I really don't know where to start with my praise for this Collision Center. I had a self inflicted rear bumper wound on my brand new Tesla and expected the worst out of pocket cost ever. Then came Brian ! Great knowledge, lots of common sense and a real CUSTOMER Service rep.The estimate made me super happy ! He explained every single detail with great patience to a Lady driver :-) So I made the appointment for repair, no hidden upcharges because usually shops find some more damage, on the dot with the repair time and not a penny more then the estimate said. Another shop had quoted me much more with more work hours and parts needed. If you don't go to Joe Hudson I really can't help you. We are a family of 4 and everyone has his own ride. Because of the ease with Brian, the excellent quality of the work and their lifetime warranty for their repair job they have gained 4 new customers for life !Well done Joe Hudson !

I do not recommend them at all!They did a very Poor job and customer service was so bad too.my issue was not the timelines as you replied!! It was about your advisor Jay who was screaming at me all time in front of other customers and the rest of your team and never gave me a solid answer for any question. Also, the job was poor, there was uneven spaces between the new bumper and the headlights and car body. And the installed recyclable headlight was defective eve though Jay said you will inspect it first before installing it, the edges of hood are rough after painting, and many more. Please read the survey I conducted carefully for more details about the job and your advisor.

I'd highly recommend this place for any collision work you may need. Not only is Jay a genuinely kind person, he kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. There were no hidden costs and if adjustments needed to be made to the estimate, they were clearly conveyed. Jay and the rest of the staff are professionals that care about the work they do and the clients they service. Not only was my vehicle completed in a timely manner, they even washed my car inside and out before I picked it up! I've had work done on a few cars and this is the only shop that actually goes the extra mile for their clients. If I need any work done on any of my vehicles in the future, they are my preferred choice in the Tampa area. Attached are before and after pictures of my vehicle and Jay's business card.

Came in with some sratches along the side of my car from a minor side-scraping incident. Had gotten some estimates in the $1-3k range to repaint multiple panels, but before doing that Randy tried to buff it out. To my amazement it work perfectly, and there is almost no sign anything ever happened to my car. Best of all it was an act of goodwill with no charge attached the other shops I went to said it *might* be buffable like this, but only at Hudson s did someone actually take the time to do it for me. Not only will I come back, I will recommend others to do so as well. Thank you Randy!

When someone backed into my new Jetta GLI with less than 1,000 miles on it, I went to VW's website to find a shop approved by the factory. Advance Auto Collision is one of two VW Certified shops in Tampa Bay. After reading reviews of both shops, Advance had far better responses; After going with them I can definitely see why. They worked with me until I was satisfied my car was like new again. Recently they were also able to fix 2 approximately two foot scratches to the roof caused by a tree the same day I brought the car in; They even washed the car! I'm glad I went with Advance.

Junior and the rest of the Advance auto collision team were absolutely amazing! They fixed my car fast, with great detail, and the cheapest quote I found. They were so nice and accommodating! I was so pleased and have no complaints.

My experience with Joe Hudson's Collision was nothing less than amazing. They were very professional and thorough with answering my questions. They were gracious with my phone calls and took time to ease my worry. They kept me in the loop and gave me pointers on how to deal with my insurance company in order to expedite their process. The work on my vehicle looks perfect. The parts operate as intended and the paint is beautiful. It looks like they even detailed my interior. It looks better than when I bought it! They offer a lifetime warranty on the labor and made sure that I understood that if I find anything that isn't right to let them know right away so they can make it right. If any of my vehicles are ever in another accident, this is where they will be repaired.

This place is top notch in customer service that's for sure. A big thank you to Jay for helping me out with doing the front splitter, side skirts and spoiler on my c6 and my wifes c7.I would definitely recommend anyone looking to get any customizations done to their vehicle to you guys again. Very good price and great customer service!

Somebody hit my car. Their insurance was supposed to pay for it. It was touch and go with them. But Joe Hudson's Collison Center took over and made my worries all go away. I haven't had much luck when it comes to dealing with insurance and car accidents. But this time around it all went the way it should, and I credit the Collision Center for making it go smoothly. Plus...my car came out looking better than it did when I bought it. It was all completed in a reasonable amount of time. They had one small part ordered that was mostly cosmetic, and told me the car was ready to be picked up and they would call me when that part came in. A couple weeks later and I just stopped by randomly and they had it, and popped it on. Perfect. I couldn't be happier with the service all the way around.

I called Advance ACC (before it was bought by Joe Hudson's) based on the reviews, after the Jeep dealer's shop screwed up our brand new Wrangler. I was not disappointed that I called! Jay was great to work with. I was most impressed when we had an issue with the phone on my first contact, and he took the time to call ME back. The work they did was top notch. Jay also agreed to buff out a scratch on my other vehicle. The work was so good, I avoided a repaint - saving me $300! Prices are very fair and the folks were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend this shop to my friends.

Jay and this shop are by far the best shop in town. I ve been to Gerber, Caliber, and a couple of other shops in the last 5 years, and no one compares. This shop holds a Gold Class Rating and it shows. The paint work they did is better than any shop I ve used, and there s no telling the bumper has been repaired as it looks that good.Additionally, Advance Auto Collision has the best customer service of any business you will work with. I had an unrelated issue to their repairs, and they picked up the vehicle and looked at it for me. The part just coincidentally happened to fail at the same time I revived my vehicle. Most shops would have shrugged and sent me on my way, Jay replaced the part and even picked up the vehicle for me.Really can t say enough good things about this shop. I ve never been to a collision shop that I d recommend this highly, this shop made getting rear ended and dealing with insurance all worth it in the end.If you need repair work this is the shop to go to!Thank you Jay!* just want to include that I wrote a not so glowing review to Tesla about this experience, but it had noting to do with Jay and the work/customer service they provided, I m actively trying to amend that review and hope this review outweighs that one in the mean time.

I brought my car in to Advance Auto Collision Center this week after a minor accident. The customer service was outstanding from the staff (Jay and Damaris in particular)! My car was fixed within two days and looks as good as new, plus they detailed the outside of the car and vacuumed the inside which was an added bonus Hopefully I don t get into an accident again, but I would definitely come back here if anything happened. Great service, fair pricing, highly recommend!

I used this body shop twice and I highly recommend!!! I used them once for my mothers brand new Tesla and using them now for my wife s Mercedes Benz E classDee in the front office is the sweetest and has the best customer service! So do all the appraisers

Worked with Jay, Randy, and Dee (front desk). This place is everything you want from a collision center. They address your concerns even years after repair like in my case. Very happy overall. These people are pros.

I had my 2006 Range Rover HSE completely restored here. They did an amazing job on the body and paint, the car looks brand new! I have had multiple compliments from random people on this vehicle since it has been completed. The owners are very friendly and make sure the job is done perfectly! I would highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs body work on their vehicle. I will definitely be coming back with my future projects.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!!They will smile and be nice when you bring your car in, once they have the keys...... you realize the size of the mistake you have done.It takes them forever and a half to do the job, they will put the blame on everything and everybody else, but never themselves, the parts takes forever to arrive, there are not enough people. we are too booked to check your car, it is your problem that you brought it here and many more excuses, once the "complete" the job, your car will look worst that the way you brought it in. If you do not have Tesla or Audi, your are immediately at the low level of customer service (which they do not realy have) and work.There are enough places in Tampa that you can take your car too, all the good reviews here are being paid for read the bad reviews before making your decision.

I highly recommend using Advanced Auto Collision Center the next time you need any auto body repairs. I left my truck with Jay, provided him with my insurance claim number, and he handled the rest from there! Jay even arranged for Enterprise rental to come and pick me up from the shop.He will keep you posted on the process of the repairs so your not left wondering. He will hold the insurance your insurance company accountable and doesn t let them cut corners like they often will try and do to save money.I also want to commend the front receptionist. She was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with when checking out. If you want an honest repair facility that does quality work, choose Advanced Auto Collision Center.

This place was recommended to me by a family member who also uses them. They did a fantastic job on my Jeep! As several of my friends and family members have said, you can't even tell my car was in an accident! They matched the paint perfectly to the existing paint on my car. They were quick, friendly, and very affordable. This was my first time dealing with an insurance company paying for the damages and wasn't really sure what the process was. J was so patient and explained everything to me. I would definitely bring my car back here if I ever needed body work again!

I visited Advance Auto Collision Center this afternoon. I could not be happier! Very friendly and prompt service. They went above and beyond to get my Audi back to looking like new. THANK YOU to Jay who assisted me today. Great customer service. I would recommend AACC to anyone. I will definitely be going here in the future if needed! As another customer mentioned, their body shop is very clean and modern.

Fantastic and professional business. I had an issue with my Ford truck and unfortunately, Ford parts were backordered for at least 6 months and other Auto Parts stores didn't carry the correct sizes. On a whim, I went to Advance Auto Collision Center and asked if they, by chance had these small plastic push pins. The business exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only did the manager go into the shop and personally locate the correct size pins but he provided them to me at no cost. This is a local business which will be receiving my future business. Highly recommend them for your future collision needs. Thank you guys!

I own a Model 3 and this body shop was recommended to me by the Tesla Tampa Service Center for some body work I needed done after I clipped a wall in a parking garage. Jay was upfront with how long the repair process would take since Tesla parts take a while to ship, but it was worth the wait. Jay and his team did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. They were very quick to start repairs once all the parts arrived.

I highly recommend this company. They did awesome job in very short time. My BMW came back as nothing happened to it. Work on my car is high quality job. I highly recommend Jay and his team, over at advanced auto collision repair! I was referred to him by a friend and he was excellent. From the time I called in and spoke to Dee, on the phone she was super helpful and greeted me with the same friendliness as when I walked in the door. Jay did an amazing job and him and his team were super accommodating. Not to mention trustworthy and reliable. Thanks again Jay! I will definitely come to you again. :)

Fantastic job fixing my car after a fender bender! I can t even tell anything ever happened. Staff is extremely friendly and easy to work with. Fixed my car for a fair price too. I was able to drop off and pick up my car on Saturday. Highly recommend! You won t be disappointed.

I had my 2020 BMW M4 rear bumper repainted and passenger door dent fixed. I received quotes from two shops recommended by the BMW dealership. Advanced Auto Collision Center bumper painting was 20% less than the other center and they recommended removing the door dent instead of repainting the passenger door(which the other center recommended). They matched the bumper paint perfectly and the passenger door looks great. Awesome job and they saved me over a thousand dollars!

My Tesla was rear-ended and there were limited shops in my area. I went on the basis of Google reviews and went with the best reviews. I have to say, the reviews were spot on, Jay and his team did an outstanding job on my repair, communication was prompt and professional with a personal touch. I highly recommend Advance Auto Collision Center!

We needed a part on the car to be welded for our windshield to be replaced. I called Jay on a Saturday where they have limited hours and he got us in same day. We will be forever grateful for his patience and kindness. He and his team fit us into their busy schedule and were very hospitable while we waited. Given the times we are in, it's nice to know that they cared and helped us out. We read their reviews prior to calling and there is a reason they have 5 stars with so many reviews!!! They did a fabulous job on the weld and we appreciate them and their service. We will definitely be going back.
