Have been there many times, first changed 4 tires for my old car then few days before had air leak on one of it, then went for plug for one tire also few days had air leak, another time i went for plugs and change lamp few days tire had leak and my lamp wasn t working, they charge me over $60 for replacement. Last time went to plugs coast $53 and after i left the shop my tire pressure was 14 called to come back and they were closed and not till Monday! How I m supposed to drive like this, went next day to another tire shop they find who did the plug ripped it and had to replace it for $225!!! Don t recommend at all!! Be aware you are wasting your money.

Horrible experience, I brought my car to them twice for them to say they had the wrong part then when the correct part came in, they didn t fix it, they only changed my air filter and charged me $110 for it. Had 4 new tires I bought online that needed mounting and balancing. No problem. I knew I needed a alignment and forgot. The tire mechanic let me know about the uneven tire wear and had the alignment done too. No gouging for parts or any of that nonsense. Had a national chain do an alignment once on a "K" car I used to have, maybe 30 years ago and tried to charge for a bunch of unnecessary parts and therefore labor. These guys did the alignment for less than 100 and it drives fine.

Little lady that runs the office has terrible customer service!! She's not willing to listen to "Anything"I had an issue with one of the 4 tires ($200) I purchased! I had a flat a my discretion, I couldn't explain about my broken luv nut because all she kept saying was "We make no mistake, tire $65!!"Someone else had to intervene. This WAS my go to tire shop but now I have to find a new one because of this lady's terrible customer service! People will probably be okay there if they deal with anyone but the short bad attitude lady!

I just recently bought a camry and noticed one of the tires slowly losing air. One of my friends recommended this place. So I phoned them to ask if they had my size, I was told they did and was quoted $45 used and $90 new. I went up the following morning and was attended to right away. They did a preliminary inspection of each tire and found one that was actually coming apart on the inside. Showed me how another one looked like it also needed replacing, so just to be safe I asked much for all 4..they said 190, I went ahead and replaced all 4, and couldn't be happier.

Horrible boss leadership. I bought 4 brand new tires and i came by master tires & mechanics to have them install it for me. Now keep in mind there was absolutely nothing wrong with my vehicle. No check engine light, no TPMS light nothing.Once they installed my tires, days later as i was driving my vehicle, the TPMS light sensor went on. I figured maybe i just need to check the tire pressure incase a tire was low on air. All tires were completely fine. I went up the road to have my tires checked, the guy at Sun State Auto said that one of the TPMS sensor went bad and possibly damaged.I went back to master tires to let them know about my issue, and the boss said he ll charge me close to 80 dollars for them to fix it.Last time i checked, everything went fine before i got my tires installed and now all of a sudden something s wrong and they refused to fix their mistake. They should be liable/responsible for this but they choose to put money over their customers satisfaction. If it were my business and one of my employees broke a customers TPMS sensor, we would cover it for free. That s just proper etiquette.

Brought a used tired late afternoon Friday not even 24hrs later my vehicle signaled the same tire is low..went back the next day and tire tech didn t speak English so I told his colleague to tell him to take it off and see if something is in it and let me know so I can decide on how l want it repaired he didn t communicate with me on what was the cause the tire was low he automatically repaired it and assumed I was able to afford the type of repair done. For this I WILL NEVER RETURN !! I ve spent plenty of money at this shop and the only reason I kept returning is how quickly they assist but they definitely don t have to worry about me ANYMORE !!Service: Tires

They did my simple spark plug replace with my spark plug I brought with me and put air in my tires. Car is running smooth. Very good price. In and out in less than 30 minutes. They were very busy too.

Better places to go! Owners swears he knows what he is doing! I bought a car from the owner didn t mention to me my AC doesn t work (swears he didn t know) I kept bringing it to him leaving it for days promising me it s good, my AC still doesn t work and has never worked! You have a shop and not one person there can tell me why my AC doesn t work! Also mention to him my car looked like it was overheating he s like no everything is fine took it to another mechanic it was a cap that was loose!

this people is so bad that they don't even know what they doing, they change a part on my car just to see if that would've solve the problem then the mechanic is struggling on find out what's wrong with my car, and they have this extra mechanic Fabian I believe that's his name he messed up my daughter's car and the owner don't want to take responsibility for it, so please! if you love your car, don't take it here

I tried to buy a wheel cap the owner said $40 and I asked him if i can get it for $30 and he said no. I told him I will buy it for $40 so one of his guy put a wheel cap on my truck. The guy that put my wheel cap said to charge me $50. Then I told him no because the owner said $40. I looked for the owner at the shop but he left so i told them to call the owner which they did and he said it was up to the guy that put my wheel cap on. Long story short i thought we made a deal for $40 but they change the price to $50 so the guy took my wheel cap and I left. Very unprofessional. Makes me mad and did not care for me at all. That is not how you treat a customers sir.
