There was nothing JIFFY about going there. When I arrived, there was one car in each bay. I waited almost 30 minutes to get inside, then another 30 minutes for them to complete the service.... which wasn't "complete". On my receipt, it says vacuum floors... not competed. Wash exterior windows... says "windshield only", but they didn't do it. They also didn't check my tire pressure even though the light was on and he saw it.There were only two guys working. Another one had on a Jiffy Lube shirt, but was standing around talking on his phone and texting. I feel bad for the guy behind me who arrived minutes after I did. He's gonna be there about two hours.I had a coupon for $30 off, which made the total to $79.99. I ended up paying $95.96 after all their fees. Not sure I'd go back there, or any Jiffy Lube. Had better luck with other shops and it was much faster.I should also mention TWO guys told me I needed my windshield wipers replaced. I just put new ones on two months ago, and they are the same brand they sell there.

Time and time again there is something that goes bad at this location. My company tells us we have to use them to get an oil change. Then they don't ask what needs to be done, then just start touching things they're not qualified to touch . They don't check just assume. And they don't check factory sizes. Today I just wanted an oil change and new wipers . They a decided to add brake fluid flush . I'm pretty sure all they did was add fluid didn't flush anything and they didn't have 28 inch wiper so they just grabbed a 26 . WRONG. Then 20 fo the passenger, nope they picked a 16inch. I went back later due to they left there tools on my hood and when I had them fix the wipers they tried again to just grab random wipers. Then the tech just threw the wipers that were on for 2 hours on the ground. These men are quick lube techs not mechanics. They should NOT ANY brake pads etc.

What a scam!!! The guy charged me for the most expensive oil which Iv never used for my car before. He was talking so fast and I honestly feel like I got fully hustled into paying $100 dollars JUST FOR OIL TO BE PUT IN MY CAR. He didn t change anything!!! Also the oil can he used looked like the one you keep in your car for backup. NEVER COMING BACK. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Completely unprofessional and poorly ran. No consideration for others waited over an hour for a simple oil change. Had them check my brake light & they shattered it. He was unable to find a replacement but didn t give me any updates on the issue. Barely any customer service, hands-down the worst experience I ve had at Jiffy Lube and got no apology.

I had a troubling experience at Jiffy Lube on 8303 N Dale Mabry HWY, Tampa, FL. On December 10, 2023, I brought my car in for a routine check before a trip to Miami. They replaced my rear brake pads and rotors, but immediately after, I noticed a strange noise. When I brought it up, they dismissed it as normal post-service sounds.What's more concerning, I observed two technicians smoking marijuana in the parking lot during my visit, raising serious doubts about their judgment and safety practices.Just five days later, while on my way to Miami, the noise worsened, leading me to stop at another Jiffy Lube in Sarasota. It was discovered there that the rear calipers were missing several bolts, a dangerous oversight that could have led to a severe accident. This required immediate repair and additional costs on my part, not to mention a significant delay in my travel plans.Despite numerous attempts to address this with the Tampa location s management, including direct discussions and calls over six weeks, I've received no satisfactory resolution or refund. The manager mentioned a technician was fired for unrelated reasons, but this does nothing to rectify my situation.I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility shown by Jiffy Lube, posing a grave safety risk and ignoring customer concerns. I urge potential customers to consider this experience when choosing a service location.

Unprofessional,Spent 200$+ for a transmission flush.Never check under the car for leaks, parked it in my driveway and there was transmission fluid running down.Took it back just to tell me that they never looked to see if it was leaking and that yes now It's leaking and that's the end of that.No advice or compensation for their mistakes.Lesson learned, never take it back.

I did not know Jiffy Lube was this excellent in service, truthfulness, honesty, courtesy, and knowledge. I don't know if all Jiffy Lubes are the same but I will not hesitate to go to this Jiffy Lube for all my service needs

I m a repeat customer I like going here for my service. They are very efficient.Got the 7000 mile syntheticThey know my carFinally gave in and bought the filters(Cabin Air; Engine Air)They were pricey; But my car performs better. I like going here. I got bad experience at this Jiffy Lube. I never got this experience at this location or another. People have been nice. But there is a Puerto Rican guy (I heard him talking to someone but don t know his name) at this location who misunderstood that I didn t want to give him the car key and got flared up without knowing that I was about to give him the key but he was holding the big tire and was busy working so I didn t interrupt. I gave the key to another person. He recommended me to change the break fluid and cabin filter but mentioned cabin filter is replaced in my previous visit with them. So I requested him not to change the filter but the break fluid. I apologised to them that it s not that I didn t want to give them the key but was not comfortable leaving the key in the car as there were few cars ahead of me but no cars behind me. The guy came and apologised to me too.I made the payment and left. I realised that my A/C stopped working. I went back the next morning and the Puerto Rican guy came to me. I told him A/C stopped working. He said we didn t do anything and we don t check A/Cs. Rather he asked me to go to another location of Jiffy lube to check it. I found out later they had even left the A/C part and the cover, wires open that I could see now from the passenger front seat.This location has lost me as a customer for sure and shame on that Puerto Rican guy! I hope Jiffy Lube takes some action against such employees.Other employees are good from this location and I truly thank them for their service!

Went in for an oil change, and found my battery connectors were corroded . They not only replaced the battery, but spent some extra time getting new connectors on. Great service.

The manager at this facility really knows how to make his customer s day. He is very thorough and honest. On top of that him and his team provide the utmost respect and great customer service. I will definitely be taking my business away from Take5 and come here instead. You guys are awesome!

First time using Jiffy lube for oil change. What a nightmare.....employees arguing with each other. Lack of professionalism and knowledge. Employees asking customers opinion on how people should treat and speak to each other. It was a joke and I was very uncomfortable and worried about the job being done correctly. I will never return or recommend a jiffy lube again.

Dear Jeff Lube Management TeamI recently visited your location for an oil change and wanted to provide feedback on my experience. While my oil changewas completed successfully, and there was a small incident where the new worker accidentally spilled oil on the car engine next to me.However, I was impressed with how the more experienced worker handled the situation. He took the time to show the new worker the proper way to do an oil change and ensure that the mistake was corrected. This showed a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Keep it up!

Fabulous experience! Ethan greeted me so warmly on the phone and explained the bill gently and thoroughly to me. I appreciated that! Also, Alejandro took extra special care of my special-needs child while he was sitting in the back seat. Alejandro popped the air blower into the car and the baby just went crazy... So happy with the cool air blowing on him! It kept him occupied, which made me happy And Zavier was so thoughtful! He cleaned my windows on the inside where I couldn't reach. I'm disabled and my mobility is poor. Through his small gesture, he's made driving safer for me, my family, AND the other drivers around me. That area had not been cleaned in two years! Thanks to the gentlemen at this Jiffy Lube.... BEST oil change experience ever!

Only leaving 2 stars because of how fast it was but $129 for an oil change is highway robbery. You can take your car to Nissan for a $50 oil change full synthetic in all smh. I won t be back!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Rude and unprofessional. I usually go to the Jiffy Lube in Riverview and they've always been awesome. Very surprised how bad the customer service can be at a different location. Guy told me as soon as I pulled up that my transmission with go out soon. Pretty disappointing. Worst customer service. Will never go back.

So I always go to get my oil here. There was a long wait today. Somebody was broken down or something and they were trying to work on his truck in one of the bays The other bay had one person before me. It was about 18 minutes. I told the guys upon arriving that I just wanted an oil change with sinthetic oil and nothing else.( I had orders for my husband. Haha!)Well just before they filled my oil, they came over to me and said let's go over a few things and tried to upcharge me. They told me my windshield wipers were dry. I just bought windshield wipers three months ago. And they're silicon upper end ones going to last me at least a year according to the manufacturer. So that was a lie or at least a real attempted up charging. Then they told me my break fluid was dirty. I repeated to them that I just wanted an oil change. Anyway they did give me a sticker for next time... except synthetic oil is supposed to be 7000 miles and they only wrote 5,000 on the sticker. So though I will probably still continue to get my oil there because of convenience. It is a buyer beware type of place.

I came here on a Friday and When I first pulled up the team was keeping themselves busy by cleaning up and getting things together. One guy was training two and he was doing a wonderful job as the 2 guys learning were paying attention. They were all super friendly and make a wonderful team. I am disappointed and shocked when I stopped by to get an oil change. I was asked what type of oil and I feel like when I showed him the Groupon coupon, suddenly they don't have any filters for my car. He said that he had to buy two from the auto parts store next door earlier today but I guess he was willing to get one for me. I guess I did not look like they could make enough money off of me today. I guess how you look and the type of car you drive determines if they go the extra mile or just regular service.Service: Oil change

Out of the various "quick,speedy" oil and fluid change services, these guys always are the best. I have tried some of the other well-known oil change locations that wasn't Jiffy Lube and while those facilities do a good job, Jiffy Lube extends their service to include fluid top off, pressurizing your tires, washing your windows as well as, many other services. They check everything !All at a fair and reasonable price. Check out Jiffy Lube if you haven't already and they will be happy to recommend, without high pressure, and offer any Services they may find that (they feel) you might want to pay attention to. Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

They were quick doing the oil change but many of the things they listed as being done were not, I watched them closely. They also pushed extra services. I will find another place for my next oil change.

Stopped in for an oil change. Was my first and likely last time at a Jiffy Lube. They took me right away which was good but the price for a Semi-Synthetic change is $25.99 and they charge $90, then there is another $10 added to dispose of the oil. I asked if they took competitors coupons and was told no. When I took the survey someone contacted me and said they look at competitors but obviously they don't. That is a $55 difference? What is the justification. There is no way I would ever go back. Then I was told I have a transmission leak but on the receipt is show transmission level good and no mention of this. It was fast but the price is outrageous even now with competitors.

Mr. EMORY offered superb customer service. Unlike any I have experienced at this particular location. His knowledge of vehicles was astounding and I am really glade I gave this location another chance. I was also amazed with the diversity, see a women conduct her craft just as well was beautiful thing to see. Keep up the good work you guys and continue to leave smiles on your customer faces.

They did not put everything back together properly after the oil change. The air filter cover was not put back on and was just laying loose on top of the engine with the brand new filter exposed. My car now has a rattle behind the dashboard which it didn t have previous to my visit. They pressured the hell out of me to spend as much money as possible then they did not even complete the job. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Do not waste your time and money at this garbage establishment.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change
