This store on the afternoon I visited was being run by two extremely knowledgeable women. And thats not even why i gave them 5 stars! I was pleased at how well versed in everything in the store these two were, And how willing to help you with any questions or testing products before you purchase them. however not only was the help they provided emaculent the store front and the store it's self were extremely clean and the products seemed to be immaculate as well... for example you couldn't even smell grease or fuel on any of the tools!

The girl Dalia, who works there. Gave my nephew a bad experience. She told my nephew to take off his prescription sunglasses. And then she low balled me really bad on a Sony Bluetooth headphones that I wanted to pawn. She offered me $10. I took them to the pawn shop down the street. And they gave me $60. Hopefully ifme or my family ever go back there. We won't have to deal with her again. If it wasn't for Your employee Dalia. The experience would have been great.other then that, thank you...

Yeah, I been coming to this Pawn Shop since day one, and I understand that "YOUR EMPLOYEES" can't wear sunglasses in the store, but as a customer, my Prescription GLASSES, which turn lightly tinted , because they adjust to the SUN LIGHT, and LIGHTS wherever I go Adjust on their own..being told to TAKE OFF my GLASSES is a HIPPA violation... by m taking off my glasses, I'm unable too see or read properly. Your Manager Delia or Dalia was Very RUDE when telling me that I have to "Take OFF my GLASSES" in store, it's store Policy is Highly upsurde and RUDE as a paying customer, to point that I feel Uncomfortable even going into the store for things that actually want to purchase. There is actually a few things I really want to buy. Not to mention , she low balled me on a Pair of Sony Noise Canceling headphones that go for 350$ retail for 10$ is very discriminating and she had a way to make you feel very uncomfortable when I'm in the store as if I don't have the money to make a purchase. I have bought Guns, "SUN GLASSES, headphones, Apple Ipads from this store in the past. She must be new there because I have made purchases before from a very professional Guy, and young lady there before and never felt like I did that day. I feel as if she believes she can judge people, also she decided to talk in Spanish very vulgar and judgemental as if knows what someone is thinking about, when she is completely wrong. She is very UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT employee who shouldn't have any place in that environment to make sales at all. Very conceited and bully attitude makes you not want to even spend my money there again, so she just lost a great paying customer due to her lack of customer service skills and lack of experience with face to face sales. I sure your daily sales goals are not met with someone like her running the floor. I'm a Store Manager at the Tampa International Airport, and that kind of attitude wouldn't tolerated at our place of sales. Demote her role, Mystery shop her, and guarantee that you will see she lacks the empathy to open and close a sale due to poor communication skills. I'm only doing this because when I brought my item to be pawned at another Pawn which was "VALUE PAWN" gave me much higher rate which quadrupled her rate and they've verified that they heard she is a very nasty person who treats customers like trash for reason at all. She doesn't know me at all, and treated as if I did something wrong to her before knowing very well we don't know each other at all. I love the items that guys sell, but I WARN ALL OTHER PEOPLE, Manager Delia is a nasty person and will treat you very bad as a customer whether it's Pawn something or purchasing anything, treats you as if you are bothering her with your presence and will make you very uncomfortable when you come in. Hope they find a better option for thier sales floor and as thier management team. I said what I said, and I will never recommend anyone again to that store for anything while she there working. I'm actually going to contact my attorney about this for emotional distress, discrimination for how she made me feel, and I will share this review on all my social Media accounts about this business and why people should feel embarrassed walking into any store by vulgar and rude employee, I'm sure my lawyer will be reaching out to you soon.

I was very disappointed and disrespected in the W Hillsborough location. The 2 women in the store who first off low balled me on my cell phone and knife and I knew it but the used my situation against me knowing I was inthe area bc of a Dr appointment. So then after I walked next door to the cell phone guy and asked him a couple questions. I went back to the women in the store and said I would like to get my phone back please and here's your $100 and she proceeded to lie to me and said sorry you sold it to us and I then corrected her and she then corrected herself.. continued to spend the next 5 minutes looking in her computer when I had just handed her my $600 phone and all she has to do was take her money back and had me my phone but she says instead sorry it's 7:01. I can't do anything and she knew I was stuck on the other side of town and thats why I even went in to pawn anything, which was to get home. I felt very discriminated on and am nervous to even go in there to by back my phone because of how I was treated because I am not Spanish. It was very unnerving and just shows to prove how our city is changing not for the better.

In 2 days of gathering information from Lauren at La Familia on an engagement ring, I went to the store an hours drive, and Lauren helped me with what I wanted. Your staff is not pushy but well informed and extremely helpful. Thanks to Lauren and her coworker (manager?) I purchased what I had in mind. Happy with purchase.

I couldn t be more pleased with the service that I received here. I am going through a tough time in my life and they made a very embarrassing situation seems so natural. They welcomed me with open arms and didn t make me feel ashamed. I will definitely recommend to anyone I come in contact with. Went in for headset to game on ps5, they had a good selection and the employees were so helpful and friendly. I also pawned an item and the lady increased her price to allow me enough money to buy the headset. Will be back for sure
