I had a positive experience at Life Storage! Constance and another young lady were very helpful (on separate occasions). From making sure my code worked properly (after several attempts), to going beyond their role to find my purchase (because I didn t have my receipt) of sofa covers so I could get a refund on those I returned. I appreciate these ladies!!! They re great and this is a great choice!

I had a fantastic experience with Life Storage, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Ana. From the moment I walked in, Ana's professionalism and friendliness made the process smooth and stress-free. She went above and beyond to ensure I got the perfect storage unit for my needs, and her knowledge of the facility was impressive. The facility itself is clean, secure, and well-maintained. I highly recommend Life Storage, and a big shout-out to Ana for her outstanding customer service!

The process for obtaining a storage unit here was so easy. I was done in 10 minutes. Ana the manager was wonderful! She answered all my questions and was very courtesy and helpful. She showed me the unit and I started my move in the next morning. Thx Ana for all your help!

Jay was phenomenal from the start. Moving is stressful and he went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of. In just a couple days. Great customer service and friendly staff. They want to make your life easier and using their storage facility be one of the least stressful parts of moving. Thank you Jay for all your help! So appreciate

Constance was great! Very patient. Explained the difference in sizes and took us to your multiple units. She even took some questions from my friend who was moving cross country but wanted to know prices and sizes in case she decided to stay. I definitely chose the right storage facility.

I rented a 10x20 unit from Life Storage (ExtraSpace Storage at the time) for a little over a year. From day one, I recognized this place was a good choice. I never had any issues. The location was clean, elevators always functioned properly, good lighting, plenty of carts available, and really good music playing (and at the perfect volume). The manager, Jay, was amazing! It is clear he strongly values customer service. Model employee. I will absolutely rent another unit from this location again if needed in the future.

Great service and price!Until they triple their "teaser" rent rate in the first year. When I complained they said "well, everything costs more now". Really? You have 1 employee and you barely keep the place cool enough to qualify as "climate controlled". You hardly have any grass to maintain and your dumpster is locked up. What could possibly cost so much?!You don't enforce parking rules, and it appeared that 2 guys were living in their unit.Rent from them, but be prepared for the gouging to start after 6 months.

This place was a life save and they made it for easy/affordable. My boyfriend and I made the big step of moving in together and I needed a reliable place to store some of my stuff and thank golly I found it. No stress and super quick with their online service. When I m to pay and was greeted with great service. I will be here a year and I can t imagine any problems that can occur.

Ted was very attentive, took time answering any questions, and the day mandatory evacuations were ordered for our area (his included) due to a hurricane, he was still working, ensuring those who needed assistance were assisted. He was very personable and kind. I highly recommend this place!

This is a nice facility. Customer service has always been great as they re super helpful and always willing to show you any units you want to look at. I starting renting storage at this location when Gabby was in charge and managing and she kept the facility in impeccable shape. Glass doors were always clean of smudges. Elevators were always clean of dirt and smudges. Carts kept very clean from dirt and debris and neat. Hall ways clean of any messes. A few months ago management changed and the level of cleanliness has gone drastically down making me consider moving to a different storage facility since one of the major reason I decided to use this one was because of how clean and the amazing job she did at maintaining it. Now every time that I go in, everything just looks dirty and like it is never cleaned. I was fine with the drastic rate increase after my introductory was over but I was expecting to have the same experience. And especially with COVID still being relevant in terms of germs and things not being cleaned or sanitized to even appear clean.
